I got the Diamond Detail for SUV and wow just wow. I just started a new job and I am no longer working out of my car. My car was DISGUSTING. I actually had no hope on getting it back to normal. I had marks and scratches all over the exterior and my interior was covered in crumbs, stains, and hair. I really wish I would have done before and after pictures because the job they did was amazing!! I feel like I have a brand new car. They got rid of all stains and filth in the interior and completely got rid of all the marks on the exterior. They did a flawless job and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so so much! Will be using again. Years later and I just got my car cleaned again from these guys and still AMAZING!!! Best place for cleaning cars!! my car looks brand new!! Mike over at convenient detail is literally a paint correction magician. He is professional, honest and top notch when it comes to detailing skill and knowledge. I brought my 2017 BMW M3 to him with quite a few issues including swirls and deep scratches in the clear coat. Mike was able to bring back my paint in a way I never thought would be possible. My car looks like it has liquid paint, it’s amazing! I am very pleased with the paint correction, and ceramic coating with Convenient detail. First two pictures of my car are before the wash, the other 3 are after my car got washed, they obviously chipped my car, they denied that they did it and refused to give me any insurance information nor even the owner would call me. I had to make a police report and they refuse to take accountability. I’ve gone to then several times before and never had an issue until today. Don’t take your car here because they will severely depreciate the value of it.

Took my car to get windshield tint and the process was great, responds fast. Corey was great and efficient, had a convo and he’s super down to earth and can tell he really loves helping people and enjoys getting to know his clients, definitely will be telling friends about him and coming back 10/10.

I’ve had a stain in my cars actual carpet floor for the longest and nothing took it out, he took it out and the car looks brand new. As a loyal Royal customer and longtime fan of LUV, I was deeply disappointed today. I noticed that the familiar team members I used to see are no longer there; they’ve been replaced. I was also concerned to see towels being reused, as shown in the attached pictures. I don’t want any unknown chemicals coming into contact with my vehicle’s finish. It felt like the time spent in the wash tunnel was significantly reduced, and my car didn’t even come out fully clean. Additionally, the loader attendant this morning (9 am, Oct 26) was extremely rude. I observed him swapping a used towel with another already-used one. I’m not sure if this is standard procedure, but it’s concerning. Martin did an excellent job on my vehicle. I have had my car for 10+ years so she has gotten pretty dirty over the years. Martin gave my car a great deep cleaning. He cleaned everything and got down to the nitty gritty! The windows, dashboard, side panels, gear, etc. Plus he shampooed my seats and had them looking virtually brand spanking new. I’ve had other people wash my car and left dissatisfied. Martin was worth every single penny! Would highly recommend you call him for all of your detailing needs. A+ service!

Do not go to this place! I went there for a car wash, was talked into a $120 full wash and wax. My car needed it so I agreed, I swiped my card for $120. I felt like the guy using the waxing machine didn’t really know what he was doing but I didn’t say anything. The next day, my car had all of these weird white spots all over it. I went back but they were closed and I was not able to go back for the rest of the week. Then I happened to look at my bank statement and they charged me $130. I’m so mad. Stick with the mobile washers, this place was not worth it.

Omggggggg. When I saw my car- if I could cry tears of joy. Super professional customer service from start to finish. Worth every penny! Nice clean environment while you wait. Kid friendly. Nice table and chairs (kid size), drawing books, toy car etc. I was inside on the ground racing cars with my son. PLEASE TRY THEM!

The morning of my appointment he was on time.. in fact he got to my location 10 mins early! He did an amazing job! My car is spotless and very shiny. I hired Johnathon to do a paint correction for swirl marks in my black 2018 Audi Q7. I had used a bad car detailer about a year ago and have paid for it ever since. Carlos did a great job on my vehicle, he was punctual, professional, and was able to answer all questions regarding the products that he used. He took great care to not use any harsh material or chemicals to prevent swirls or scratches on paint, and left car spotless, inside and out. Wheels were the worst with months of brake dust buildup, which sport cars are notorious to have, and not even a spec was left behind. I would recommend Excalibur and will continue to use their services again.

OMG. What a find. My husband brought me here and I can't stop going back. Love it! love it! love it! The espressos are off the chain. They also have a 2 for 1 sangria and wine happy hour on Fridays. We now enjoy going there have a meal, a few drinks and just hang out.
