Amazing experience. Paint correction, system X max g+ ceramic coating, wheel and brake caliper coating, windshield coating and full interior coating. They were so friendly and informative throughout the entire process. They catered to my availability and walked me through all the options in great detail and while providing honest opinions. The work was done within the agreed upon timeframe, which was quick for all the work needed. They were very patient with my questions and kept me updated throughout. The work itself was spectacular. My 2015 63s looks better than brand new and many of the pain points on car are addressed. High quality work inside and outside of the car, as well as a high level of professionalism. I will be bringing my other car later on, and will be a repeat customer for any detailing services.

Called these guys to come out and clean a truck I bought. Complete detail on the inside. Shampoo seats, carpet, and also the ozone layer. Truck looks and smells great. Appointment set up was easy; I had both my vehicles washed and detailed, and they both look great. Additionally, one of my vehicles had areas where the paint had become dull due to oxidation, and Bysim did an excellent job polishing the exterior to a showroom level of shine. We went to get a used truck detailed here after buying it second hand. They charged us $200, saying we would get a full detail service. When we picked it up, they rushed us for the money saying they’re closing. The truck had been basically sprayed on the outside and rubbed down with soap on the interior. Most of the surfaces hadn’t been wiped - I wiped the steering wheel after they detailed and my cloth was completely brown. There was a cockroach and trash still in the door pocket. Dirt on the floor where areas hadn’t been vacuumed, grime and dirt in the floor bed. All the pictures I posted are AFTER a $200 detail.

Do not go here. Charged you over $200 for a detail and they did not even touch my interior or the bed of the truck. Literally. Asked Leo to make it right and he just throws an already dirty rag with soap onto the seats. Keeps a bunch of dogs chained up out back too.. whats going on here.

Overall, my experience is really good with this company. However, sometimes they miss. 1) Fake Nail - There were a ton of nails in one area and I thought I had one in my tire. Luckily, after a professional inspection, it was a rock. That still took time out of my day to follow up. 2) Cup Holders - Sometimes they don’t wipe down the cup holders or the cup holders on the doors. I usually double check to do it myself or ask them to repeat. 3) Bathroom Complaint - I used the bathroom there and found a dead roach and I told staff about it. This was at the beginning of my car wash. I went back at the end (about 20-30 minutes later) and the bug was still there. It’s one of the few places that do in and out with manual labor. And a lot of really cool, high end cars go there which are fun to look at. The price, I will try to go to a gas station auto wash then have them only do the inside to cut back or look for new locations to get my car washed.

I needed someone to clean my car urgently and was contacted the same day. The Guy was nice and but unfortunately, I had to change my review upon closely inspecting my car. I've had my interior vacummed and washed with other companies and it’s always looked like NEW. I'm sharing pictures which clearly show that my interior was not fully cleaned. The more I look the more I find. Owner claimed he washed but I can see residue and crumbs in between cracks. Please check your vehicles before paying because for $160 this was a poor job, and that was just the price for the interior. 😣

I recently visited for a wash and wax, and the experience was disappointing. What should have been a simple service took over almost two hours, with the attendant snacking during the process. The worst part was that the mats were initially left out of the car, then placed back incorrectly (front mats in the back), and they weren’t even properly cleaned. The detailing residue was still visible on the car, which should have been addressed after the wash. For $60, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here.

I can’t believe they had the audacity to shine the tires but left the mud on the door panel. They barely vacuumed the floor mats and didn’t even spray air freshener. I asked for inside and out with tire-shine. They skipped the car and took my $40 to clean my tires.

Nate had my car for three days working on my x7. We first talked about what my expectations were as far as it was not going to get a paint correction but a clay wipe, polish and ceramic coating. Not pleased with the detail I received. When I picked up the car, I noticed some things that were missed and pointed them out. The gentlemen there were very apologetic and nice about fixing it. Now that I’m in the car, I notice a lot that was forgotten. They didn’t clean the cup holders, steering wheel, E brake, there’s sticky residue that is splatter on one of the doors, streaks on windows, and sticky residue all over plastic interior. It looks like a very rushed job. I have another car that needs to be detailed that I will take elsewhere. I paid $240 and tipped $36 still have to go behind them.

Being pretty active in the Atlanta car community, I needed my car detailed for an upcoming event in a rather quick fashion. None of the shops could take me in but a couple of them recommended Showcase. And I found out it was closer than any of them being from O4W. Hell yeah! One of my biggest concerns was my roof. It's black on a red car and it was looking pretty rough! I figured it was a paint issue and was preparing for a re-paint eventually. When I brought it to Showcase, Steve said it was just oxidation and he could take care of it - an good lord, did he! Made it look practically new! The car looked amazing! Purchased a $90,000 vehicle from Florida, had it shipped, took vehicle straight to Showcase Luxury, and the finish was and still after 2 months is smooth as ice. Vehicle looks better than new!! I have another vehicle that was ceramic coated by a place in Alabama, and that vehicle look terrible!! And yes, I live in Alabama and drove here to Showcase and I do not regret it at all!! Solid car wash. I've been coming here for years. It's priced as a premium product but you get a premium wash. They have a whole team that goes to work on your stuff, and I've always been very happy with the wash. Ryan is their intake guy, he'll quote you prices when you arrive and holds true to them. They have a shaded outdoor waiting area with rocking chairs, and an indoor waiting area with water. There's a bathroom too and they keep the whole are clean (fittingly, lol). They also have water available while you wait.
