Great service, I will definitely be back again. I had to go over my van again myself and wipe some parts. They also didn’t get the space between the two captains seats very well. $5 for my minivan and you can tip with card too. On a second visit, the owner oversaw my van and made sure everything was clean. Very courteous. This is my go-to place now to get my car cleaned!!

I don't think my car has been this clean since the day I bought it 9 years ago. I've gotten many hand washes over the years, but never has anyone spent so much time and effort on my car. Every crevice of my car was cleaned to perfection. Not only was my car expertly cleaned from top to bottom, every product used was explained to me. David saved our car!! We live near Charlotte. We had a gallon of milk hidden in the trunk spoil and created a mold bomb and the most putrid smell. We didn't know what to do, were getting wrong advice. I found David's company, very knowledgeable discussion. He got us in right away, coming to do the remediation on New Year's Day. I didn't think it would be the same but its as good as new. Fantastic work, highly knowledgeable. I hope I don't need it again but couldn't recommend more strongly and will be my first call if I ever have an issue with mold in a car again!

I had a great experience with Lonadier’s Mobile Detailing and Mold. When I first called I spoke with David he was very thorough in explaining his process of mold remediation for my vehicle. He was able to answer any question I had. My sunroof drain tube had a severe kink which was causing the rain water to get backed up and leak into my car. David reassured me that he could find and fix the issue as well as get rid of any mold or unpleasant odor in the vehicle. He never pressured me to move forward with his services once I told him I would call back. The day of my original appointment, David showed up on time. At my mistake, I missed David’s phone call letting me know he had arrived and had to reschedule an appointment a few days later. David was not upset with me and was happy to reschedule. The final job was done to satisfaction. There is no trace of mold or any more unpleasant smells in my car. My car feels and smells very clean and I trust that my 1 year old daughter can ride safely in the car. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing to get rid of a mold problem in your car.

Great experience with Matt’s service on my Porsche. It is a non-metallic red that shows dirt and imperfections very clearly, but with Matt’s great work, the finish on the exterior is perfect! Also, it is challenging to make the convertible top and race-tex fabric look great, but Matt did a super job on them as well. Highest recommendation!

Very good experience. The staff is very friendly as well. The drive through wash is extremely thorough then they vacuum your car for you. My car was spotless inside and out. They even polished the dash and all of the interior. Or you can vacuum it yourself. They even have a nice selection of accessories, air fresheners, windshield wipers, and phone chargers. They are actually cheaper than the auto parts store that I had just left. They even have complimentary coffee and donuts for customers. Great job guys. You can even get your oil changed and they are just as helpful and friendly.

I absolutely love tidal wave car washes in general. My favorite is the one in McDonough, Georgia and I have visited others that may have been more nice but I do like the service that I have received however, today visiting this location in Roswell was horrible. Yes, the same machines and the same friendly customer service that greet you however, noticeably was the shade covered. That’s missing. They have very limited covered shaded areas. It’s not fully covered like my preference in McDonough, Georgia, this one only has half shade awnings, which would’ve been OK except for the BEES 🐝 Yes, I started noticing these as I was drying off the outside of my car and then saw TWO and begin swatting them with the towels, thinking it was only two but then I decided to be smart and take the hose as I was vacuuming and suck them up Only to discover walking over to the hose that the trashcan was loaded with bees. I mean there were hundreds of them I did walk over and get an attendance attention. She did Simon someone to come and they sprayed the can. I then had to move and come to an uncovered area to finish completing my car, clean out, however, with the top of the day and the top of the sun in hot Atlanta this was not very enjoyable nevertheless, I wanted to complete the task and then came over to a different area across the lot where there was no shade or covered on it as I began to vacuum out my Vehicle The bees were there again. I could not believe it. They were now inside of the car !! Then the hose dis-attached so it just seemed to be one thing after another. The proprietor did come over and speak to me and was most apologetic and said I’m sorry I have done everything possible. I’ve even called the exterminators and there seems to be nothing that can be done , he explained his process for cleaning out the trash cans regularly, spraying them clean them with bleach, but it did not seem to be helpful. It could be in fact these trees that they have right here on the property they are, however probably not a good idea nevertheless, this was not a good experience I had to cut short my Car detail visit because I just did not want to be continually chased by these bees furthermore the danger of having one of those suckers inside of your vehicle while driving down the highway and discovering it could prove to be a disaster so again, unfortunately I have to rate this place with a two and that’s only because of the smiles that greeted me and the car wash itself, but I will not be visiting this location again!!!!!

The worst car wash I’ve ever been. They don’t even have a machine to wash the pads which it’s insane. I came on Friday and once I paid the car wash machine got damaged. They gave me a $25 car wash ticket and was ridiculous because it was a $11 wash and I couldn’t wash my pads, which was as important as wash the car. I’d never back to this place. Ahh and when I started to vac my car, the vacuum was broke. This place is a bad joke

When you pull up a real nice lady gives you all the information you need and takes your order. The money you pay takes care of your car being washed and vacuumed for the next 30 days as often as you want. They also supply interior cleaner and nice cloths to clean the inside of your vehicle as well. It's a very clean place and I highly recommend it.

To be honest, I'm not sure I've had a better experience with any business, car related or not. I was purchasing a car from a dealership, sight unseen, in Roswell, GA from NH. It's a daunting experience and, having been duped before on a car, I decided to Google local detailing places to see, if by chance, I could get someone to look at the car and make sure the paint was good and that everything generally looked ok. ECCR was the first and only place I called. Mike, without hesitation, said he would go and check out the car and give me a report on it. The next morning he was there to check it out for me. The car looked pretty good but Mike recommended paint correction (not suggesting he should do it but just that it needed it). I decided to have Mike and the team do the paint correction along with adding PPF and ceramic while I finalized the deal with the dealership to save me time doing it after I received the car. They worked through the weekend to get the car finished before it was shipped. Updates were sent along the way. I just received the car and the work Mike and his team have done is amazing. Not only is the paint work pristine but the PPF is excellent and everything was ceramic coated and looks fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use ECCR again or to recommend them to anyone reading this. As a fellow small business owner customer service is as important to me as the quality of the work and with Mike you very much have both. I never write reviews like this but when praise is due I have zero issue letting people know. Give Mike a call and you'll see for yourself.

Austin Hall at Palmer Dodge was kind enough to refer me to Mike at Elite Ceramic Coating and Restoration Services (ECCR) for an exterior coating on a black truck which is difficult to keep looking clean. In addition, Mike blacked out some chrome pieces, and tinted the windows for us. The truck looks awesome! A complete turn-key service. My next move is to bring my sister's SUV to Mike for headlight restoration and a good detail! Thank you, Mike and the team at ECCR!

Wow I am so impressed with the place! I spent $67 dollars after tip and got my suburban washed and detailed, mats cleaned, leather seats cleaned and conditioned. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. My car was FILTHY after numerous trips to the beach and a couple road trips with two small children ( you know they trashed my car). Definitely will be back any time I need a deep clean. My car looks and smells good as new! Customer service was great as well 🤩

Amazing experience. Paint correction, system X max g+ ceramic coating, wheel and brake caliper coating, windshield coating and full interior coating. They were so friendly and informative throughout the entire process. They catered to my availability and walked me through all the options in great detail and while providing honest opinions. The work was done within the agreed upon timeframe, which was quick for all the work needed. They were very patient with my questions and kept me updated throughout. The work itself was spectacular. My 2015 63s looks better than brand new and many of the pain points on car are addressed. High quality work inside and outside of the car, as well as a high level of professionalism. I will be bringing my other car later on, and will be a repeat customer for any detailing services.

Called these guys to come out and clean a truck I bought. Complete detail on the inside. Shampoo seats, carpet, and also the ozone layer. Truck looks and smells great. Michael Simba is a class act and is SERIOUS about what he’s doing in the detail business. He’s equipped with heavy duty machinery in an industrial box truck to haul it. VERY WELL SET UP. Definitely not a part timer in it for extra cash but rather someone who takes EXTREME PRIDE in his work. I called around and looked all over to find someone and got lucky that he’s the one I chose. I found out he will not stop until he feels he has done everything to make the vehicle as near new looking as it can possibly be. I really wish I had taken a before pic. And the after picture that I will post here simply doesn’t do his work justice. This is a 17 year old truck that was oxidized beyond belief and Michael turned it into almost showroom shape. Thank you sir for your hard work and dedication to what you do. Anyone who hires you will definitely get their moneys worth. Unbelievable work

BROKE MY CAR AND LIED. Originally, I asked Michael for just an interior detailing. He showed up 2.5 hours late, blaming it on truck issues. Very little communication about being late, I thought he cancelled. He's detailed my mom and sisters car in the past and he was late for them too. When he finally arrived he took a while to quote my car. He should've been more transparent about his pricing and options. I also wanted the inside of my doors cleaned, but apparently I had to upgrade to the exterior for that. Overall, he did a decent job cleaning my car. There was some dirty water left in my trunk under my spare tire. At the end he told me he broke the piece that keeps my gas cover closed. He told me I would have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed but he DIDN'T offer to take it out of his quote. So I had to pay for it... Update: Michael has responded to my review saying he didn't break anything so I added pictures. Then he responded claiming that he doesn't know me and that he didn't detail my car. I hand washed my brand new Bronco Sport and noticed all the swirls. Jason and team were able to get out all the swirls in prep for the ceramic coating and even fixed some of the factory/delivery paint flaws. I brought my AMG vehicle here for a hand wash thinking it wouldn’t get damaged but somehow they found a way plus when they said it was ready it wasn’t even dried off had to get someone else to fully dry it and she even said wow I’m sorry they didn’t fully dry it. Everything else I paid for wasn’t done either. So I reached out to the manager who hasn’t reached out back to me plus even had an attitude on the phone when it was their fault unbelievable but if I’m spending $100 on the car wash and 20 in tip I’m expecting quality and not shady stuff like I wasn’t going to noticed.

I’d like to start by saying, I am guilty of writing review in the heat of the moment. I slightly hesitate bring my car in because it is new but, I thought a hand wash place that 48.95 for a premium was would at the least be careful during the wash. I didn’t get what I feel I paid for. The attendants were not hospitable from the beginning and they didn’t treat the car with any concern or care. They slammed doors, let water pool in the trunk. While attempting to clean the interior, they tracked black dirty water into the car with their shoes. And to top it all they stained the front passenger seat with the same dirt/oily that was all over the kick plate arena of the car. I hope the owner/manager sees this review. It’s more so that the company is aware what happened than anything else. I don’t think I’ll return because I don’t have any trust that it won’t happen in the future. I’m adding a picture so it’s understood, I’m not exaggerating.
