I’ve given this place way too many chances. I had a huge issue the first time with them and it was addressed with the owner who at the time made things right. She’s an honest owner and great. Her staff on the other hand is not. Only one that I commend is the blonde guy with longer hair. Today I had an appointment that I booked this previous weekend due to it being my day off. I show up and I’m greeted by two sickos who just started it off with an attitude and a condensing tone. Homeless people talk to others better than these workers talk to their customers. They said they don’t do appointments for in and out washes, well if you don’t then why did your coworker take my appointment. Long story short I never got a text that my car is done. I go down and my front bumper is still covered in bird droppings. They claim they won’t clean that because I didn’t get the $100+ package…. LOL. That garage is so dark I couldn’t see anything else until I got home. I get home and I’m greeted with my car looking like what’s shown in the pictures. I’m never coming back until the owner can address her employees and get new ones at that too. Will also be disputing the money I wasted with my bank on this terrible job.

Unfortunately, this was my first time here and it was recommended to me by a friend. I just spent 145 on the ultimate interior, and as soon as I drove out, I could see all of the spots that were missed. There was absolutely no way to see this stuff because it’s all in a dark garage. I’m really disappointed. I would never come back here again unless they offered to make it right. I will attach photos so you can see. It says that it includes a full vacuum, and there are so many spots missed with the debris in my car. For this much money and 2 1/2 hours, I really expected a thorough job.

I first called Matt in the middle of the day while he was likely working on another vehicle. So I got his voicemail and left my name and number saying I wanted to inquire on his business and pricing and scheduling. It was a very short time until I got a call back from Matt. Something that never happens these days with other company’s. I instantly recognized him as a very upbeat, great attitude, professional businessman. He communicated with me perfectly and set the right expectation and was honest and fair. Matt showed up on time and immediately got to work. And as you can see did an amazing job. He was not transactional at all and we had a great conversation when he finished. Matt was easy to do business with and just overall is a great guy with a great company. 10 out of 10. I had given my car for paint spots removal and internal and external detailing. The owner Mike was very confident that he will remove all spots and car will look new inside out.He is sweet talker. After one day I took delivery and spots were faded than before but still present everywhere. There were lot of areas on car where work was not done. It was simply washed but not detailed. Even from inside seats look like just power vaccumed but not steamed as dirt is still present Car is no where close to new as was promised. I bought 1$ Acetone from Walmart and was able to remove most of dirt after getting delivery. You can check pics

I have always preferred washing my car myself, avoiding automated car washes due to concerns about potential paint damage. I have tried a few hand-wash car services but was never satisfied, so I continued doing it myself. However, after reading positive reviews about D and S, I decided to give them a try for a wash and detailing. The service exceeded my expectations, and the quality of their work was excellent, especially for the price quoted. I got a full interior cleaning and shampoo by the owner Devon & Matt for $125. Matt kept making comments as he cleaned my car acting like he got a problem with people of color yet he works for a black man which makes no sense. It was an awful job and they jammed my driver side seatbelt. I text the owner what happened he avoided me and called me back the next day telling me I can bring it by for them to fix it. I stop by today his mother works for him a self proclaim Christian that has an attitude towards customers and she said she didn’t hear anything about it I told her I can show her the text. She said she would get Matt to fix it. He comes over being mouthy saying they didn’t do that and I said that they did when they took my seats out. He scuffed up my seat belt and left my seatbelt apart in pieces then went back and to detailing someone else’s car without my seatbelt fixed. He left the owners mother there to fix my car in which she eventually did. Making excuses for her son and Matt. They make you schedule appointments and don’t honor the appointment time. They will put walk ins before you and this place is very unprofessional. People look like they have been to jail and on drugs. Not friendly people at all! Response to Devon 10/31/24 Of course you would lie for your business I hope people realize how awful you are and it gets shut down. It’s a scam and my car was not clean you all spot cleaned. You told me it would only cost $100 than you added $25 more. I got the text to prove everything which I do not delete my texts. You all are obviously desperately need money because you all stole my Clorox wipes out of my car. I was definitely not late Devon is a black man and I am a black female I showed up at 749a. He said I am not use to people being on time. To be frank he did not even start on my car over an hour late. He assisted the walk ins before me and I called him out on so he began trying to multitask between my car and all of the walk ins. Remind you I was there at 749a, appointment was 8a. He didn’t start on my car until about 930a. I was there almost until 1p! He blames the long wait on how dirty my car was and did not take accountability of trying to hustle everyone and get in as many cars all at once to get everyone’s money. I also was in the office when they charged someone $165 for the same service and their car wasn’t as dirty as mine. He plays people for their money, time and awful service. At the end of the day don’t trust someone who doesn’t wash their face but “cleans cars” because your car will look nasty like him. He showed up to work with a dirty face and stuff in his eyes. Go there in the morning you all will see how gross everything is there!

Needed an emergency detail and this was one of the first places recommended. After calling, they showed up the next day bright and early. My car was parked for months under a tree and was in a really bad condition. Once there, Nasser was very welcoming and determined to get my car clean. First time customer and drove by this business a couple of times so I wanted to give it a shot. After reviewing the shop I noticed very well known car wash products one to mention was CarPro products. They did an awesome job on my black rims and on the inside barrels which have not been cleaned in awhile. Then moved to the presoak and pre-foam stage with CarPro products then finished off with a nice spray on ceramic topper which should give good protection till next wash or two. All in all great service and price for what was performed. If you are reading this and need some type of service done, I have no doubts they will perform very well for you!

My car had a lot of bird poop and tree sap all over it that was very hard for me to remove myself. I contacted Zain with The Detailing Krew and he was able to make my car like new again! He knew exactly how to fix the problem and his execution was flawless. I scheduled an appointment to get my husband’s car detailed for a birthday gift. I made the appointment a week prior and even tried to message this company the night before and the day of the appointment to confirm. They were a no call no show and did not even respond to messages. It’s okay if you need to reschedule but no communication is unprofessional.

This dude doesn't communicate! We used him once and the communication didn't exist when he showed up late. He did a great job on the vehicle so we decided to use him again for 2 vehicles on a Saturday morning at 9. He would have no showed us if we didn't message him to find out if he was on schedule. He replied with an obvious lie about it raining. The radar was clear for the entire Tampa bay area. Update Did you message us this morning telling us it was raining? No, because it wasn't raining. We messaged you at 9:07 after our appointment time to find out where you were. Your communication is terrible and had nothing to do with safety.

This is not the detail shop you want to spend your hard earned money at unless you just have it to blow. Broke my new emblems putting them on my car staying they didn't fit though they fit perfectly for me while in the owners presence. PPF done horribly with a huge scratch in the film that hit wasn't going to take out. chrome delete on car was completed patchwork style. Just horrible and the owner told me how hard he worked on my car for 4 days. I have the pictures to prove what I'm saying. Please do use this business. Oh yeah, owner refunded me partially but didn't include the tax in my refund on the amount refunded. You've been warned.
