10 STARS for Art and his team at On the Spot Detailing!!!! My vehicle was hit by a can of paint that fell off a truck first thing this morning and I called On the Spot frantically for help. Art understood the urgency and was able to get me in right when they opened. Art and his team were extremely thorough and did a WONDERFUL job cleaning up my vehicle. Art was fantastic. A tray of coffee drinks spilled on the front seat. No matter what I tried I couldn’t get the stain out. Art not only removed stain, he applied fabric protection. The rest of the detail was equally great, interior and exterior!

Larry and Dallas are top notch. They left my wife's car smelling and looking brand new and in very little time. I’ve been a loyal customer at Big Dans but the other day I go through the car wash and it took half my bumper off and they told me it was my fault and they won’t replace it I’ve wrote the corporate office and still yet no repose very poor customer service and I used to love this place but now I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there

I hate leaving a bad review. I own a company myself but I feel after a situation like this. I need to leave a review for how the management for this particular location in Pinellas Park, Fl. I’ve been going to Big Dans Car Wash since they opened up in Pinellas Park, never no issues, no complaints until today. Last Friday 11/15/2024 around 6pm-7pm I took my truck to the car wash. was going through the car wash like normal. As my truck was going through the first set of brushes, I heard a loud bang. I didn’t think nothing of it. The car wash stopped. After about a minute or two of not moving. A employee came knocking on my driver side window to roll it down. After I did, he showed me that my mirror for my driver side mirror had gotten knocked off. I did noticed that my driver side mirror itself was pushed back to the front of the truck. Usually if any of the side mirrors for pushed. They would be pushed in towards the windows not to the front of the truck. He told me to take my truck to the office to fill out an incident report and to take pictures. I filled out the report as detailed as I am with this review. After I filled it out, the manager said that someone from the company will call me in 48-72 hours. After they look at the videos to determine what happened and check the equipment for anything that could have gone wrong. I did ask the manager if this happens often. He said no not really but it does happen from time to time. I wasn’t upset about what happened or asking for repairs, money or anything. As I mentioned before I own a company and understand that unexpected things happen that are out of people’s control. Today around 12:25pm I get a call from the same manager mentioning that my truck was 13 years old (I don’t understand why that matters). They checked the equipment, nothing was wrong. He also checked the videos and nothing shows anything going wrong and that Big Dans Car Wash doesn’t cover side mirror damage. Couldn’t show me the video of what happened. I get that every company has rules and has their ways of doing things. I’m an owner myself. If me or one of my employee’s, our equipment did something wrong even if was an accident. I would try and make it right, show the customer proof that our employees or equipment didn’t cause the problem. It’s just the mirror that came off and it wouldn’t be expensive to replace it. It’s just the principle of how this was handled. They didn’t even off to show the videos or the equipment readings that could have shown something went wrong or not.Instead of wasting the customers time. The manager should have said from the start that they don’t cover side mirrors in the first place. There was no point of having me fill out an incident report, waiting two to three days to hear back from someone. Just to tell me that the company doesn’t cover side mirrors. I mean. They could have offered me a month of free membership but I guess they couldn’t afford to do that. Instead I just cancelled my membership and now going to Woodys Car Wash. My review doesn’t mean that the entire company is bad or the employees. This is for the current and future customers. Also to help prevent any future issues. I would start pushing the side mirrors in before you go through the wash. Cause it seems like this particular car wash will not agree to any wrong doing, show you any proof or offer you anything for the inconvenience.

Had Ceramic windshield tint and “eyebrow” tint installed on my 911 here. The crew explained all the options, set proper expectations and did the right thing in talking me out of also getting the sunroof tinted (due to risk of it peeling off at high speeds). The work was flawless; it held up perfectly for about a year that has passed since installation and rejects heat without affecting my vision just like they said. The windshield was replaced last week because of a crack. Guess where I’m going to get the new windshield tinted?!

Pat’s Mobile Auto Salon is without a doubt the BEST detailing service out there. If you are comparing different places to have your car detailed, this is definitely the place to call. My good friend Cindy highly recommended Pat so I booked with him right away. I’ve had my cars detailed many times over the past 8 years owning a dog walking/pet sitting business and this is by far the best and most thorough detail I have ever received. I’ve had my current car for almost 5 and after each detail there is always something I’m able to find that didn’t quite get cleaned 100% - mainly the pet hair throughout the car and the hard to reach areas in the cup holders, door handles, etc. When I inspected my car after Pat’s detail, I could not find a single piece of hair or piece of dirt in any of the hard to reach areas in the car!! In the 5 years I’ve owned this car I have never seen the exterior or interior look this clean - it was almost as if it was a brand new car. The attention to detail provided by the technicians inside and out is unprecedented. They were able to take out all of the surface scratches on the exterior of the car which was amazing to see. Pat and Chris are absolutely incredible!! Not only is the level of work provided exceptional, the customer service is right there with it!! I’m so happy I found the best detailing service out there. I will never go anywhere else again!!

My truck was covered in deep scratches from some serious improper washing and a dealership " courtesy auto detailing" - but after Aaron did his two stage paint correction and ceramic coating - it looked amazing. Aaron applied the Ceramic coating, and the truck has looked like new ever since. The wheels look most excellent because Aaron took them off, cleaned the undercoating from inside the wheels, and coated the inside and outside of every wheel. It might get a little dusty between washes, but a nice rain and it looks new again with no spots from rain water. I parked in a friend's driveway. The sprinklers came on while I was inside. We came out and the side/hood/roof of the truck were covered in white spots. It was calcium from the water held in the water lines. Took it to Aaron for it's first wash, and he handled it easily. The soap he uses, spot remover, quick touch up, the wheel brush, and all made it beautiful once again. I had the works done when I chose to have it coated, and with the 5 year warranty it will look great for many years to come. I purchased a gallon of the soap (which will last maybe over a year, spot remover to clean the white spots (calcium scale), a large microfiber towel, and I microfiber cleaning mits.
