It was super easy to text and call to make an appointment. They had a last minute cancellation and were able to fit me in same day for the full package. We recently took our Tacoma and Q5 in for detailing with Stunzeed! Scheduling the service was a breeze. Their location is impeccably clean and very professional looking. We were really pleased with both of our cars - minor scuffs were removed and they both came out looking like the day we picked them up! First, I want to say thank you. I have usually done mobile since it’s easier with kids and I get to strip the car seats and wash them while the car is being done. Today, since I only live within a few blocks, they picked it up and brought it to the shop which was a total surprise. I was beyond thrilled. Put the kids clean seats back in and it looks amazing! I asked for nothing more than a complete interior shampoo for my Honda and then I send my husband out to wash so I can get some time to myself 😂. They surprised me by doing the whole thing! When the car came back, my husband saw it first saying it looked really nice. I had left before the car was dropped off and it “looking nice” was a total understatement from my husband as I thought he was referring to the inside. When I came home, it looked like a brand new car. Newer than when we purchased it. I wanted to give a sincere thank you to everyone who worked on my car. I didn’t get to see it right off the bat when dropping the payment off with my other car. I am genuinely happy and I feel tempted having it completely washed in and out by Redline for now on since it looks better than when my husband does it 😂😂😂. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

They did an excellent job on my truck, I had recently taken it off-roading and there were hundreds of scratches all over it. They buffed them out and even took the extra steps to do a minor paint correction.

Great customer service and convenient access to everything that I need to get my car washed inside and out. DAN WAS VERY QUICK TO ACCOMMODATE MY VEHICLE DRY BEFORE THE SUN WOULD LEAVE SOME WATER MARKS. Cannot recommend Bryan enough! Brought him a 4year old Miata that was pretty beat up. He polished and ceramic coated it, taking the time to do details we didn’t even ask for like buffing the lights. Great! Vincent was great just like the other reviewers said. I just wanted him to clean under the hood. We've been trying to sell the car, but the engine looked dirty, and turned buyers off. One of them told us to find a detailer to clean it. I was worried about electrical problems from the water on the engine area. Vincent came out, cleaned it, was knowledgeable to use a low moisture cleaning technique. All electric worked great. We sold the car that day! Look at the pics!

The employees were very helpful and the site was well maintained. We loved that self-cleaning supplies were provided such as vacuums, rags, sinks, spray-cleaners for wheels and mat cleaning machines. The airhoses used to blow water out of mirrors and crevices were not working.

2 Stars revised to 5 Stars (see below) I had an appointment for 1:00 on 10/19, and the 2, very polite, young gentlemen arrived 40 minutes late. No harm as I didn't have anything planned for the day anyway. They went straight to work and didn't waste any time. Great work ethic, as far as I'm concerned considering the times. I asked for the Bronze Exterior Detail ($75) and the Executive Interior Detail ($60). I have a RAM Crew cab. Those are the top prices for those detail items (XL) and I'd hate to see what the Limo prices would be as a Limo is twice as long as my truck (exterior) and probably has 3 times the interior area. Interior wise, the gentlemen did an outstanding job. All surfaces cleaned, vacuumed, wiped down and protected. Couldn't have done better myself. $60 worth? Eeh? Maybe a tad high. Exterior. Lite pressure rinsed, lite pressure applied soap, hand washed and dried. Tires and rims look pretty good, too. However...for $75 one would think a bit of chrome cleaner could've been used where applicable, like the chrome step rails. I know it wasn't "included" but, chrome isn't that hard to clean and polish. I had some spots on my hood and roof that, to be honest, I didn't want to remove myself. Hence, enter Craft Auto Spa. The crew didn't have a solvent to remove the spots (not tar or bugs. Might have been something from the oak tree) so, I gave them my "Bug and Tar Remover" and a nylon covered sponge. They got most of them off but, some remain. $75 worth? I'd have to say, "No.". I did tip the guys as they were out in the heat, doing their best but, for $140+ (including tax), I would've expected a "close to showroom" job done, inside and out. 10/20 Addition - The sun will tell the story. My wife and I went to dinner after the truck was "done". As we drove done the road, it gave me a chance to look around at the interior. Still looks good however, the back window of the truck wasn't touched on the inside and the bottom of the front windshield had an abundance of water spots. Really? This should've been covered in the "Basic Auto Detailing 101" class. The more I look, the more disappointed I get. 10/21 Addition - Above and beyond Got a call from John yesterday letting me know they would be here this morning to rectify any of my concerns. Craft Auto Spa did more than that. Not just the spots on the windows that wasn’t done corrected but, every piece of glass, inside and out, was re-cleaned. The chrome is as clean and shinny as it was 2 years ago when I left the dealership. The spots on the hood and roof?? John (owner of Craft Auto Spa) clay bared and machine polished both. My truck is back to that “close to showroom” look I was looking for, and then some. When an Owner comes out, on a Sunday no less, to make certain a customer is completely satisfied, one can only do what’s right and let folks know 1) He cares about his customers and 2) Cares about the reputation of his company. Who could ask for better?? Will I call Craft Auto Spa again for a detail on my RAM Laramie? Most assuredly.

Overall a great service. I’m the mother of three and I felt that my car had gotten messy to the point I needed it done within a day or two, they were able to accommodate to my schedule and come out to me the next day. It was great having the service come to me rather than being stuck waiting for my car to be done. Jon and his crew were all very trustworthy and knowledgeable about their services and different car needs. A car had recently slid up against my car in a parking lot and they were able to fix the smudges with no problem. Lastly I even joked about the messiness of my car with the guys and they seemed unfazed and were able to make it like new!

The crew at Hot Shot Auto Detailing did a fantastic job washing my car today! I opted for the basic full service wash normally priced at $40. (Wednesday is Ladies Day so I got a $5 discount) It included a HAND wash and dry, interior vacuum, Armor All on the dash, window cleaning inside and tire dressing. Joe and his wife, Pree were so kind. Their professionalism and pride show through as my little sports car is sparkling clean. Great Value and great people. Highly recommend!

Update: contacted the email address mentioned over a month ago, no answer whatsoever... It turned out to be an expensive free car wash. I really wanted to love this place buuut: Chipped paint off my car, left bird poop residue behind, didn't really clean my wheels🤷 It was a free test wash, a bit sad, thought I've found my go-to car wash. If they make it right, I might reconsider a membership, the Service was great! The car was shiny apart from the chipped paint, bird poop and wheels.

This was a pleasant surprise. I have a bigger truck so I can’t fit in most car wash facilities. This has 3 self serve bays and an automatic. Detailing shop just behind. You actually get soap and wax and spot free, instead of a watered down version of the same. First one I have ever been to that has blowers s part of the self serve bay options. Great place, easy in and out. Not fancy but clean and a great value. Pay by coin or card. Tap option is available

Have been dealing with Steve since the wash reopened. The employees seem to be happy and friendly. The system does a good job on my vehicle. If I had to say anything negative, it would be about the end stage blowers . They blow absolutely nothing. My vehicle comes out soaking wet . I have to spend 10 minutes drying it off . That would be fine if I wasn’t disabled. If your young and strong and don’t mind spending 10 extra min drying the car off.. Wonderful

They are fast 17 bucks gets car wash windows and vaccum. This is a great deal! Highly recommend staff are friendly. Nice lobby with ac and TV to watch. Counter lady very friendly and helpful. Tuesdays are a dollar off if you're looking for an added deal.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. I've been here twice and they do not do even a passable job. My car goes through the washing machines and after that it's all downhill. The guys who wipe down the vehicles barely do their job. They use dirty towels and do not take the time to scrub away basic things like bird poop, etc. They don't seem to care about their work or have any standards. So effectively I am wasting my money and time coming here. I'd rather go to a drive thru car wash and save money then pay for this experience again. It's a shame really because I would be a regular customer if they did even a decent job at cleaning my car. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

Saulo took my 2015 Honda Accord and made it look like I just drove it off the lot. I have a German Shepherd that sheds an ungodly amount and the car was completely covered in hair before taking it to Oro. Now I can’t find a single spec of dog hair and the inside smells amazing. Will definitely be getting a detail again!

Very convenient and they did a great job! They came to my place of employment and detailed my truck while I worked. My truck was INCREDIBLY dirty and disgusting as I have two small children and a dog. In addition, my truck smelled like something between sour milk and mildew. By the time I was done with work, my truck was immaculate inside and out and it smelled good. They were very nice and hard working. I would highly recommend this company.

During hurricane Milton my car flooded with rain water. I panicked the next day because she's brand new. They were here cleaning my car withing 24 hours. The whole team was quick and detailed! I left my sunroof open during a storm… and the next day my car was SOAKED. I called Darrel and he immediately scheduled me in to help vacuum out the water and freshen my car up.
