I went last week to Mr. Pro Car Wash. Overall, I was pleased with their services but I went back a week later for two reasons. One my gps screen had a greasy glare that was not there previous to the cleaning of my car. The owner ( a young man) mentioned that they use the same cleaning supplies to clean windows and that my screen was scratched and old. He tried to clean it again and it got worse. He did not take any responsibility for this. The second reason why I went back is because they left my keys by the windshield and never handed to me. I’m disappointed with their service because they did not take accountability at all. I will never go back there.

I explained what I needed and these guys did an excellent job cleaning the interior of my car. They paid special attention to the carpet and made my 8 yr old SUV look brand new! It also has the new-car smell😁 They work hard, and the rates are reasonable. I usually drop the car off and pick up when they're ready. Would definitely recommend!

This is my first review ever and I felt the need to write it because I had the most horrible experience. I gave them a second chance and I honestly shouldn’t have. There is always debris and dirt left on the car, as well as dried up water marks. I asked them to make sure that everything was good and the didn’t. I paid $27 AND it took 2.5 hours!!!!!!! Feels like they did not care for my car at all. Run from this place! Learn from my experience, and don’t trust them with your car. To the management of this place: Do better if you want trustworthy clients. Also, make sure your employees are caring enough with a car that someone spend their hardworking money on.

If you need your car detailed, Raul is your guy. When I called Raul to get a quote, I was amazed with his knowledge on detailing, different procedures etc. Then he came over to see the car and what it needed. I was super impressed with his recommendations. At any given point, I did not feel pressured unlike some other places I’ve been to in the past. Raul cares about his customers and recommends what’s best for you. He walked me through different options and coatings available and suggested what’s best for the car at the time. I visited this car wash on November 1st around 10:50am. I have a membership and had an extremely disappointing experience. While waiting to enter the wash, there were two employees who began laughing and making comments about my car, with one even saying in Spanish, ‘Oh, with a car from the 90s!’. They both made it a point to examine and judge my car. As he directed me into the wash, he was looking at me straight in the face uncontrollably laughing which felt super unprofessional and humiliating. Of course me being in shock, I did not react in the moment. Regardless of my car’s age, I am a paying customer who deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I am truly disgusted by the behavior of these two young men. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or ridiculed for their vehicle or as humiliated as I felt. The car you drive does not define your worth. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as customer service should always be a priority and you do not need to have the most luxurious car to afford or be worthy of a membership…

These guys are fantastic! I bought a used car about a week ago and took it to them yesterday to have it detailed. They did a top of the line job on the exterior, but I was personally more concerned about the interior because the previous owner had pets and there was a definite smell. There were also a few small stains on the cloth seats. They got the smell and the stains completely out! Very reasonable pricing, very easy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely amazing work from these guys. I had PPF on the bumper + hood as well as a 6-12 month ceramic coat on the rest of the car. They also hooked me up with some solid tints from a place nearby. This place is great!!!! Does the job if looking to manually self wash car. All these automatic car washes never fully clean my car. There's no better way than scrubbing yourself, I used foam brush and high pressure water. There's other options too such as wax. Accepts bills!! $3 for 4 minutes I believe. There's also vaccumes for $1.25 quarters or card. Fully satisfied and will return thank you😃

AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS. Last month this car wash crashed my brand new car and refused to take responsibility. They allow people without licenses to drive the cars and if they damage them NO ONE answers for it. The managers stated the employee that crashed my car left and never came back. The company is not registered or insured. After threatening with legal action, the owner John Serna initially told me that he wasn’t going to give me anything. Although I got an estimate for almost $2,000 from the dealer to fix my vehicle, I went out of my way to find the most inexpensive fix. I was able to find someone to fix my damages for $550 which was extremely inexpensive due to the fact that my car is a brand new 2023 Infiniti only purchased 3 months prior and has a custom gold color. Then, in efforts to ridicule me, Mr. Serna condescendingly said he could pay me $50 a month if I wished. I informed him that I am an attorney and I would be reporting his business and suing him and the property owner for damages. Mr. Sena then again tried to ridicule me and told me to come get $500 on a Saturday in which he knew he would be on vacation. It was only after I went into Midas (the owners of the lot) and asked for their company’s management information to take legal action, did Mr. Serna instruct the manager to give me the money for my damages. I was even told an older lady fell on the Carwash’s lot and they also disregarded her. A Carwash is not worth possible damage to your cars or to yourself with no one to respond. There’s plenty of car wash companies backed by hard working owners with ethics and respect to choose from. This car wash isn’t one of them.

They did a good job cleaning the inside and outside of the car HOWEVER unless you have 1.5 hours to waste just sitting there while one guy works on your car, go somewhere else or be prepared to sit and wait for Avery very very long time!!!! Who has this much time to waste on a car wash! I told them and yet no reinforcements came even though I told them over and over how much of a rush I am in! Unbelievable!

Needed to wash my truck and TT. I also had my kayak on the truck rack and 2 bikes on the rack behind the TT. Everything was full of salt. They cleaned it all. Some gets washed by brush and pressure washer and some gets washed with the auto brushes on the sides and top.

We needed a car wash asap after being sprayed with hydraulic fluid on the freeway. Detail Busters was the closest. What a great facility! Thorough soft touch car wash, and the convenient glass and chrome towels and cleaning spray at the end put the perfect finishing touch on our vehicle. I don’t recommend coming here, there’s way better car washes in the area. Came here to get my car washed, the guy told us it was $50 interior and exterior for a car that we usually always pay $35 in this area which should’ve been our queue to leave. They rip people off, they have a sign with services but don’t even put the price on it. So they give you whatever price they feel like you’re going to pay. When the car was done they left stains on the seats and later told us there was an additional cost to seats which was never elaborated and for the price they’re charging us should’ve definitely included seats. To clarify we never asked them to wash the seats but just to wipe off the stains they left. The guy was calling us sexist names because we told him it wasn’t justifiable to charge extra for a couple wipes to remove what the cleaner left.

This gas station is very convenient if you are coming from the south to the north, since it is right on the exit. You can also fill up your tires with air. The only bad thing is that the gas stations never accept cards; you have to go inside to pay.
