Daniel truly did a spectacular job. I put in a request for contact, expecting the normal within 24-48 hr response; my man called me 8 minutes later. My first time getting my car detailed, and to say I’m impressed would be an understatement. Not a single spec of dust in the cabin, or a streak on the glass. My jaw dropped. The car looks brand new; doesn’t get much better than that. Daniel definitely has an eye for detail, and clearly cares about what he’s doing; told me it would take around 2.5 hours, and actually wrapped up after 4.5. To me, this is a positive- really took his time and made sure everything was done right in order to protect the paint and prevent any further damage. Daniel is young, but extremely professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the work he’s doing. He’s friendly, personable, and very trustworthy. I can’t recommend his service enough; I have found my go-to.

This was my first time coming to get my car cleansed at this place and will absolutely be my last time. I got the “manager’s special” plus another $10 add on as it was suggested by one of the workers. I ended up paying almost $50 ($47 to be exact). I went inside the restaurant they have there to get something to eat with my one year old daughter and came out about 45 min later and my car was parked in the lot and the worker there gave me my keys only to find my car the same exact way I brought it in. I went back and asked them if my car was even cleaned… it was hard to understand what the guy was saying as I don’t speak Spanish but he basically told me something was wrong with one of the cleaning machines and to bring my car back around. At this point I was frustrated and said “so you hand me my keys, expecting me to leave and not notice that my car wasn’t even cleaned???” They brought my car around after waiting another 30 min with my one year old, and again the car still har bird poop and crumbs and dirt EVERYWHERE. I’m just so confused…. I’ve paid $30 for car washes before and my car was spotless compared to whatever they did here.

Im sorry but they didn’t do a good job. They used to and it pains me to leave a bad review but it’s just so they do better. These pics are from right now leaving the car wash and I didn’t say anything because of time.
