Let’s see where to start. I got my car cleaned in April and 3 Apple chargers and blocks went missing along with some over stuff. The stuff they didn’t want was in a bag in the trash and the charges and lighter socket charger were completely gone. I was able to get 2 of the chargers that week, but they weren’t Apple and got my money from the owner and let him know when I found another lighter socket charger I’ll let him know, so I could get my money. Now I messaged this man on April 27th and sent him a picture of my Walmart order and still haven’t gotten my money. We are now in August and he says I gave you the money. No sir you gave me the money for the other 2 items and that’s not even the cost because they were Apple products and all I could find was Belkin (which is a good brand also, but not what was already in my car)

Horrible experience!!! The S Slappey location sucks. I’m never going back or recommending. They scratched my car and the owner doesn’t want to take responsibility. I will let God handle you!!!! God bless you!

I would give zero stars if it would let me. We went and had our truck washed when they first opened up on Westover and it did an awesome job. So of course we went back last night. Well what a huge difference. This time it scratched the hell out of our truck and the wash didn't even wash all the truck. So of course we went back to let the manager know and all he basically said was if your not satisfied with the wash we will wash it again for free. 🤔 Um if it did this to our truck once what makes you think I want more scratches? Oh and there is nothing he can do about the scratches. Beware of this car was and others. Make sure it isn't scratching up your vehicle. Pictures are of all the new scratches and dirt that never washed off. Also there is no number to speak to anyone hire up.

Gets very busy on sunny days! I do like the fact they provide free towels, window cleaner, and vacuum stations when you purchase a car wash. However the wash didn't do any better than a gas station car wash. There was visibly still dirt and lots of tree sap all over my truck. I know tree sap is a beast but the dust, pollen, and dirt should be gone?

I absolutely love Whistle Express Car Wash on Oglethorpe in Albany, Georgia! This place always gets my car sparkling clean. The free vacuums are a fantastic bonus, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Great service. Attendants were courteous and extremely pleasant. They even came to me while I was at the vacuums and told me THEY weren’t satisfied with the car wash and asked me to please go back through again. (My vehicle was a FILTHY…first wash in about a year…. when I went through the first time, so definitely no fault of the wash machine) Second wash and it was sparkly clean. Will definitely be back. It's a hit & miss. I wash my own car 99% of the time but when I haven't washed it in a while id stop by and just spray everything off, (wheels, bugs,etc) well you never know what bay to use because they would take your money & you won't get service.. I've never used to drive thru part so I can't speak on that. But id highly recommend to use a bay someone just came out of. I called the number but of course no answer, so l left a message. People just want to wash their vehicles AFTER hours in a decent part of town & this makes people not want to.

There was no water pressure, most selections were out of soap. It took twice as much money to wash the car because it required so much to rinse with no water pressure. Its not just one bay, I tried two bays and another customer there tried three others. We called the owner/operator who was very quick to show up however, he wanted to give us a hard time about refunding our money. He said he had scammers here all the time. The only sammer is this owner, watered down soaps and very poor service.

Paid $14 to get the cheapest wash that included the wheels, and the wheels didn't even get wet. How does that happen? The vacuum was very weak, too. I never have the energy to write a review, but this was too ridiculous not to warn others.

I went to big Dan’s because it is a new car wash in the Albany area. I paid $30 for the ultimate package and went through the wash lane only to come out very disappointed as my windshield and windows were still covered in bird poop. I went back around, drove through for a second time, and my window is still filthy. No one dared even use a brush to clean the windows. I will never go back to this place.

Jesus Take The Wheel! This will be my first ever Google Review. This part (Quarter Panel Light) to replace cost almost $400 for a $17 wash. Took car back to Big Dans and showed them case was gone off of light. If water touch these LED’s they’re going to blow and my signal and break light will stop working (A Safety Hazard).The attendant found case broken inside the wash. Only to be told that only cars within 5 years, if anything happen through wash, parts will be paid for by them for replacement. So……..basically anyone who drives a 2018 or older car/truck/suv/van DOES NOT need to get their car washed through Big Dans?

Moved out of state. Tried calling numerous times to cancel my subscription. Never got a call back. Now I'm disputing automatic transactions with my bank. Great wash if you're local but cancel well in advance of moving away because they don't answer phones.

Tried to call to get information. It took three calls to finally get someone to answer the phone. Before I could finish asking my question the person who answered hung up on me. This place needs to do a lot better on answering the phone calls and better customer service.

I am a long time customer and their overall service is the BEST IN Southwest GEORGIA!!!! Not only do they clean your car and tend to the smallest details, but they have GREAT customer service! EVERY single person has impeccable customer service skills. If you are not a customer here YOU are doing yourself a disservice! Brandon is the manager and he will make sure that you leave satisfied. I have referred many and they all agree...THE BEST! I recommend the monthly fee that allows you unlimited wash throughout the month. If you prefer hand wash, no worries they offer hand wash and wax! Did I forget to mention they detail the inside which is included with the wash and you can go next door for an oil service too! Hope to see you there!!!!
