Michelle and Cedric came out today and did a full inside and outside cleaning of my truck! I had scratches on my drivers side from pets and trees. Cedric was able to get all of them buffed out. My interior looks and smells amazing! I have a teenager who likes to make a mess in the backseat. I will definitely call Andrew when we need this done again!

11/10 experience with Jamie @ RRD and Brian @ Mint Vintage PDR. Jamie and his crew did a full detail and ceramic coating on the newest addition to our little fleet, and Brian with Mint Vintage absolutely knocked the paint correction out of the park. I'm pretty sure the dealership washed the truck with a brick, the paint was terrible on this brand new Raptor. Awesome attention to detail, and j won't let anyone else in town touch my rigs. The team at Rapid Restoration did a phenomenal job on my 2004 BMW. I got the 2-step paint correction, headlight restoration and got a couple dents fixed and the car looks like it just came off the lot! Tyler and his crew got ole girl looking 100 times better with a total decontamination, clay bar, 2 step paint correction, and 9 year warrantied ceramic coating at a pretty good price. They greatly exceeded my expectations because the paint was badly scratched up. They have great communication with you and work really fast and precise. Definitely experts at what they do!

I had used a scratch remover kit on my Ram truck, and it left a white hue on my whole right side. I was worried, but I brought it right to these guys and they buffed it right on out. They were nice, and professional. You don’t meet many good people. I would definitely recommend them. I’m going to be using them for some other work on my truck!

This detail company is excellent! The level of professionalism is unmatched. I called for a quote and Michael and Tony came out to my job within the hour to look at my car. They pick up and deliver which is very convenient. Not only that, their work is top notch. I was selling a vehicle that was previously owned by a family with small children. It was nasty to say the least. Tony aka Superman cleaned that car so well it looked and smelled new. Every customer that came to see it mentioned how clean it was compared to others they had seen. I was disappointed in the results. These pictures were taken after I picked up the car and gave the seats time to dry. I feel like I paid $190 for a job that I could have done in less time with a vacuum and a spray bottle at home. This was my birthday gift to myself and I am sad, feeling like I wasted my money.

I was also disappointed with my past service. I just received an automatic email only after a month which reminded me on the bad service I received. First after seeing dog hair in the cargo area I was told that was an extra $50. I paid for a full detail! How is there more money to make this even cleaner when the point of the detail is to be super cleaned. 2nd when I went to retrieve my car, they could not find my keys! After 20 minutes I found the key under back seat floor mats! 3rd, after leaving at night. The first thing I noticed is dirt in the cup holders! How is this detailed? In addition my back seats go down for more space. When I put them down, I saw all the dirt in the crevice that is folded. Meaning they didn’t even bother to “detail,” the back! Find a other place with better service and price.

Attention to Detail Auto is one of the best detailing services in the CSRA. His owner, Lawson, has worked on multiple of my cars and provided several services such as paint correction, paint wet sanding, interior cleaning and stain removal, waxing, etc. He also does ceramic coating and car wrapping. I had someone puke in my 2021 Dodge Durango R/T and I couldn’t find anyone that could come on post to clean my vehicle but Ocd autos llc & detailing center on top of being a mobile service; they also had a location where I could drop my car off. I couldn’t be more pleased with their services. They shampooed and conditioned the area of puke along with detailing the rest of the interior, paying close attention to detail in every crevice you wouldn’t think to look. Definitely would recommend it if you run into the same situation or if you’re just looking for a good hand wash or detailing services vs drive through car washes. You don’t run into services like this much anymore and if you’re a car guru you know what I mean by that. Thank you so much again, this was such a relief!

I was Very Disappointed, I was Recommended to this Place by a Family Member. I called and received an Appointment then upon arrival I was told it would take 2 to 3hrs for Detailing Services. Then when I was going to wait in the waiting area, I was told no one sits in the waiting area since Covid, right after another customer arrives and guess what they sit and wait on the waiting area. They had my car for over 7hrs just to get my Vehicle back with my Car Mats missing and I was still charged Full price smh yes they clean your car for but for the Service I received I feel the owner should have shown a little compassion I was the First Customer to Arrive that day and the last to leave.

This post is especially for all my Military sisters and brothers that are stationed here...if you need your car detailed...Stacy and his team are the ones you want to see! I have a 2019 Black on Black 2LT 2DR with a RS Package-Camero Coupe..(less than 500 miles). I was soo overly excited to have this car that I tried to be extra careful with it, to the point, I almost reunited it! I brought two different car covers-One from O'Reilly's, that cost approx $87.00-(DO NOT INVEST your money) and then I purchased a custom made one just for Cameros, for approximately $78.00. They both, were for OUTSIDE purposes...on account of no garage. Although, I tied the covers down, as we all know, the wind and weather is very unpredictable here and it cost my car to have a lot of surface scratches...to the point, my car looked like the paint was fading!!! I cried like a baby! I went back to the dealership..Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet, to the Body Shop where I was supposed to get the buffing done for a very high fee...however, til this day, I'm still awaiting a return phone call from this past Wednesday. Never had a problem, with any other department, well...with the exception of that one. Ultimately, I'm happy I was recommended by a person from the Performance Collision Center...those are the folks you want to go if you ever have an accident....my previous car was in a minor accident and they did a really great job on restoring it back to its original condition and color, which was an odd color. As long as I'm still stationed here...A#1 Mobile Detailing Services has MY BUSINESS! MY CAR LOOKS AMAZING! Almost a shine on the car..like it was made of glass!!! The prices are reasonable and Stacy is NOT into price gouging! Take your car to him! Expedient response and services! I PROMISE! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! THANK YOU again, Stacy and Wallace!!!

I've used Stacy's A-1 Detailing for SEVERAL years, now but today was the last straw. He has NEVER, EVER been ON TIME with either his appointments to pick up OR return my vehicles; nor does he EVER call back when HE sets the time to do so. (No, I'm NOT exaggerating!) I'm sick of chasing him down. I've given him chance after chance but he continually let's me down. "Nice" just isn't enough to keep clients like me happy when I've spent a culmination of hours WAITING for a call that usually doesn't come before I find him (again) first. Besides, the work done by him &/or his crew has been OK but has not passed inspection the first time (sometimes the 2nd.) I've heard plenty of EXCUSES & APOLOGIES but I have heard enough! They're not the only service in town who will pick up a vehicle so I'm no longer treating them like they are. DO NOT hire these folks if you require a company to be on time, every time & to do an excellent job the first time!

I’ve been a customer with tidal wave for a few years now and it’s by far my favorite place to get my car washed. The team members who work there are kind, helpful and attentive. My vehicle is always cleaned and they are also accommodating. Today was especially a welcoming and friendly interaction. I had my bike rack on my truck and I really needed it washed because I was going to store it. I asked one of the Team members if I could keep my bike rack on so it can get wash. He was nice enough to tell me that unfortunately i needed to take it off but was kind enough to spray it down and clean it off for me while I took the truck through the wash. They definitely did not need to do that but I am very thankful he did. Tidal wave is the best in town, I’m always happy with the wash and never feel like I leave with my car dirty. Definitely worth it! Check them out and their friendly staff! Thank you tidal wave!
