Had my car cleaned today and they did an amazing job! I will definitely be going back and sending all my family to get their vehicles cleaned. They are very professional and fast and the price is great. The sitting area was nice with tv and cable and the ac was perfect on a hot day like today. They also came in multiple times within the 30 to 45 minutes asking if we wanted a water or if we needed anything. I will be back soon.

I was traveling through the area I had been driving about 5 hours early morning and had to clean the interstate bug war off my car before I reached my destination, the wash started promising at $21. With 2 guys using brushes to scrub the front bug guts. Pulled across the street to eat and notice the bug battalion had won and their guts remained in the grill. Maybe not the best bug removal wash but I felt it did a good job on the rest of the car.

When it's open, it's great! But we paid for a monthly service and several times when we drove past to use the service, the car wash was closed. We ended up canceling the membership and going with a different company.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It seemed like a nice family owned establishment, either that or they were a really close staff. The day prior I spilled some bean juice in the back of my car and had a really bad smoothie accident in my front seat so I took my car to them the next day. Everything was so clean and sparkly after they finished with a wonderful smell! I'll definitely come back.

I have a custom paint job, the Lamborghini Aventador green. After 4 years of rocks and other things hitting my car, I decided to have it repainted completely. Once that was finished, I took my car to Tolbert Detailing for another ceramic coating to protect the paint for years. He did an amazing job. These pics were taken at his shop. Been going here about three years. In the beginning I had no issues. Lately with my different vehicle things have not been the best. My car isn't vacuumed out good in the back. The last time I went they broke my sun visor and did not tell me, mind you this is a new vehicle. I asked for a wax thinking I was going to get a buffing wax. Came out to water spots all over my vehicle, I said I asked for a wax; the guy whom I've never seen before said it "was a spray on wax". Sir, I could have did that. He said "yea you need a buffing" Oh you think? I mean that is what I asked for. I will not go back, the service is no longer for me.

The first time I came here, I got stuck in the wash for 15 minutes the manager or co-owner whoever he is apologized. he would talk me into getting a membership so I get a membership then the first time I come through now that I’m a member the transponder doesn’t work so they give me a new transponder, but first he asked me if I put anything to demagnetize the transponder in the window. I said no, so then he gave me a new transponder. The first time I come through with the new sticker it doesn’t work again. THEN what really sealed the deal is the wash popped off a panel on my car a little thing on my window I have been through countless car washes and this has never happened. I noticed once I got to work and called but they were too busy to take my call so customer service related a message which I never heard back so I can up here this morning and they don’t have the piece and no answers for how I can get it back or if it was thrown away. I’m just frustrated. I was a client of the big peach car wash for a year no problems. I move to Zebulon rd so I tried this place out and every time I have come it’s been something. I really wanted to love this place but I just can’t.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This place and its employees are awesome. I needed a bit of help when I entered and the Manager Trent was quick and ready to help. Very nice guy. Every time I go there, everyone is always very pleasant, professional and always willing to help. Not one person is rude or grumpy, they are all nice. This is the only place I go to wash my car. Today was a wonderful experience, from start to finish! The gentleman who helped me select which plan to go with was informative and explained everything in great detail. He was also so friendly and kind… The two other guys that scrubbed my car, before going through the wash, took their time and didn’t rush through it just to get me gone (this has been a normal experience pretty much any and everywhere these days!) And a very special shout out to Ron, who was one of the guys who scrubbed my car, for coming back to make sure I enjoyed my experience while I was vacuuming!!! It’s not often you go to a car wash and have such professional and friendly employees. They take pride in what they do and everyone was wearing a smile, which can often be hard to find in today’s world. I can’t thank y’all enough and will be signing up for a monthly plan. Today I visited to cancel my membership; budgeting reasons. A very nice young male greeting me and assist me with parking my vehicle then lead me to the office. I was greeted by the general manager, Chris Matthews. He was very friendly, smiled, went over the lesser options, but understood my concerns. After the completion of my cancellation, he gave me a coupon worth $20 off my next car wash! He thanked me for my business and encouraged me to come back. This is the type of customer services that gives you goose bumps. I will definitely return, even after the coupon. I appreciate Chris and the other young male for treating me with respect and understanding! 😊

My car was cleaner than when I got it off the lot! I've only had my car for a month and to say it was in a hot mess in an understatement due to a weeks road trip from NJ to GA. I was so delighted with the result and Don the owner is super friendly, polite and professional. I'd recommend this experience to anyone because how you feel matters and when you get into your car feeling fresh it sets the tone for your day. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK. I recently bought a 2017 Ford Explorer. Previous owner was a senior citizen. Clean CarFax report. 7 years old and excellent condition with less than 75k miles. My wife had a subscription for her car so I went for a wash in our new vehicle and was offered a month trial membership. Went through several times with no issues. A few days later I receive an email saying the location was "Under new management with improvements to the wash coming". Now I don’t know for sure if it was "improved" but on my next visit their dryer blew the trim right off my roof. I was told someone would call me within 48 hours to discuss the damages. 5 days later, and after emailing and calling them myself to no avail, they finally called me back and denied any responsibility and that their insurance policy doesn't cover any vehicle over 5 years. They then implied that it was already broken when I bought it. Let's just ignore the fact that I drive to work every day down I75 at 70-90mph, because it's not like those speeds would have caused it to fly off had it been previously damaged. Whatever. I say okay and that just MAYBE somehow that piece was previously damaged. I repair it at my own expense. I roll the dice and go back tonight for one last wash before the trial ends and it blew the trim off both the side that was previously damaged (which I honestly expected) but now it's also blown off the opposite side that was previously fine. Both brackets on each side of the vehicle completely snapped from where the dryer air lifted them outwards. The first time I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but breaking both sides? It's absolutely on them. Both subscriptions have been ended. Get your vehicle washed literally anywhere else. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worse customer service I’ve experienced at a car wash. Went through the car wash and car still dirty. Windows especially were dirty. They charge the same price as other car washes and they don’t provide towels to dry your car. Free vacuums are mediocre. Hardly able to pick up anything in the car. I will never come back here. Don’t waste your time coming here. I’m your better off washing your car yourself.

I got a free wash and tried this place out today. It’s very nice. The wash is very thorough and pretty to go through. The vacuums and air guns (I don’t know what the name of this tool is) work well. They provide interior cleaner, glass cleaner, and towels. While I was working, one of the vacuums didn’t work well, so I switched. A worker came out almost immediately and fixed it. If I had any criticism, it’s that when I first pulled up, all four workers came out to prep my car and all of them looked very inconvenienced. I guess I don’t need a smile with my car wash, so still 5 stars. I’ll be back, for sure!

Worst car wash experience yet! Did not even get all of the dirt off of the car and then no towels to wipe down windows and the car. The workers, however, were busy talking to friends and not replenishing the cleaning items. Used to be a good car wash. They clearly don’t care about the customer experience, because one of the staff was checking his watch because he was more worried about when he was getting off work, and not worried about the customers getting what they needed.

At 3:22pm on Sunday 09/22/2024, I paid for a $22 car wash. While I proceeded to navigate the touch screen monitor and select the service that I wanted, an attendant approached me to help me swipe my card. Next, she proceeded to prewash the front of my vehicle. After I found a parking spot and prepared to vacuum and detail clean the inside my car, I realized that there weren’t and cleaning clothes available. I went into the office to ask the same female attendant for a cleaning cloth and she replied “we ran out this morning” I am pissed off because I was not able to properly clean the inside of my vehicle at this point ! Why wouldn’t she tell me this before I paid!!!

It was ok but quoted wrong items for the price and after the car wash I realize no tire shine but the employer told me for $16 tire shine came with it but he read it wrong and it said tire services. A little disappointed because I had to come back to complain but they straightened it out and I will be back . They had me to give the grading before my services were completed.

So I call and request specific details about how much to shampoo inside and wash out side.... They say $150. And I request an appointment . They say they will call back once they figure out who can do the job And when. They call and called me by a completely random name no where close to mine....I reiderate exactly what I what done with the same guy 3 times before they show up. They are an hour late and didn't bring what they needed because he says he didn't know. I am extremely frustrated I already have an invoice for payment.... Are they joking and big boss won't answer phone... NOT RECOMMENDED
