Pros: -Amazing “basic” cleaning service. My car looks brand new. It looks beyond basic! -The lounge area is well conditioned, clean, and very spacious (very kid friendly too!). There was a TV with many app options for adults and children. -Coffee and a granola bar were available. -The owner was very friendly, professional and was great eye candy. - The service was quick considering how badly my car needed it! Cons: -The building is a bit ducked off and harder to find. - There wasn’t anyone initially present to guide me on where to park my car for service. - There isn’t a bathroom in the lounge area. You have to walk through the service area to used the bathroom (which wasn’t very clean). Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back as needed.

David and his crew of diligent teens and older cleaning specialists performed a thorough and meticulous detailing of my vehicle not only of the exterior of the vehicle but also of the interior of the cabin and even under my hood in the engine space. I want to commend them on a truly five star work ethic and resulting product. I highly recommend the full package at $130, it is worth every single penny. I also want to comment that the attitude and demeanor of all the cleaning technicians was not only friendly but also very appreciative at the chance to impress the customers with the quality of their work. I would give them five stars with just the quality of the work, but this group deserves 6 out of 5 stars because of the extra effort and kindness and conscientious attitude of their work. I have taken my 2013 Scion Tc to them a few times now and they do an excellent job. They are friendly, efficient, inexpensive and their attention to detail is out of this world. The last time I took my car to them, I had scuff marks all along my bumper from being rear ended a few weeks prior. The entire bumper was black (my car is white) from paint from the car who hit me, and every bit of it was removed! Impressive! I will be back, thanks guys!

I canceled my Circle K carwash for Big Peach after specifically seeing how excellent the post-wash accessories are. The vacuums are one of a kind and are very strong, the mat cleaner is awesome, interior cleaner and glass cleaner and not to mention the wash itself is fantastic (and a awesome color light show when going through!) I specifically want to shout-out 2 guys working there, Gabriel and Manny. My last visit, the person behind me failed to follow instructions which ruined a portion of my wash. They accommodated me in the tunnel and after the wash was over, Gabriel and Manny approached me at the vacuum and offered to HAND DRY my vehicle for me for the areas that did not get dried. They even attempted to go further over and above which I refused as they did enough as is. These 2 fellas are examples of what a company should want working at their establishment and by their work ethic, I can sense very good things and a bright future for both of them. The rest of the employees are also fantastic during all of my visits, but after the interaction today, these two guys deserve an applause. Thank you guys again, - White Dodge Challenger T/A

I went through the car wash across from KIA 3-24-24 at 6 pm with my car completely covered in pollen. I paid for the $14 wash and got home to realize I still have about half the pollen STILL ON MY CAR! And it isn't a one-off, because this is the second time it has happened; the first time I drove right back over there and they let me go through again. Tried to call this time, but no one answers, so I'm leaving this review and won't ever go back. What a complete waste of money! From now on, I'll just wash it in my driveway. I attached pics but it looks worse in person. I don't recommend using this car wash at all

Amazing Experience!!! Lorenzo will leave your ride looking like the day you bought it! Prompt, professional, and polite!!!!! If I could rate him 7 stars I would!!!! Our truck was left with a neighbor and the window left down and a cat must have gotten in and urinated because it REEKED!!!! Lorenzo cleaned the truck top to bottom and made it SHINE!!!!! He also eliminated any trace of the odor and by that i mean he actually eliminated it! No covering it up with strong air freshners- it literally just stopped smelling period!!!!! Thanks Lorenzo!!!! We will definitely be back!

Best detailing ever! Visited for the first time today after a huge coffee spill on cloth seats. Got me in immediately with the best customer service. I was asked if I would like a water and if I wanted the bench I was sitting on to be moved into the sun since it was a little chilly this morning. If there was a 0 star option he would get it… Extremely rude and unprofessional and the tints are absolutely Abysmal . Bubbles on every single window . Charged me double to just get the front windshield tinted. He also gives an insane discount if you pay ahead of coming in because he knows that if Someone was to get the tint before paying they would never pay him for the work he did. Plus he always drinking on the job.

Called and spoke with KG about detailing my mom’s conversion van that had not been vacuumed in six years. He invited me to stop by gave me a very fair price. Dropped the van off at lunch and picked it up after work. Super friendly people, great prices and even better results!

I love this car wash! The owner, staff, and customer service is wonderful every time. The car wash is big and offers many upgrades. The membership is an amazing deal, allowing you to go as many times as you want per month. On more than one occasion, the owner offered me a free ceramic wash after I was done cleaning my car since it was extra dirty after driving to TN and back. Surprisingly, the ceramic wash made quite a difference and left my car looking shiny and polished. There are also so many vacuum stations that include microfiber towels, all purpose cleaner, and glass cleaner. Unlike other free vacuum services, the vacuums here are actually very strong and make the process much easier and quicker. Most importantly, the establishment is clearly well kept and clean. I will definitely miss this place when I move back to TN after school!

I have nothing good to say about this company or owner which is surprising as he has decent reviews. My mother was surprising me with a car detail and paint touch up on my car and was charged $350 for both services which to us meant both services but he later retracted saying it was just for interior cleaning. After he had my car for a full week, he told us he decided not to paint the outside of my car because of a dent in a totally opposite part of the car which we never asked him to cover, and he did an sloppy job detailing the inside and didn’t even take my cup holders out… when we asked him about it he came up with the excuse of being busy and forgetting and saying that he doesn’t charge enough to really deep clean the carpet, which we’re not even in a bad state and not hard to clean. He told us to bring my car back later in the week to fix the inside and paint the car. So, we brought it back and he told us he would redo the cupholders and patch up the exterior. We came back a couple hours later when he texted us he was ready. What we came back to was horrendous. The paint job was the worst thing I have ever seen on a car and looked like a 2 year old got white out it was so unprofessional and I’m confused how he has clients with work like this. Pictures of the awful paint job and interior cleaning will be uploaded. He offered an apology and said he would make it better but he never did make it better and offered no compensation in return of his unprofessional work and later tried to pass off that the paint part was actually for free and he doesn’t do painting which is not what we he told us, so if you do decided to use him make sure he is clear about what he is really doing as he speaks very highly of his work yet it was not good. A week later my mom texted asked for a partial refund since we had him take off the paint because of how bad it was, the messages she got back were astounding and unprofessional. And he blamed us saying we didn’t look at his brochure which he had never mentioned before. Do not trust this shop, do not trust him. Worst paint job ever so unprofessional.
