I don't know how Xclusive auto salon could get any better. The customer service? Excellent. The price: reasonable. The quality of service? Top notch! Jeremy made it such a easy process and they did a wonderful job. I usually don't trust anyone with my car and have always detailed it myself. However, I was running out of time to get it done so I decided to do some research prior to booking. Xclusive auto salon is as at the top and was the best choice in prep for a car show. In the future, I don't think I want to detail it myself anymore and will be a returning customer.

Buyer Beware! Ceramic Pros Sarasota claims to provide premium ceramic coating services for boats, but my experience has been disastrous. After spending over $7,000 for a “full decontamination wash and polish,” “two layers of base coat ceramic,” and “one layer of top coat,” the finish on my boat is now ruined. Previously, we maintained our boat for years with annual compounding and waxing, always achieving a like-new, glossy finish. However, following Ceramic Pros Sarasota’s service, the boat has streaks from improper application and matte patches caused by poor surface preparation. After six months of back-and-forth communication, Ceramic Pros Sarasota has refused to honor their warranty and make any good on fixing the issues. I am now obtaining quotes to remove and correct their botched ceramic job—estimates are coming in at over $10,000. My emails and phone calls have been ignored despite repeated requests to speak with a manager or the owner. Thankfully, I entrusted another company with the ceramic coating for my car collection, and that experience has been vastly better. Proceed with caution before trusting Ceramic Pros Sarasota with your boat!

I had a white usb-c charger plugged in and another light up usb-c charger in my center counsel both are gone. Y’all really taking people stuff is crazy. Mind you I paid 160 and got my stuff stolen. To along with that they also scratched the front of my car.

If you want your car to look like it just left the showroom, this is who you should call. All you do is leave your car in the driveway and 3 hours later it is waxed, spotlessly clean, and looks like new. Mike’s truck is completely self contained and he has everything needed on location. He’s reasonably priced and you will not be disappointed. A solid 12 on a scale of 10!!!

Been going there for almost a year. Lately plate reader never works, yesterday was told I could longer use there car wash unless I let them take apart my satellite factory installed antenna. They refused to let me wash my truck even though I've got a monthly subscription. They are not the only car wash in town just one of the worst.

I really wanted like this place. The staff is friendly and the building inside is clean. Unfortunately they did not do a good job cleaning my car. I paid $35 and they did not clean my dash, touch screen panel or the cup holder. I called one of the guys over and he said he would clean it. Once I leave because I had somewhere else to be I noticed that the touch screen is still dirty, and that my windshield and windows weren’t properly clean. I’m disappointed in how they left my car. 😞

If you love your car as much as I do Detail MD are the guys you want taking care of yours! I brought my 2019 CT6 to these guys and they completely transformed it! They wet sanded it, polished it, ceramic coated the whole car, blacked out all the chrome, ceramic tinted all 5 windows and got rid of every single scratch and dent! Car looks flawless!! And being on their monthly maintenance program my car still looks as good even a year later! Huge shout out to Jameson and Ethan for taking care of me!

Tom is amazing. As others have mentioned his attention to detail and the care with which he treats every job is beyond 5 stars. We have a monthly wash plan and a full detailing scheduled every three months. He spent two full days detailing our 34ft boat. Every inch of the boat was attended to. While it is not inexpensive I have absolutely no doubt that his services add years to the like of our boat. Tom is honest and runs his business with the utmost integrity.
