First time visiting as I just moved to Atlanta. Can’t say enough about how good of a job they did and they are sooo nice! Well worth the money and I will be back! She even climbed into the back bed area to clean the back window and back bed area of my gladiator! I have been to what I thought to be higher caliber of places that deal with 200-300k cars and they didn’t even clean the back bed area! My Jeep looks great inside and out! Great job!!

Amazing experience. Paint correction, system X max g+ ceramic coating, wheel and brake caliper coating, windshield coating and full interior coating. They were so friendly and informative throughout the entire process. They catered to my availability and walked me through all the options in great detail and while providing honest opinions. The work was done within the agreed upon timeframe, which was quick for all the work needed. They were very patient with my questions and kept me updated throughout. The work itself was spectacular. My 2015 63s looks better than brand new and many of the pain points on car are addressed. High quality work inside and outside of the car, as well as a high level of professionalism. I will be bringing my other car later on, and will be a repeat customer for any detailing services.

Called these guys to come out and clean a truck I bought. Complete detail on the inside. Shampoo seats, carpet, and also the ozone layer. Truck looks and smells great. Previous owner had a dog maybe more than one and they took care of that!! Will definitely be passing on their info. Techs name was Robert!! Hard working young man!!

I have two stars because the staff here is very friendly. Unfortunately, that’s pretty much all the good. The wash was not very high quality. The photo attached is my wheels AFTER the wash. You would think this was a before. All the cloths they have available for cleaning the inside of your car are wet even though they are folded and in the “clean” section. In addition, the cleaners they provide don’t really work. You’d be better off using dish soap and water from home. In addition, the vacuums only have one nozzle making it difficult to vacuum the small areas of the car. I’m willing to work with that except that the suction wasn’t even strong enough to pick up dust. The vacuums were falling out of their holders from how poor the suction quality was. I am not pleased with my experience and will wash my car at home from now on, which is saying something given the difficulty of washing your car when living in an apartment.

Date: March 2024 Evening Service: 5/5 Although the young man that was the attendant did not speak English well, he did an amazing job at explaining the services, offering me unlimited option, and listening to what I need to suggest the best car wash that he thought I should choose. The lady that was cleaning around the stalls was also great, I requested clean towels, and she immediately got them for me. Prices: 4/5 I got the caliber wash and for the price of $23, I think I have pay less for a comparable wash at the unlimited price. So while I recommend it as a one off, I probably won’t return as a part of the unlimited club. Ambiance: 3/5 I didn’t have a terrible experience, and I came within an hour of closing time, so I will allow some grace. However, all of the trash was overflowing in each stall, and I could tell that this is something that they do probably on purpose to save energy and waste less. I don’t think it should be overflowing, though,. Hopefully they can find another solution. Supplies: 5/5 I really like how they include window cleaner, cleaner for the interior of your car, and those floor mat cleaners as well. Although I have rubber mats, I also read online that they have some sort of detailing broom, but I was not able to find it at that location. Value: 5/5 I consider this trip good for needing my car cleaned in an area that I’m not normally in. It was open later than expected, I believe closing time six or 7 PM. So I believe value was met. TLDR: While exploring options for car washing, caliber, car wash is a worthy competitor in every way except for price.

I got 2001 Honda civic from a friend so I decided to do some detailing done because is was very dirty. It was great communication and appointments. The cleaning took from 2:30-4:30pm. The car was clean than first I brought it. The back dashboard was great, tires, Had sealant and most of it was clean even my gas tank because I requested to do so. I appreciated all the job they had done. It took three people to do the cleaning. However, there was so many spots that was not completely steam and vacuum and wipe off so I check to be sure thats than though I was hoping I would not have to do that since its not my job its them to go over to be sure thats completely clean. I kept pointing spots and went back again, Matt was so nice to do it, but he was needed to go because he had another appointment. I said okay I was hoping since I was ask to pay such and higher amount my car will properly vacuum and wipe off completely. I left and drove disappointed. After a day I had to pick up my coat because I left at the place where the cleaning was done. I ask Matt if they could do and finished the un completed spots and vacuum, his response is they can do it another day, which I wont be able to because I have exams coming up. So I came home to vacuum and wipe myself. I would suggest that they should have done the job while I am there instead making the customer go home disappointed and unsatisfied. I would recommend them for cleaning but for detailing needs growing and improvement on their job. I would not pay higher amount when the job is not properly done. Since I was disappointed and unsatisfied I would not come back to waste my time. I could go somewhere else. But I appreciated three of them because the rest is very clean with exception.

I used to live in Marietta and had some great car washes from a place on windy hill. Since I’ve moved to Sandy Springs, this has been my new car wash. If u have a luxury car, you’ll enjoy the handwashing they do here. It’s quick, efficient and the guys are all pretty friendly and respectful. Been going here for 4 years and never have these guys done a poor job. I’ll post some better pics, the next time I go back. Today is 3/29/24, the price for a regular wash, including the inside, is $35. If u add foam to keep the rain from messing up the wash they add $10 and the total is $45. They leave the inside of the car very clean and it normally smells really nice. That wash normally lasts a week or two. I started getting the $90 wash which includes some rainproof hand wax and they leave the inside glistening. That wash lasts about 3 weeks to a month. They have a higher tier for detailing but I haven’t got that yet. This Spot is legit 👍🏾

$25 for a wash, no interior vacuum, no interior glass cleaning. Exterior glass was cleaned with a dirty rag/incorrectly. The other car washes do a better job on glass and include interior vacuum for that price.

These guys did a great job! 2 weeks later and my car still looks clean from the wax. Only suggestion would be to ask if the customer wants that ultra gloss/slick interior product used, I’m not a huge fan and it made my floor mats way to slippery(still 2 weeks later)

Great service, I will definitely be back again. I had to go over my van again myself and wipe some parts. They also didn’t get the space between the two captains seats very well. $5 for my minivan and you can tip with card too. On a second visit, the owner oversaw my van and made sure everything was clean. Very courteous. This is my go-to place now to get my car cleaned!!

Worst experience ever. I went here, they used to be $30 now they are $50 the owner with the glasses who sits behind the desk refused to wipe down a spot on my seat after I paid for cleaning in and out. He then raised his voice at me and told me to leave. I was very respectful the whole time. Also now their selling purses and jewelry in there and I wonder if their licensed for that.

Just had our 4 runner detailed. Hadn’t been inside a garage in 4 years and only washed once in all that time. It even had some scrapes. They did an AMAZING job. The car looks like new inside and out. Yes it cost a bit but more than worth every penny. Have used them for years and would never use anyone else.

This place used to do an immaculate job. Not anymore. Nothing was wiped down inside. The only thing they did on the inside was vacuum the floor and placemats. Didn’t vacuum the empty trunk. Even the exterior wash was just ok compared to their work when I first started going here years ago. I’ve been loyal to them for the past year believing that the quality was a one off, but this is unfortunately their standard of quality now.

I had my truck detailed at this location and didn't notice till I got back to the office in the garage that the truck was covered with water spots and look like the rag they had used to dry it off had been dirty. I spent about 30 minutes just wiping it down trying to get rid of the streak marks of what dirty muddy water looking streaks that was on my truck. I did call the manager and let him know that they needed to do a better job as far as changing out the water there. Make sure you check your vehicle's before you leave and look around the whole vehicle inside and out. I doubt if I will use this location again.

Made appointment on May 27 @11:27 for the next business day which was Friday for 2 cars at 2pm. The owner never showed up, not even a courteous call or text to tell me he wasn't coming for whatever reason. I got nothing! I waited all day, i even reached out to check if he was still coming but no reply. Very disappointed on the customer service I received. I wanted to support a black owned business but I got let down once again.

James Is located off of Abernathy near 400. Kind of hard to find. I had never had my 2007 Lexus detail before and I am extremely impressed.. His prices are reasonable and will be happy to detail or wash your car anytime. He did the inside and out, the carpets, the engine, everything ... It was on time and very considerate thoughtful and uses the best products.

I needed someone to clean my car urgently and was contacted the same day. The Guy was nice and but unfortunately, I had to change my review upon closely inspecting my car. I've had my interior vacummed and washed with other companies and it’s always looked like NEW. I'm sharing pictures which clearly show that my interior was not fully cleaned. The more I look the more I find. Owner claimed he washed but I can see residue and crumbs in between cracks. Please check your vehicles before paying because for $160 this was a poor job, and that was just the price for the interior. 😣

My experience with Access Luxury Detailing was 10/10. I booked my appointment for 12 and the fellas got me right in and right to the job. Not only did they accommodate my wants i was recommended the best tint for my vehicle. I got ceramic 20 % Tint all the way around and 35% on front windshield, i love it. I don't think my car has been this clean since the day I bought it 9 years ago. I've gotten many hand washes over the years, but never has anyone spent so much time and effort on my car. Every crevice of my car was cleaned to perfection. Not only was my car expertly cleaned from top to bottom, every product used was explained to me. David saved our car!! We live near Charlotte. We had a gallon of milk hidden in the trunk spoil and created a mold bomb and the most putrid smell. We didn't know what to do, were getting wrong advice. I found David's company, very knowledgeable discussion. He got us in right away, coming to do the remediation on New Year's Day. I didn't think it would be the same but its as good as new. Fantastic work, highly knowledgeable. I hope I don't need it again but couldn't recommend more strongly and will be my first call if I ever have an issue with mold in a car again!

I had a great experience with Lonadier’s Mobile Detailing and Mold. When I first called I spoke with David he was very thorough in explaining his process of mold remediation for my vehicle. He was able to answer any question I had. My sunroof drain tube had a severe kink which was causing the rain water to get backed up and leak into my car. David reassured me that he could find and fix the issue as well as get rid of any mold or unpleasant odor in the vehicle. He never pressured me to move forward with his services once I told him I would call back. The day of my original appointment, David showed up on time. At my mistake, I missed David’s phone call letting me know he had arrived and had to reschedule an appointment a few days later. David was not upset with me and was happy to reschedule. The final job was done to satisfaction. There is no trace of mold or any more unpleasant smells in my car. My car feels and smells very clean and I trust that my 1 year old daughter can ride safely in the car. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing to get rid of a mold problem in your car.

I usually come here and love it! I don’t know if it’s a new person or washer trying to get extra cash. But the person asked for 45 for just the wash and an additional 120 for the seats…which doesn’t include the wash. So a total of $165 and before tried to say it was 185. I have a XL car so the wash should have been 55 cause I can read. I usually pay 120-145 total. Still Was left with a glass stain on my window after I left……
