I got the 2-step paint correction, headlight restoration and got a couple dents fixed and the car looks like it just came off the lot! Let me just say, they are worth every penny. Excellent customer service on top of superior work ethic. I am blow away. So far, they have detailed two of my vehicles. Both were in bad shape. The A7 sat under a tree and had sap all over it. As well as hair from a 125lbs dog AND left over throw up from what I couldn’t clean from said dog. Not to mention the nastiness from my children being back there with food and drinks. They made it look brand new. I was sure they would turn me away with my huge, dirty keep that had not been cleaned on the inside or outside in three to four years. It was BAD. They welcomed it with open arms and made my girl look brand new inside and out, front to back. I was shocked. Miracle workers! They have made me a believer and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. They do a lot more than detail as well!

Andrew did a phenomenal job cleaning my car. Let me tell you it was bad, years of never having a detail cleaning, spilt drinks and pets. He worked wonders, took his time to make it look the very best! His wife helped with the scheduling and answered any question I had! I had used a scratch remover kit on my Ram truck, and it left a white hue on my whole right side. I was worried, but I brought it right to these guys and they buffed it right on out. They were nice, and professional. You don’t meet many good people. I would definitely recommend them. I’m going to be using them for some other work on my truck!

When going to a place for the first time you’re always wondering if it’s going to be worth it. This place was! The other places in town were busy for weeks so I tried super shine and I’m so glad I went, cheaper than the other places in town and they did an amazing job. I wish I had before photos, I have dogs and my back seat had lots of animal hair I’ve never been able to vacuum out myself. Everything completely gone and all shiny. The guys in the front are super friendly and per Google this is a black owned business. Highly recommend!

This detail company is excellent! The level of professionalism is unmatched. I called for a quote and Michael and Tony came out to my job within the hour to look at my car. They pick up and deliver which is very convenient. Not only that, their work is top notch. I was selling a vehicle that was previously owned by a family with small children. I had someone puke in my 2021 Dodge Durango R/T and I couldn’t find anyone that could come on post to clean my vehicle but Ocd autos llc & detailing center on top of being a mobile service; they also had a location where I could drop my car off. I couldn’t be more pleased with their services. They shampooed and conditioned the area of puke along with detailing the rest of the interior, paying close attention to detail in every crevice you wouldn’t think to look. Definitely would recommend it if you run into the same situation or if you’re just looking for a good hand wash or detailing services vs drive through car washes. You don’t run into services like this much anymore and if you’re a car guru you know what I mean by that. Thank you so much again, this was such a relief!

I was Very Disappointed, I was Recommended to this Place by a Family Member. I called and received an Appointment then upon arrival I was told it would take 2 to 3hrs for Detailing Services. Then when I was going to wait in the waiting area, I was told no one sits in the waiting area since Covid, right after another customer arrives and guess what they sit and wait on the waiting area. They had my car for over 7hrs just to get my Vehicle back with my Car Mats missing and I was still charged Full price smh yes they clean your car for but for the Service I received I feel the owner should have shown a little compassion I was the First Customer to Arrive that day and the last to leave.

I was very impressed with Connor from the beginning. I submitted my initial query online and he replied immediately with all the information I needed - on Christmas Eve! I scheduled the appointment and he showed up right on time. I purchased the interior/exterior detail and headlight restoration. He worked non stop for four hours on the inside and outside of the car and then another hour on the headlight restoration. Everything looks great! I will absolutely use Connor again and highly recommend him.

Connor is amazing! We have used his services 5+ times and he has never disappointed. He always shows up when he says he will and does exactly what he said he would. This post is especially for all my Military sisters and brothers that are stationed here...if you need your car detailed...Stacy and his team are the ones you want to see! I have a 2019 Black on Black 2LT 2DR with a RS Package-Camero Coupe..(less than 500 miles). I was soo overly excited to have this car that I tried to be extra careful with it, to the point, I almost reunited it! I brought two different car covers-One from O'Reilly's, that cost approx $87.00-(DO NOT INVEST your money) and then I purchased a custom made one just for Cameros, for approximately $78.00. They both, were for OUTSIDE purposes...on account of no garage. Although, I tied the covers down, as we all know, the wind and weather is very unpredictable here and it cost my car to have a lot of surface scratches...to the point, my car looked like the paint was fading!!! I cried like a baby! I went back to the dealership..Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet, to the Body Shop where I was supposed to get the buffing done for a very high fee...however, til this day, I'm still awaiting a return phone call from this past Wednesday. Never had a problem, with any other department, well...with the exception of that one. Ultimately, I'm happy I was recommended by a person from the Performance Collision Center...those are the folks you want to go if you ever have an accident....my previous car was in a minor accident and they did a really great job on restoring it back to its original condition and color, which was an odd color. As long as I'm still stationed here...A#1 Mobile Detailing Services has MY BUSINESS! MY CAR LOOKS AMAZING! Almost a shine on the car..like it was made of glass!!! The prices are reasonable and Stacy is NOT into price gouging! Take your car to him! Expedient response and services! I PROMISE! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! THANK YOU again, Stacy and Wallace!!!

I've used Stacy's A-1 Detailing for SEVERAL years, now but today was the last straw. He has NEVER, EVER been ON TIME with either his appointments to pick up OR return my vehicles; nor does he EVER call back when HE sets the time to do so. (No, I'm NOT exaggerating!) I'm sick of chasing him down. I've given him chance after chance but he continually let's me down. "Nice" just isn't enough to keep clients like me happy when I've spent a culmination of hours WAITING for a call that usually doesn't come before I find him (again) first. Besides, the work done by him &/or his crew has been OK but has not passed inspection the first time (sometimes the 2nd.) I've heard plenty of EXCUSES & APOLOGIES but I have heard enough! They're not the only service in town who will pick up a vehicle so I'm no longer treating them like they are. DO NOT hire these folks if you require a company to be on time, every time & to do an excellent job the first time!

I would strongly recommend this Detail place. I showed a 2010 Prius with full of stain and dirt to a customer and told the customer the vehicle would be perfectly cleaned and look NEW. Customer trusted and did the deal. In two days time, the vehicle was delivered and it was so amazing and glad to see the way it was cleaned. The stains in the trunk carpet area was absolutely removed and looked like new. The floor carpet, the leather seats, the engine section were all detailed so efficiently and looked very nice. The customer was really so Happy! and I would recommend this place to all since I had an excellent and truly exceptional experience..! Look for Allen Trinidad..! There are only few places when they give a price, customers simply accept and pay, without negotiation, work would be wonderful. This is one such kind place. In detailing , never reduce the price for only the price decides the quality of cleaning stuff to be used.

If you like having everything on your vehicle covered in armorall, and having your rear seat belts left unhooked, then this is the place for you. I was very disappointed in the detail. Looked great at first glance when I picked it up, but the closer I looked the worse it got. The interior wasnt really cleaned, just hosed out. The windows were all dirty. Like very dirty. For the money I wish I had taken the truck somewhere else. I didn't need my engine armoralled on my work truck, I just wanted to try to get the cigarette smell out from the previous driver. Which it didn't. He threw in some sort of air freshener that masked the smell for about a week. Now it smells the exact same as well.
