Nice group of guys, friendly, but I'm not sure I would consider my truck detailed. It was cleaner than before but a lot was missed in easy to see spots (included pictures). I have no doubt some time was spent cleaning the truck, and I hate being negative. I understand they couldn't do anything with some pitted chrome but there were places with old dirt still on very visible surface areas. Many streaks left -- see the pictures, picture of rag was just from me wiping down some very visible areas and was a brand new microfiber cloth. I personally expected more from a detail at this price point. Feel like I still need to wash the truck. I just don't think it was worth $500 to have stuff like this still on the truck I just picked up from a "detail". I've never had it in previous details.

These are true professionals. When you call Charles the owner, he will call you back promptly. He shows up to do every job. Neat, courteous and professional, he saved the paint on my 2006 truck. Came to the car wash today and there was a smile child directing me to come into the car wash that did not know what he was doing. Plus, I almost popped my tire because of it then I had attitude with I guess his father and then when I tried to explain it to his mother That she had the attitude that she does not want to be a psychologist for me because she doesn’t have time for that bad bad review. I do not like these people. I recommend that you stay clear from them because they are the worst and most unprofessional team I have ever come across. I will never come back here, and I will spread the word of their un Professionalism

I've been using their service for years. Friendly staff. Couple days ago I went and the brush ripped the driver side mirror off my Tacoma. The owner told me they will not cover the damage because my truck is old and they have a policy of not covering damages for vehicles older than 5 years. So, if you have a car is more than 5 years old, beware of this.

I basically paid for something I could’ve done myself. It wasn’t super expensive. It’s just a simple fact that no other package was offered to me and I expressed that I mainly needed the inside done versus an actual wash and they did the bare minimum. It doesn’t look like the inside of my car was wiped down at all. There’s still dust and marks everywhere. And clearly they spent two seconds vacuuming and went on about their business. This was clearly a waste of money.

Trinity did an amazing job on my car detail, made sure everything was well wiped and vacuumed. Also my floor mat, nobody clicks them back in and she made sure to do it! Pays attention to details. 10/10 would recommend. Kylie is also very very sweet! Great service!

Genuinely the worst car wash in Pensacola. My husband went to get his truck detailed and when he came back it looked like the workers barely touched it?! Not to mention, he said there was only 2 other cars there. If it was actually busy, then this terrible excuse of a "detail" would be somewhat more understandable, however that was not the case. Furthermore, I was scrolling through the reviews to see if anyone else has experienced this, in which numerous amount of people have, and the manager does absolutely nothing about it. They'll comment something like "we will work on improving our service to ensure this doesn't happen again," but based on the reviews... this happens all the time and they won't do anything about it!! Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT go to this miserable place. (For reference, I took the pictures as soon as he got home and we only live 10 minutes away)

The entire team at Sparkling Image Car Wash always performs high-quality work! Everyone is professional, smiles, and works hard to get everything right the first time. John was my detailer for this trip and did excellent work. I have memberships with Sparkling Image (unlimited car wash memberships are very economical!) and they are the only ones that I trust to keep my car clean inside and out in the Pensacola area. I had numerous spots from sap that did not come off with a car wash because they had soaked into the topcoat. Sarena did a spot test with her magical goo and then removed every spot and drip and sent me through the car wash a second time for free to make sure everything was rinsed off! This is the third car Kyle and his shop have worked on for us. This time, in addition to applying a ceramic coating, we asked him to try to buff out scratches that occurred during the delivery of our new vehicle. As he did with our previous two cars, Kyle did an outstanding job! He was able to completely remove the scratches and the ceramic coat and his detail work, both inside and out, made the car look brand new again. Before I got the membership, I had 2 coupons to see what it was like because I have been to car washes and it did not get the job done. I love the atmosphere and everything about this car wash. Also it’s soothing for my 2 year old grandson which is a triple plus lol.

JEEP owners beware! Jeep owners and anyone with exposed windshield wipers should be cautious about using Tidal Wave Car Wash due to a serious issue with their new dry “buffer” system. It was my first visit, and I was surprised by the $22.58 for a single wash costs, but declined their initial attempt to upsell me on a monthly membership. Unfortunately, this turned into a costly mistake. After the blowers finished, a spinning buffer came down and caught my windshield wipers, ripping one completely off and damaging the other so badly it disconnected from the mechanism, making it completely inoperable. Now, I have to take my Jeep to a body shop for repairs. While the employee guiding cars into the wash was friendly and noticed something was wrong, no manager ever approached me after I reported the damage. After waiting 15 minutes, I went to the office booth and spoke with the self-identified “DM.” The DM was not helpful—instead, he accused me of having damaged windshield wipers before entering the wash and claimed that he runs hundreds of Jeeps through without any issues. He pointed out a small damage waiver sign that you can’t even see until after you’ve paid and gone through the wash process. He refused to let me fill out any incident report. Although the DM refunded my $22.58 for the wash, he refused any other assistance with my wipers. His attitude was rude and unprofessional. He kept his blade sunglasses on the entire time while speaking with me, and after processing the refund, yelled from across the parking lot that I should use the refunded money to fix my windshield wipers. It was an awful customer service experience. It’s surprising to me that this problem hasn’t been reported more often, especially with their dry buffer system, a seemingly new price of equipment for auto washes. I’ve never seen one before, but I imagine it snags lots of things on cars. A picture of it is below. You can see how the fabric is looped which would naturally catch things. If you have exposed wipers, I strongly recommend avoiding this place until they fix these equipment issues or improve their customer service response to incidents like this.

Employees were terrible. Did not direct me in at all. My wheel shifted because they were too busy flirting with some woman. Then they only had 2 towels (which were already wet) to dry off. Stayed around for like 5min and they never put more out. One guy was handing out air fresheners but didn't bother to bring me one n I was right in the front. He walked right past me and took it to all the women he saw, he was selective of who he walked to! Guess since I had a man with me, I wasn't a priority! Horrible visit for a visitor from out of town!

Never seen so many employees standing around doing nothing, yet no one was greeting customers. No one at the pay stations. Car was was C+. Only vacuums and dry rags. Same crappy management. Sadly, my concern will be ignored because I was unfortunate to be employed there 18 months ago. Don't waste your money!!! Go to Aqua, Ronnys, or Tidal!!!

My mustang was FILYHY on the inside. I have been doing home renovation and using it as a daily driver back and fourth to my box truck. Even after trying to get it all off every day, it finds it's way in! There were parts that I wasn't sure would ever look the same again... After Brian finished detailing the car, it looked brand new again. Roughly 60k miles worth of catching dust, and he managed to get it all off! I finally feel like I'm in my mustang, and not a work truck. I've already recommended multiple people, and will continue to do so! You wont be disappointed!!

For years (OK, decades) I did all my car cleaning and detailing myself because I was fussy about the appearance of my cars, and I spent a lot of time doing it. And no one else could please me. Brian has cured me of that and has saved me a great deal of time in the process. Now all I have to do is contact him and back my car out of the garage. And I no longer have to maintain all that supply of car cleaning materials. Now my car looks more showroom clean than it did when it was in the showroom. The only negative is you won't want to drive it and get it dirty. But drive it to show it off, and when it gets dirty, just call Brian again. That's what I do.

These guys kill it when it comes to high quality details! I bought a car that had been badly abused and was in awful shape. I brought it to Brandon and his crew and it looked like a whole new car when I picked it up! Then after a rock exploded through our windshield and left glass shards and dust everywhere, they did a stellar job rehabbing it once again. I've now used them 3 times and am always completely satisfied and the price is good for the quality of work they do. Highly recommended!

I recently had my boat detailed by Creel’s Mobile Detailing and Power Washing and I couldn't be happier with the results. Connor was incredibly professional, punctual, and meticulous. He transformed my boat, making it look like it just came out of the showroom. The attention to detail, from the hull to the interior, was impressive. Recently moved here from Oklahoma and my original ceramic coating had ran its course so I needed someone new to do the work. I called Daniel he was able to get me in within a few days and he did an excellent job. He did a 1 step paint correction and 5 year ceramic coating. The car looks like a mirror now and no micro scratches anywhere. Very reasonable price and lots of care and attention to detail. If you love your car, choose Daniel!

Edit post: Micheal the owner contacted me regarding my disappointment with the company. He apologized for the lack of communication and the work done on my Jeep (first & second detail). He has refunded $100 of the $150 that was originally paid for the detail. He did offer to redo the detail but unfortunately with the holidays coming I didn’t have the time to schedule a redo…. So he offered a partial refund. I appreciate the response and the attempt to make things right. I did change my review from a 1 star (original post) to a 4 star (after being contacted by owner with apology & refunded $100 of my original payment) I will keep my original post up because this is an honest review/ experience. Very disappointed with the detail and lack of communication. I called 11/26 to schedule appointment for 11/30 at 9am for both exterior and interior detail for our Jeep. We keep our Jeep fairly clean but I wanted to surprise my hubs with detail. I text prior to confirm appointment. Saturday 9am comes and goes… I text Chris several times to get a response on my appointment. He informs me that he gave detailer the wrong name and number to communicate with, that the detailer will be at my house at 3pm. Frustrated I wait. 3:30 detailer Thomas comes and says he just got my appointment 30mins prior and he hopes he has time to do the full detail since it gets darker earlier. I believe Thomas ran out of daylight and rushed to get it done. Thomas was pleasant, made small talk and I felt like poor guy made an effort (I tip him cash) because it was dark when he finished I couldn’t see the final job (I didn’t pay for full detail until I could see the final job). The next day 12/1 I reach out to Chris, sent photos of the detail and the disappointment I had on the finished job. He tells me not to worry a new detailer will be coming out to redo the details. Monday 12/2 to my surprise Thomas shows up at my home to redo the detail. This was awkward! I show Thomas the areas of concern that I wasn’t happy with the previous detail. He tells me no worries I’ll fix it. I leave him to do his work. After a while I go to check and Thomas is gone. He left without letting me know he was finished or do a final walk around. It looked as if he tried but failed to finish again. I’m not sure if my appointment was another afterthought but I text Chris again pics of the 2nd detail and lack of cleaning. Chris informs me I’m sorry to do this to you but I will have another detailer come out for 3 time but he needs me to Venmo the payment $150 for the new detailer. I Venmo payment thinking Chris is gonna make this right. I get a text from Thomas asking yet again to come and redo/finish the 3rd detail. I agree to give him another try…. My god third time it’s gonna get better!! Nope I was ghosted by both Chris (I believe management of Emerald Coast Mobile Detailing) & Thomas the detailer. I believe that I gave several opportunities to make the situation right by both only to be ghosted after they received payment and made empty promises. Be aware of this company and the work they do!! Pics from 1st detail: exterior- tire shine overspray on trim, bumper, rims and wheel well. Wheel unclean dirt still visible. Dust/dirt on hood and back door. Interior doors, floor mats , drink trays and trunk area unclean. 2nd detail: exterior- tire shine wiped off tires, bumper & rims but dirt still visible in wheel well. I’m unsure if inside Jeep was untouched as it looked the same!

I got a full detail with ceramic coating. They did excellent work. They spent hours on the car over 2 visits. The shine it has is better than when I first got the car. It doesn’t at all look like the abused vehicle that it is. They did miss my follow-up appointment a couple of times and I didn’t bother to call back afterwards. One day out of the blue they did call me up. I was still on their list as incomplete and they came out that weekend a finished up with a second coat of ceramic and a touch up detail. I love how it looks with the ceramic on it. The guys who have come out were both professional and seemed to like what they do. After they missed my follow-ups I had a lower review but the fact they did reach out and finished up, was worth an upgrade, especially with the quality of the work they do.

It looks great, quality tent, fair price, high quality craftsmanship. They went through different shades of tent and the advantages and disadvantages of them. Have to say. This is the first time since I’ve owned this truck that I don’t need to run max AC. The tint is clean and crisp. The lifetime guarantee on the tint for defects is nice. My last tint looked like it had melted on the window. They removed this for me. Something to note. It may be best to pay with cash. To avoid CC fees. They offer a military discount as well. Detailing is no longer done here. I would have like to had my truck detailed with the tint. This is a professional business with care given to there product. Highly recommended. Thanks Trent!

I am really not pleased by the services I have been receiving through this company at first don’t get me wrong I got the works but after going for a while all that stopped I was told that when u get a free wash they are to vacuum my car in the back after the wash it goes through they are suppose to wipe down the whole inside along with the outside now I get in my car and it’s not cleaned up at all I will not use this services anymore I am very unsatisfied with the cleaning service part but my oil change never fails me at all they just need to get they cleaners to do they jobs the correct way or hire someone who’s willing to put in the work they always clean it out now for th past couple of times they didn’t and one time I didn’t even get my free wash I had to come back not only that the worker told me I couldn’t use his spray to clean my inside out that’s messed up especially if I paid for the service

They did a great job on my 2018 Ford Raptor. First I should say that the dealership washed the vehicle at delivery and really did a number on the paint. Swirls and scratches (lesson learned: never let the dealer wash your brand new vehicle!). But the team at Emerald Coast Pro Plus did an amazing job and went the extra mile to correct the paint and get that deep mirror finish. Really happy with the service and excited to keep the truck looking good with up to 5 year ceramic protection. I usually buy white vehicles so this is my first black vehicle in a long time and I really wanted to protect the paint and finish. Highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed. Very thorough, they explain the entire process, send photos throughout the process, answer questions, etc.

Brandon and his team are real professionals. They went above and beyond to pull the scratches out of my car (even deep ones!). They did a 4 step correction to get the paint just perfect. It looks better than new! The ceramic coating they applied is absolutely amazing and makes the car look like a polished mirror. It's hydrophobic so water just rolls right off it which makes it so easy to clean! I highly recommend them!
