This place was absolutely amazing from the initial call to the pick up of my car. I had a leak inside my car and there was a terrible odor I couldn’t get out. Took my car here and they removed my seats, vacuumed everything, took care of the mold situation, no more smell in my car, and even organized my miscellaneous items found in my car all into one bag. The customer service was above and beyond and I’m so grateful I found them and so happy with the work they’ve done. Some before and after pics attached below. I love any business that's simple and does quality work. Made an appointment yesterday, dropped our 4Runner off last night and dropped the keys in their convenient night drop box. Picked her up today looking shiny and new. I'm a 15 year detailer so I'm their worst nightmare as a customer. I had zero complaints. Highly recommend. Side note - the rims were not their fault. I have OCD, so please keep that in mind while reading my review. This is my second time visiting Best Auto Detailing. Both times the job done was the same quality. Probably adequate for most, not for me. It's all the details they miss and I have to take care of that keeps it from being 5 stars. Though I will return. Their prices are more than fair. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and professional. This time I said I wanted it as clean as possible without being waxed. I pointed out that I wanted the area between the driver's seat and center console to get special attention. I'm 95% he said the deep cleaning was $65, but I was only charged $45. I forgot to mention the storage area in the trunk under the floorboard, but asked when he was finished. He said he had cleaned it, but hadn't. Maybe he didn't understand where I meant. I was the first customer on a Saturday and I could not believe how quick they finished. Maybe, a 30 minute wait. I would recommend this business.

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. As a working mom of 3 kids, one being a 3 year old, my car was basically trashed. Ace of Spadez far surpassed my expectations with his work. He was very responsive and came out promptly. Setting up the service was very easy. He was meticulous and his rate was very reasonable. I didn't think I even cared about the outside being cleaned, but whatever he did, it looks like a new car (both inside and out). Would definitely recommend!

I've been working with Three Kings now for almost a year and they are always terrific. I like the online scheduling and Mike is great, does a great job with my SUV. Michael Simba is a class act and is SERIOUS about what he’s doing in the detail business. He’s equipped with heavy duty machinery in an industrial box truck to haul it. VERY WELL SET UP. Definitely not a part timer in it for extra cash but rather someone who takes EXTREME PRIDE in his work. I called around and looked all over to find someone and got lucky that he’s the one I chose. I found out he will not stop until he feels he has done everything to make the vehicle as near new looking as it can possibly be. I really wish I had taken a before pic. And the after picture that I will post here simply doesn’t do his work justice. This is a 17 year old truck that was oxidized beyond belief and Michael turned it into almost showroom shape. Thank you sir for your hard work and dedication to what you do. Anyone who hires you will definitely get their moneys worth. Unbelievable work

BROKE MY CAR AND LIED. Originally, I asked Michael for just an interior detailing. He showed up 2.5 hours late, blaming it on truck issues. Very little communication about being late, I thought he cancelled. He's detailed my mom and sisters car in the past and he was late for them too. When he finally arrived he took a while to quote my car. He should've been more transparent about his pricing and options. I also wanted the inside of my doors cleaned, but apparently I had to upgrade to the exterior for that. Overall, he did a decent job cleaning my car. There was some dirty water left in my trunk under my spare tire. At the end he told me he broke the piece that keeps my gas cover closed. He told me I would have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed but he DIDN'T offer to take it out of his quote. So I had to pay for it... Update: Michael has responded to my review saying he didn't break anything so I added pictures. Then he responded claiming that he doesn't know me and that he didn't detail my car. I hand washed my brand new Bronco Sport and noticed all the swirls. Jason and team were able to get out all the swirls in prep for the ceramic coating and even fixed some of the factory/delivery paint flaws. Very happy with the outcome and how easy it is to wash after ceramic coating. Jason took pictures through out the entire process and very courteous overall.

If I was rating my experience today I only would’ve gave 1 star. Luckily the young men were very nice despite poor job done. I’ve had a monthly membership at this carwash for over a year. Normally very pleased with the outcome however unfortunately not what happened today. I came here to get a full interior detail. I paid $130 for the interior detail and even told them don’t worry about doing the trunk and third row area. Just the front and second row area. They did not even touch my middle console, nor any of my doors. They forgot one of my weather floor mats hanging up outside the car and left more than an acceptable amount of stuff in my car that should’ve been cleaned. After waiting a hour and a half and paying $130 for the detail PLUS tipping an additional $30 to the gentlemen that cleaned it I am very unsatisfied. I also told them I wanted baby powder scent and they gave me cherry scent which I hate cherries. I went back in after seeing my vehicle and cleaning the rest myself but no one was in the lobby to talk to. Safe to say I will not be using car spa for anymore interior details .

I paid for the basic wash they have. I didn’t even get a chance to get out the car and look at my car before (it seemed like) the manager looked at my car and had me come back around and go back through again. When I tell you they washed my car with so much detail. For 5 dollars. I’m not saying you’ll get this same service but o could absolutely tell the manager took pride in his work. I’m absolutely appreciative of the detail put into my car wash. 10 stars for amazing customer service and going above and beyond! I’ll definitely be back!

I had some paint damage on the rear quarter panel on my Shelby, a really bad spot to repair. Kevin's shop was highly recommended to me, so I took it to him for the paintwork. The results were perfect. You can't see the blending at all, it looks like it never happened at all. He also fully detailed the car which was a nice surprise, as I had only brought it in for the paint damage. The car looked just like I had picked it up from the dealer when I bought it! I would highly recommend Kevin and his team!

I decided to use Next Level Detailing after watching their social media videos. My neighbor's painting contractor allowed their house paint to drift onto my truck and I needed it removed professionally. Found U want 1 Auto Spa through research online and it’s been about a few months now of using their services and I’m very happy each time. They service my new SUV after I was afraid of using those hands off auto washes. Have also figured out that with their detailing I can go longer between washes compared against those auto washes as well. The service is personable, they get to know you and what you would like done to the car, effectively listening to whatever you mentioned. After the service, they provide insight on what you can do to keep it cleaner between washes and any added services you could benefit from in the future. Will be looking forward to using their experience and help again in the future.

I brought my car here with a bad cigarette smell from the previous owner. I had previously taken it to another detailer who could not get the smell out. He ran the ozone machine which so far seems to have entirely removed the smell (time will tell). You can tell he takes his time and thoroughly goes through every inch of the car. It’s tough to find detailers with a shop in Atlanta who have all the tools and knowledge for a fair price. This is one of them.

I love this car wash. It’s a large car wash but feels very personal. The best deal is the monthly subscription which I am a member of. I am on the road a lot and like the option of running my car through as many times as I want until I am satisfied with how the car looks. No more pleading with people to run it through again. It’s so worth it. With 2 or 3 car washes in a month it pays for itself! The car workstations are great as well. You have everything you need to detail your car. They even have a machine to clean your car rugs. They have a larger space for handicap vans. The staff is warm and helpful as well! This place is great!

Where to start? TLDR; These guys don’t play around. Top notch products, friendly and knowledgeable staff and kept the promised timeline for my trip. If you want to pay for quality work/ solid customer service you need to bring your car here. Period. When I first received a call from the owner Blake , he walked me through each step meticulously and provided insight and laid out all options. First huge impression was he knew on the fly exactly the factory paint code of my SQ5. He was able to schedule me 2 weeks out and I never felt like I was constantly being upsold. When I arrived for my appointment he gave me a tour introduced me to his team and reviewed the process again and how to care for the ceramic coating. He surveyed the car with me and found multiple scratches/dents I even missed. He quoted dent repair and the same quote we discussed on the phone and I gave him my keys. Over the next two days he sent progress photos and updates. When I picked up my car it was staged in the direct sunlight behind their shop and looked amazing! Completely renewed for my new bought 18’ CPO Audi off a 2 year lease. We rewalked the car, he reviewed care, how to wash the car and even said to look at it over the next week , then let him know if I saw anything and he would be happy to correct it. When I left for my trip I noticed my roof rack key and a floor mat was missing. I let Blake know and he immediately offered to drive it to my house! Then he said if I come by the shop he would have his team give the car a rinse to remove the dirt from my trip. Best consumer experience I’ve had in recent memory. Today Sunday 8-4-24, 1:20 in the afternoon noon. Brought my truck in for a good washing inside and out. Good thing I was watching them service it. The man doing the vacuuming didn't do the rear. When I said something to him, he looked surprise. Even asked, "Do you want the seats vacuum too ? Really, what kind of question is that! Well, he's still working on it. It's now 1:35. Let's see how it turns out. Inside not very good, all they do is a quick wipe. Still seeing dirt. They don't even stick around to see if everything is OK, take the ticket, and walk away. Had to ask where my keys are. Today, I'm saying 3 stars. Monday 7-31-23. Just finished trailering my Yamaha Stratoliner from Pennsylvania. I wanted to give it a fully detailed cleaning, wax, and get that chrome bright and shiny. So, I brought it here for a full detailed service. Dropped it off around 10 in the morning, and they called me just before 2, telling me it was done. And boy, was it! Jerome took excellent care of me and my bike from start to finish. They said it's been years since they had a bike come through, Jerome brought her to a Sparking Shine. My only negative is the price. They don't get bikes in there, so they weren't sure how to price it. They priced it out as a car. I was able to get it down lower, still pricey. Think they can come down even more. Anyway, I'm very pleased with the service. The bike looked GREAT! Thank you, Jerome. 5 STARS x 5......... 5-22-22 Even though we checked in at 3:08, it's now 3:45, still deserves the 5 stars. They are very busy, with short staff. Excellent job, comfortable waiting area, even ended up taking a nap. Lol, But seriously, they did a great job, floor mats, dash, car jams, and even trunk area was cleaned.

Amazing Service!!! This place is really good and terrific pricing! I can't believe they got all the crud off of our 1996 Bronco "shell" on the back. It had been stained badly by leaving parked under trees for many years and they got it looking like new... the guy said he worked really hard on it and it showed! The team of Doyle and LaMario have been super professional along with being helpful thus far. They have shown exceptional customer service to include explaining the step by step process for the varying ceramic detailing packages. What I liked most was the absence of any pressure tactics to up charge etc. I will update this post once the work is completed. As indicated earlier in this review, I am providing my post service update. In short, the final product is everything I anticipated it would be. The finish is so deep and reflective that I was able to take a selfie in it. My neighbors and friends noticed the change immediately, which when considering my car was always clean before that, means the transition was significant. I had a spill on my back seat and googled auto detailing shops in the area to see how I can get this cleaned within 24 hrs. Needless to say, Zee auto detailing stood out to me so I immediately called to get a specified quote and see if it could have been done that day. Zee was ABSOLUTELY professional!!! Arrived on time and got straight to work. He was extremely meticulous with his detailing and extracted every tiny stain I had including the spill. His mobile service set up is on point !!! In the end he left my back seat looking brand new like when I first bought my car !!! I was truly amazed. He did a PERFECT JOB !!!! Will absolutely use his services again !!!!

These guys are awesome. Price of wash is on point. It cost me just as much to wash it myself at a self wash . And they get it cleaner than I ever do plus tires, wipe down and spray wax . I highly recommend this wash for your big trucks

So I wrapped my own car this time and while I'm good enough to do most things on my own I needed an assist on the wing (it's very complex). I reached out to Nick and he did an amazing job! This is the third time the wing on my car has been wrapped and he hands down did the best I've seen it. Really good group of guys, definitely check them out!

Brought my car in for the full service detail and was extremely happy with the results. They provided excellent customer service, and did an amazing job on my car. No detail was left undone. My car looks shiny and new, inside and out. The price was very fair as well. The manager on duty greeted me upon arrival, explained everything, and took great care of me throughout the process. The gentleman who completed the work was super nice as well. Professional and top notch the whole way. I will definitely be coming back for my future car washing needs, and would definitely recommend them.

Only one kiosk worked barely. Employee had to do everything for all trying to check in. There were no towels to dry cars with bins full of dirty towels. No clean towels so I couldn’t draw my car. Employees didn’t care. I paid $27 for a top line car wash, And with that I didn’t get tire shine! Employees could care less. I had no interest in taking the towels somewhere to be washed or put in a. Washer on premises. Camel car wash was a wonderful car wash. Best Customer Service, everything worked and I never ever had a problem with things not working. iOS something wasn’t up to snuff they fixed the problem. You guys took over and it’s a unmitigated disaster! You won’t stay long in East Cobb if you keep this crap up.
