The Upscale Team killed it. The ceramic tint is a night and day difference from the factory tint. What you can't see in the pictures is the cigarette smell that the team managed to get rid of COMPLETELY! I dropped the car off at 8:am and it was ready for pick up by 4:30pm. The team was able to do a complete interior detail, ozone treatment for the smell, and 360 ceramic tint minus the windshield. Jared takes the time to ensure you're making the right decision when choosing the work you want done. They could've agreed to what I wanted and I would've spent a lot more money however, this is an honest company that has values, respect for the customer, and the upmost passion for the quality of their work. Just had my truck detailed with their Airborn package. For the most part, the detail was pretty good, however there are some things I wasn’t very happy with. First thing I noticed when I got home was the tire shine they use slings everywhere. The entire side of my truck to include the mirrors were covered in tire shine. I had to re-wipe my truck down from front to rear to get it off of the sides of my truck. Second thing I noticed is they didn’t wash a whole section of the tonneau cover. Wasn’t really expecting it, but if you charge me 25$ more for being a truck then I’d either expect the cover to be washed or not. 1/2 washed looked really funny. Got me thinking what else they skipped out on. I stepped on the running boards and checked out the top of the truck. They absolutely did not wax the top of the truck at all. It was still gritty. What they did do, wasn’t horrible but wasn’t spectacular either. Pollen still on plastic where they didn’t wipe certain parts and dirt wasn’t vacuumed completely from carpet. Edit: Within an hour, the owner reached out to me and we discussed the issues. He was extremely over apologetic and offered to make things right. He knew exactly what happened with my truck and why so he’s obviously invested in the business and customer service. Based on this experience, I’ll go back with my truck and wife’s car.

I am impressed, this is the best place to get your car detailed. Very kind and professional service, and very good price, car looks just like the day I bought it. The trunk was dirty of dog food that I spilled and the seats were stained with tea that I also spilled, but they cleaned it like new. They also have a waiting area with couch and TV, and the whole detail took an hour, which is unbelievable.

I am in love with Carnoisseur Detail Shop. I had my car built and as soon as it arrived at the BMW dealership, I picked it up and Vince let me bring it start to Caronisseur to have the PPF installed. His whole team was awesome in explaining to me step by step the areas that need to be protected on my car. I am a firm believer, that you pay for what you get and they definitely delivered. I also had them tint my windows and my husband feel in love with the tint on my car that he made an appointment to have his truck done. I am a very picky person and I did not feel as if I had to worry about anything when I brought my car to Vince and his team. They are the best❤️

Outstanding!! I found Thomas Mobile Detailing on yelp and i was impressed with the photos of his services. Upon contacting him online, he called me that same day! He was very professional and pleasant throughout our initial contact. I scheduled an appointment to clean my wife's seats in her 2021 Camry. The front snd back seat had an horrible stain from soda, along with dirty water-spots(from attempting to clean it up). Unfortunately i didn’t take before pictures. He arrived promptly and was very meticulous in his process. My wife is particular about quality of services from people…with that said she was overjoyed with the speed and details of Thomas’s services! I will be locking him in for the auto detail needs of my family.

Owner, staff, and service are simply top notch. I can leave my car and other expensive valuables with the company without ever worrying about them. You can’t rush a good job, and these guys take their time to ensure that when you get your car back from them, you have no complaints! That said before they collect payment you’re given the opportunity to do a walk around and check inside and out. They let you really be critical and after multiple visits I hardly ever have anything to say or add. Simply put, there is clearly a reason for their current 4.9/5 review.

I am doing a PCS from Fort Benning to Hohenfels, Germany. I had this business detail my vehicle for a white glove vehicle inspection at the VPC in Atlanta. The vehicle passed the inspection without any issue. I called Upscale Detailing prior to calling this business and they immediately started using poor salesman talking points to illicit FOMO and panic in order to up charge me about $750-$1000, well also making me wait 2-3 weeks. I called this location and they were able to get me booked the next business day at a significantly lower rate. They took about 2-3 hours and let me personally inspect the vehicle when they were done. Small Business - owner has 20+ year of experience detailing vehicles and is flexible and friendly. Apple Pay/Venmo/Cash App preferred. I paid half the rate upfront and then the other half when the work was complete. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work this business did and how well they treated me. I would recommend this location to any Service Member preparing their POV for shipping on an Overseas PCS.

This is a true detailer who knows what they're doing. They're also very professional as they walk around the car giving recommendations. This isn't a $20 auto wash with some vacuums outside and "tire shine". I brought a car here that I was planning to sell. It had sat under trees outside for what seemed like years and the inside was covered in doghair and some type of... stuff. Idk. I had washed it and saw the real state of the paint and thought it needed a professional's touch... These guys did an amazing job and gave the paint and interior the attention and love it needed. So, if you're planning on restoring and refreshing a car to add value to sell, need a wash and interior clean on your daily driver, OR EVEN just bought a new car and want to have a professional protect the paint with ceramics... These guys are BY FAR THE BEST IN COLUMBUS!!! The prices are comparable to other professional detailing shops, but the finished product speaks for itself, deleting years of missed spots, so it's worth it. Pretty solid car wash spot. They have what you need, no touch exterior cleaning and you can stop to use the vacuums for no additional cost once you go through. I come by about once every 2 months. It's almost worth it to get the membership for me, but not quite.

I am a Google local guide, so I would have reviewed this place whether I had a great experience or not. I just purchased my new car a week before this. I went and purchased a $30 car package , including inside and outside cleaning. The guy told me to turn on my hazard lights to them will know I have the inside package. After waiting almost an hour to get through the actual electric car wash, I was stuck inside because someone fell in front of the car wash and hit his head. This review is not based on this incident, but I have to mention it anyway. I waited about 30 minutes for the ambulance to show and pick the guy up so that he could go to the hospital. After he was moved, I was asked to pull up so my car could be wiped down. The people halfway wiped the outside of my car and didn't even touch the inside. They also did not return my side view mirrors to their usual spot after pushing them in. When I left, I had water spots on my car, and I had to stop and push my side view mirrors back. I looked over my car carefully, and it was really too late for me to go back through because I had been there for an hour and a half and had to pick up my daughter from her friends house. I tried calling the car wash to address the issue, but they didn't answer the phone, and they have no voicemail. It is safe to say I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. I knew that something didn't feel right when they got finished so quickly.

I don’t go very often but it has been hit or miss every time. Today was a miss. I should have checked the car over before I left but I waited until my next stop and was thoroughly disappointed. There was still mud still all over the back of the car. The back window had barely been cleaned. The back hatch had only been half vacuumed. I wish I could post pics but instead I just will not be going back.

My review is actually a 5+ The interior of my car is a very light camel color and my seats were awful! Also somehow I had ran into some white paint that had splashed up on the passenger side of my car. My car is absolutely gorgeous after spending a day with the people at ProKleen. It looked better than it did the day I drove it off the Toyota dealership s parking lot. I would recommend Pro Kleen to anyone hands down. I wish I had made before and after photos for I would proudly show the world what an awesome job they did

If you want quality service and the best prices, there is no comparison to Mark at Phoenix Auto Detailer. He has ceramic coated 2 of my vehicles and currently has a 3rd one. When I say he brought the paint back to life, they look better than when I first purchased them. I forgot to mention, his ceramic coating on your vehicle is put in to carfax and is covered by your insurance for repairs if you are ever in an accident and need repairs to the areas that has been coated. I drove all the way in from Albany, Ga to have my new GMC Sierra done by APEX. Lance and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. Lance answered all of my questions and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and get my truck done in the time frame I required. I had PPF installed on the entire front end of my truck along with a few other troublesome areas. It has been a little over 3 weeks now and there have been no issues or defects, the PPF looks as flawless as the day I picked it up. I will definitely be returning and can’t recommend them enough.

There’s nothing I enjoy more than paying for a car wash and then having to end up “washing” it again with the rags and spray in the vacuum area. If the brushes wash hard enough to fold my mirrors in, they ought to at least take the road film off the vehicle.

I can't tell where it happened, but over the weekend while driving, someone was spray painting or whatsoever, and my car got a good load of dark green spray paint allover on the front and the mirrors 😟😳. ( I just noticed it after I went at a car wash when drying off my car 🤨). As I was driving, I came across this mobile car detailing place called American Wheels & Detailing on Macon Rd. . I stopped and showed the guys the spray paint on my car. They took care of my car right away by removing all the spray paint of it. Not only this... they are very professional ...friendly and very reasonable on to. Highly recommend and definitely will be back for future services

I’ve been going to this car wash since it opened and have been on the monthly pass. At first the car wash was really good but now it seems the wash leaves my car looking worse than it did going in “dirty”. I did a test run with my daughter to see if it was just my imagination. I cleaned and buffed my car this morning/afternoon myself and around 3 took it through car wash to see test my theory. Sure enough the wash is leaving almost like it seems dirty spots, almost like tar like residue on the car. The wheel cleaner is even worse, I had to get home and rewash them with wheel cleaner again myself. I think they need to do something maintenance to the wash system or something cause I’m about to cancel my monthly pass. I added some photos of the smudges/spots it leaves everywhere including the wheels. The lighting is bad but they are there. Hope they fix the problem. Till then I’ll be cleaning my car myself for now on. The staff is great and all but doesn’t help if you need to re-clean your car after going through the wash. Thank you.

Great customer service and one of the best washes in town. The owner or manager, unsure, was fixing one lane and it caused a back up. Once fixed, the cars behind me went to the new lane and then my lane was delayed so all the other cars went ahead. He was so nice and offered awesome customer service. I was considering a monthly package and now I will definitely get the package .

This place has only been open about 2 years and it is continuously going downhill as far as their service they provide. There's more employees standing around talking. They don't put a whole lot of effort into cleaning your car before it goes into the car wash. But you see them steadily standing around looking at their cell phones as you enter the location. Half of the vacuum cleaners that used to be there are now missing on every machine. It used to be a skinny hose and then a flat hose on every cleaning station and now on one side of the car wash they have all the skinny hoses and on the other side they have all the flat hoses. This location is too new to be doing this cheap crap stuff. They don't spend a whole lot of time checking to make sure that the vacuum cleaners work either. That's suction is horrible on most of them. I end up having to move my car to get to one. And when I tell someone they'll say okay they'll check into it. Or oh I'm not on the clock. Nothing but excuses cuz I don't ever see anybody servicing them. Their monthly fee keeps increasing but the quality of service is declining. Every station should have two vacuum cleaners just like they had when they first opened. Not you drive to this side to get the long skinny nozzle or you drive to the other side to get the flat nozzle? That's ridiculous.

I never post negative things on social media but this is something as a consumer you should be aware of. I went to goo goo car wash to clean my car. Their employees broke a piece of outer body siding off my car. The management refuses to contact me, and their customer care center will get you no where. I now am responsible for damages they caused. According to the collision center I went to they have awful stories from goo goo all the time. David the GM does not care if your property is damaged. This incident occurred on 1/13/2025 today is 29th. I've still haven't heard a thing, and have had to go to the car wash in person twice to talk to someone because they don't answer the phone. they still refuse to take responsibility.

I live in New Port Richey Florida, I'm up here in Columbus doing work on my godson's house, pollen and the road trip left my van so dirty, it's a 2020 and it's never been that dirty since I bought it. I paid $22.99 a month for unlimited at home, I paid $16 at Go-Go's unlimited and it has done a better job than mine at home, would recommend to anyone who doesn't have the time or the ability to wash their own car, I have cancer and unable to do my own, find this place very reasonable and high quality, I normally don't leave reviews for good results, you usually only hear from me when there's something wrong, therefore you can see I'm very impressed, check them out you should like them too!

I had lights and a small wrap put on my spyder. They did a great job. But find it very hard to believe it took 5 hours ($500) to install lights on a can am. I was told by Quentin they take their time to hide the wires but I’ve seen numerous lights on spyders with no wires showing and none of them paid $500. The wrap was only 5 pieces as well. $500 for that. Truly believed they fudged the labor cost. Go else where. You can get it done cheaper.
