Extremely disappointed about the quality of service here. Premium pricing, but extremely poor quality. Is not normal for me to get home and redo the cleaning. You definitely can't leave a car looking like that if you are a company that respects their clients. You know how to ask for the tip upfront, but you do not provide the quality a client is paying for

I got PPF installed on my car at Sun & Shield Automotive and my experience with them was awesome. Mike was very patient during back and forth over emails about different estimates and scheduling. He answered every question in detail. On the day of service, Neal took time to explain me different options and gave honest advice on what protection I need for my car. The work was done before the estimated time and it was well done!

I brought my AMG vehicle here for a hand wash thinking it wouldn’t get damaged but somehow they found a way plus when they said it was ready it wasn’t even dried off had to get someone else to fully dry it and she even said wow I’m sorry they didn’t fully dry it. Everything else I paid for wasn’t done either. So I reached out to the manager who hasn’t reached out back to me plus even had an attitude on the phone when it was their fault unbelievable but if I’m spending $100 on the car wash and 20 in tip I’m expecting quality and not shady stuff like I wasn’t going to noticed.

I’d like to start by saying, I am guilty of writing review in the heat of the moment. I slightly hesitate bring my car in because it is new but, I thought a hand wash place that 48.95 for a premium was would at the least be careful during the wash. I didn’t get what I feel I paid for. The attendants were not hospitable from the beginning and they didn’t treat the car with any concern or care. They slammed doors, let water pool in the trunk. While attempting to clean the interior, they tracked black dirty water into the car with their shoes. And to top it all they stained the front passenger seat with the same dirt/oily that was all over the kick plate arena of the car. I hope the owner/manager sees this review. It’s more so that the company is aware what happened than anything else. I don’t think I’ll return because I don’t have any trust that it won’t happen in the future. I’m adding a picture so it’s understood, I’m not exaggerating.

carl was super kind and knowledgeable! had some paint issues with a “new” (to me) car not being well-taken care of by the dealership i purchased it from but he smoothed everything out and made my little guy look practically brand new. :^) was immensely communicative throughout the entire process as well— i felt more than comfortable leaving things in his hands. will definitely be coming to him again for any of my detailing needs in the future!

Wow I am so impressed with the place! I spent $67 dollars after tip and got my suburban washed and detailed, mats cleaned, leather seats cleaned and conditioned. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. My car was FILTHY after numerous trips to the beach and a couple road trips with two small children ( you know they trashed my car). Definitely will be back any time I need a deep clean. My car looks and smells good as new! Customer service was great as well 🤩

I spilled an entire coffee with milk in my car. I cleaned the mat under my seat, but unfortunately, it seeped into the carpet and pad underneath the carpet. After 3 days, it began to fester and the smell was absolutely unbearable. I tried everything - shampooing, enzymatic sprays to break down the bacteria, odor eliminators, etc. I reached out to Super Geek and Rudolpho explained what happened and how he could help. He was completely booked out. But seeing how desperate I was, he came over at the crack of dawn (before his regularly scheduled appointments) to professionally clean the interior of my car. He got rid of the stench, made everything actually smell great and cleaned the entire interior while there! Top notch service. He was so professional and efficient. And all at a very reasonable rate. I was deeply appreciative. I would recommend him and his services to anyone. Class Act! Thanks you!

Amazing work! My family has become regulars. They detailed and cleaned our navy Dodge Ram, and will be coming back to put on a ceramic coat for the 4Runner and detail some more vehicles! I had FedEx drivers and Uber eats drivers telling me how good the Ram looked when he left! The attention to detail is awesome! Nick did an absolutely amazing job on my Jeep. I had it off road with the top down and it was head to toe dirty inside, on the roof, you name it. It’s winter ready now and IMMACULATE. Great service, I will definitely be back again. I had to go over my van again myself and wipe some parts. They also didn’t get the space between the two captains seats very well. $5 for my minivan and you can tip with card too. On a second visit, the owner oversaw my van and made sure everything was clean. Very courteous. This is my go-to place now to get my car cleaned!!

Not recommended. They will clean properly if you take a $250 deep clean package. Abdul suggests some cleaning packages. Don't go for it. Don't pay until you inspect your car. Even if you find any dirty water spots or uncleaned surfaces, they won't be cleaned. They just say we clean thoroughly when you opt for deep cleaning.

Great experience with Matt’s service on my Porsche. It is a non-metallic red that shows dirt and imperfections very clearly, but with Matt’s great work, the finish on the exterior is perfect! Also, it is challenging to make the convertible top and race-tex fabric look great, but Matt did a super job on them as well. Highest recommendation!

Got a chrome delete for a small strip around the top of my Mini Cooper. It has some chrome still showing and not a tight cut.. charged me $400 for it too. I told them it didn't feel like a great job, but he said the car was more difficult than he expected. Didn't feel like they paid attention to detail but did the job. Edited to add reply to owner: You could have told me before the start of the job that it wasn't going to be completely deleted and that we'd have peeking chrome around the car. You did the job, but I had higher expectations for $400 and when I called disappointed maybe a little more - what can we do to make it right since you're disappointed would have been nice. I gave you 3 which is average for the average job to cost ratio. Everyone was very nice though.

Very good experience. The staff is very friendly as well. The drive through wash is extremely thorough then they vacuum your car for you. My car was spotless inside and out. They even polished the dash and all of the interior. Or you can vacuum it yourself. They even have a nice selection of accessories, air fresheners, windshield wipers, and phone chargers. They are actually cheaper than the auto parts store that I had just left. They even have complimentary coffee and donuts for customers. Great job guys. You can even get your oil changed and they are just as helpful and friendly.

Tucked away on the corner of Old Alabama Rd. and Haynes Bridge Rd. in the BP Gas Station, you will find Sonny and Alison, two of the nicest individuals you will ever meet. They are the owners of Paramount Detailing Group - a luxury detailing service at very affordable prices. We had them do the ceramic coating on 3 of our cars and silicone wax on the other. ALL of our cars now look like they came right out of the showroom!!! I am blown away by how good our cars look. In all the years that I have had my cars detailed, they have never looked this good!!!! STOP going to the big name car washes. STOP going to the drive-thru car washes. If you are not getting your car hand-detailed, you’re ruining your car!!! Whether you get ceramic coating, silicone wax or have them do an exterior/interior wash and wax, you will be blown away!!!! The absolutely wonderful folks who worked on my car were gems. I was surprised , though, because there was no longer a waiting area where I could pay tips—-or go to the bathroom. Those poor workers have to find a restaurant who will allow them to use the restroom. Those are illegal and cruel working conditions. Therefore, as much as I’ll miss getting my car practically detailed, I’ve asked my son to stop buying me gift cards.

They did a less than mediocre job. I'm not a very particular person. The wraparound cleaners in the auto wash on the left side were inoperable. There was still sand in the car after they said they were finished. Much was not wiped down and they did a poor job vacuuming the floor in the rear. They also do not have bathrooms.

Amazing experience. Paint correction, system X max g+ ceramic coating, wheel and brake caliper coating, windshield coating and full interior coating. They were so friendly and informative throughout the entire process. They catered to my availability and walked me through all the options in great detail and while providing honest opinions. The work was done within the agreed upon timeframe, which was quick for all the work needed. They were very patient with my questions and kept me updated throughout. The work itself was spectacular. Called these guys to come out and clean a truck I bought. Complete detail on the inside. Shampoo seats, carpet, and also the ozone layer. Truck looks and smells great. I arrived at the check in and there were 2 cars in front of me. I waited a good 10 minutes+ for the cars to be driven into the washing pit. In the meantime, 2 more cars pulled up and they were waited on prior to me. When I voiced my disappointment, I was told that if I bought the “Premier Membership” I would be treated as the premier members were treated and would not have to wait. I’m in the customer service industry and would not be happy should my employees treat a new customer this way. The next disappointment was paying. I asked if they took cash and was told “absolutely” however, the cashier informed me that they do not carry any change in their register and I would need to go next door to get the correct change. Third and last disappointment, when finished with my car there was no one there to ask if I was satisfied or assist me in reviewing their work. I guess they don’t care about any tips either. In closing, the employees I spoke with were very gracious and polite. They were simply the messenger as they were obviously trained to do. My car was cleaned to my satisfaction. The problem starts at the top and trickles down. When a business becomes complacent with existing customer loyalty and show no interest in growing that customer base, it is usually the beginning of their demise. I am one new customer that will go elsewhere.

I paid for the $60 wash so I thought I would get a very clean car. However, that was not the case. My car wasn’t even that dirty to begin with as I keep up with it very well. The door jams were dirty, and other areas of the car as well as you can see in the pictures. The interior was dusty and I had to ask them to vacuum between my seats because they obviously didn’t. Overall, I don’t think the service is worth the price for what you get. After coming back for a re-do of the cleaning, the car was returned to me how I expected it to be the first time. It was super clean and the manager that was there told me he was out the week before but he made sure the car was taken care of this time. He was super nice and made sure everything was done properly. I will definitely come back again.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but this place ABSOLUTELY deserves one! My kids surprised me and took my car in to be detailed by Julio! WOW OH WOW!! I don’t think my car was even this clean when I bought it! Julio did an amazing job! There wasn’t one piece of dust or dog hair to be found in my car! I had done some yard work and there was pine straw, pea pebbles etc in my car. It was a total disaster, to say the least, when they took it in! The results of Julio’s hard work showed through and through and I couldn’t be happier! Julio is obviously a perfectionist bc my car looks AMAZING!! ASK FOR JULIO WHEN YOU GO TO GRAND SLAM BECAUSE HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! if I could give more than 5 stars I would … 10 +++++ STARS!!

While driving towards John's Creek, asked Google to take me to the nearest Car wash - when I saw a spider 🕷 peeping out of the Rearview mirror. Thanks, #Google- this place is fantastic. Maria was super helpful and guided me completely in full wash and cleaning. I highly appreciate that. Also, each member present there: swift, friendly, focusing on work. I liked that. Automated wash is quick, good. It may scare you a bit (watch my videos to know what I am talking). Then 4 people attended my car applying Vaccum and doing other cleaning. The lounge is clean. Restrooms are clean as well. For full service, you get complimentary coffee and 🍿 I did not try them, though. I will visit this place frequently now when my car needs a wash.
