Extremely disappointed with the service at Auto spa. $120 plus gratuity only to find less than quality job. When I picked up my vehicle, and looking it over from what I could see. Problem is, they are in a dark area, so everything looks good. Once you get out in daylight, you can notice all the uncleanliness inside your vehicle.You cannot really see the details until you’re out in the bright light. Arriving home and clearly see the lack of quality work that one pays for which is not justified. Everything inside the interior looked like it was wiped down with a damp rag, leaving spots,, and other areas look like it was wiped down with an oily rag smudge marks all over trim and dash display, everything that was supposed to shine was not. Another thing that was very perplexing when I try to call auto spa once arriving at home, I looked at the receipt and on the receipt the name was LAURA, I called the number left three messages. No phone call back, googled auto spa phone number and finally got in touch with the original person that I spoke to. He stated that he would refund me that I do not need to come in and it will be brought back to the card. Three days later that never happened. Disappointed and Disputed!!!

Really unhappy with this service. I came in today for an interior and exterior detailing which came out to $150 + 18% tip. It took over two hours and as you can see from the photos, there are a lot of areas that were not cleaned. I wish I saw it before tipping. It wasn’t until I pulled out of the garage that I noticed. I’m very very disappointed and would like to get in contact with the owner.

Finding a new detailer for my beloved ride is always stressful. But I found this company here and they blew me away. I reached out for a quote and was contacted within minutes by Ethan. I totally did not expect that because it was later in the evening. I sent some pics and explained what had happened to my poor suv from the last hurricane then set up an appointment. Sof texted me the day of and said he was running early and asked if he could start earlier. Yes! He arrived and we went over in great detail what needed to be done. Basically my beautiful suv of 17 years had been scoured by thousands of roof shingles during the storm, every panel was scratched. The insurance wanted to total my car out and pay me peanuts but I refused, and dropped them. I was saving up to either repaint or wrap, but Sof said let's see what we can do. Oh my, he is brilliant! I came out a few hours later and could not believe how wonderful my suv looked! I was amazed. He is a genius! All my neighbors who knew what had happened have been commenting that my car looks brand new. Smith really does look better than I could have ever hoped for. No need to repaint or wrap now. No longer do I walk out to my car shaking my head in despair. Sof and Ethan are good honest guys who do great work and charge a fair price. You will not be disappointed. One of the best parts is they come to you.

Once identified we came to a similar conclusion and I let him get to work. After a few hours this soldier reported back that the mission was completed. Jose was awesome and extremely professional. I recently had a bad experience with a car wash, ended up having wax, hard water marks and lost its shine on my new Honda Civic. Fred did an absolutely phenomenal job. When I tell you my car was disgusting, that’s an understatement, I high key didn’t think he’d get the stains out but he did. To give you an idea of how bad it was there was a bucket that contain the dirty water he vacuumed out the car and I thought it was motor oil. Just yuck. I first called Matt in the middle of the day while he was likely working on another vehicle. So I got his voicemail and left my name and number saying I wanted to inquire on his business and pricing and scheduling. It was a very short time until I got a call back from Matt. Something that never happens these days with other company’s. I instantly recognized him as a very upbeat, great attitude, professional businessman. He communicated with me perfectly and set the right expectation and was honest and fair. Matt showed up on time and immediately got to work. And as you can see did an amazing job. Awful. Took my BMW and got the works. My rims had streaks of dirt all over them. The interior must have been wiped quickly because there were .smudges and streaks everywhere. Smelled like they used a dirty rag to wipe the inside of my car. Windows weren’t cleaned. The outside of my car looks slightly cleaner bc it got ran through the washing unit but everything else is all the same.

Service was quick but they didn't finish the job and asked me to come back when I called and complained. I barely have any time to go once. No conditioner in my leather seats as promised, just a quick inside clean, with missing spots. My passenger seat was still full of beach sand and stains. Paid $40, tipped $10 and had to go home to finish the job myself. Not going back.

This is not the detail shop you want to spend your hard earned money at unless you just have it to blow. Broke my new emblems putting them on my car staying they didn't fit though they fit perfectly for me while in the owners presence. PPF done horribly with a huge scratch in the film that hit wasn't going to take out. chrome delete on car was completed patchwork style. Just horrible and the owner told me how hard he worked on my car for 4 days. I have the pictures to prove what I'm saying. Please do use this business. Oh yeah, owner refunded me partially but didn't include the tax in my refund on the amount refunded. You've been warned.

Needed an emergency detail and this was one of the first places recommended. After calling, they showed up the next day bright and early. My car was parked for months under a tree and was in a really bad condition. Once there, Nasser was very welcoming and determined to get my car clean. Amazing experience with Zain. I had communication issues on my end, and for some reason I wasn’t getting his calls but he would get mine. First time customer and drove by this business a couple of times so I wanted to give it a shot. After reviewing the shop I noticed very well known car wash products one to mention was CarPro products. They did an awesome job on my black rims and on the inside barrels which have not been cleaned in awhile. Then moved to the presoak and pre-foam stage with CarPro products then finished off with a nice spray on ceramic topper which should give good protection till next wash or two. All in all great service and price for what was performed. If you are reading this and need some type of service done, I have no doubts they will perform very well for you!
