I recently bought a used car that was sitting in a yard for MONTHS. The car was filthy outside and smelled like mildew inside. I set up an appointment and was immediately contacted to confirm. Very disappointed. I went to the car wash today 09/28/2024. I paid for the Full service spray wax X press. Of course I have no complaints of the exterior, but I was expecting better job on the interior and this is one of the main reason I took the vehicle to car wash. They job vacuum the interior and that's it. It was my fault not to notice at the moment. I just realized that when I got home.

Average. Despite paying for both interior and exterior multiple times, they have skipped a tire wax on one rim, constantly have white fuzz/dust left on screens/console (that a simple wipe removes), and just overall not the quality that is advertised. If you want a good exterior and decent interior, they’re fine. If you expect thoroughness with attention to detail to obvious minor stuff, go elsewhere.

These guys are simply incredible! I came in possession of my late brother's car, unfortunately the family let it sit up and there was a mold explosion. I got the Diamond Detail for SUV and wow just wow. I just started a new job and I am no longer working out of my car. My car was DISGUSTING. I actually had no hope on getting it back to normal. I had marks and scratches all over the exterior and my interior was covered in crumbs, stains, and hair. I really wish I would have done before and after pictures because the job they did was amazing!! I feel like I have a brand new car. They got rid of all stains and filth in the interior and completely got rid of all the marks on the exterior. They did a flawless job and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so so much! Will be using again. Years later and I just got my car cleaned again from these guys and still AMAZING!!! Best place for cleaning cars!! my car looks brand new!! Had to edit my review from 7 years ago. I don't like the new format at all. They got rid of all the people who would shine the wheels and touch up the spots the automated washer missed. But the price is still the same. The place is always packed so other people seem to like it. I'm not a fan.

Sad to see the business has gone away from providing the inside/out detail options. However, the updated amenities such as drying towels, automatic car mat cleaners, powerful vacuums and air blowers make the self service seamless. The attendant, Juan, was very helpful with provided car fresheners as well as dashboard wipes at no additional cost.

Took my car to get windshield tint and the process was great, responds fast. Corey was great and efficient, had a convo and he’s super down to earth and can tell he really loves helping people and enjoys getting to know his clients, definitely will be telling friends about him and coming back 10/10.

I’ve had a stain in my cars actual carpet floor for the longest and nothing took it out, he took it out and the car looks brand new. Nemo’s Express Carwash promised a quick wash, but it came at the cost of a thorough cleaning. I arrived alone and paid $32 for an exterior wash and interior cleaning. Since there was no rush and no other customers , I expected a thorough job. However, while I was on a 3-minute phone call at the front, I saw the car pulling around.The pictures show the results of their ‘Express Service’. Unfortunately I can’t give them a *Zero* star rating.

I’ve been coming to here for a few years and I’ll be a life long customer! I have a Jeep Wrangler and I’m very particular about how I like my car detailed. I want my tires extra shiny and my matte black rims looking clean. Inside I like everything, including my trunk vacuumed down, and the dash has to sparkle ✨ they get it right every time! And the customer service is always amazing. They make sure you’re comfort inside while you wait for your car and have refreshments and snacks available for purchase. Takes about 30 mins for both interior and exterior detail. Highly recommend!

Really wish I could've gotten a before and after to show you how amazing Alex was. He arrived right on time and started immediately. My car has white rims which over time turn black and it's so satesfying seeing how clean they are now. I had sand, hair, dog hair and probably crumbs everywhere and you can't even tell.
