I have been going to the Lynn Haven GP full service car wash for at least 10 years with a couple different vehicles. The staff are always friendly and courteous. They work hard, at least when servicing my vehicles, and I tip them appropriately. And not a dollar when 3 people worked hard on my car. But now, I have a different vehicle that can't go through the auto wash. I have to get the hand wash. Although I've only been there twice for a hand wash and detail, I am blown away by the crew leader in the detail garage who does the full details. BASEEM, I'm sure I spelled his name wrong, I'm sorry. This man is a perfectionist. He took my car to another level of clean that one would probably not expect from an oil change/car wash facility. The value of him detailing my car is well worth the money, and the tip. As you can see by the photo's, his work speaks for itself. I wasn’t going to post anything, but the more I look at my half wiped dashboard the more it upsets me. I purchased a deluxe wash, now I know that is not a detail but I did expect a little more effort just with the vacuuming, console and dashboard cleaning. Yes I have kids so my car is far from clean, which again is why I purchased deluxe and not a simple basic wash. Very disappointed.

Michael did such an incredible job with my Jeep wrangler. It had been sitting for quite awhile and is finally back on the road and I was looking for a place to really get the inside cleaned up again, and Michael went above and beyond. The inside detail was immaculate and he even went as far as to throw in a quick wash of the outside for me. I live on a dirt road so I didn’t ask for the exterior wash, but proclean really takes pride in their work and makes sure you leave with a vehicle that looks brand new. Thank you 🖤

Small Paul’s Auto Detailing company deserves 10 stars. He was extremely professional and thorough with my car and his standards are very high. As a dual-military family with two boys, my car is the last priority and the car seat rarely comes out so it was pretty bad. I took my BMW convertible to Bruce for a full detail. It had been a tad neglected for a couple years and looked rough. He worked some type of automotive voodoo on that car because when I went to pick it up it looked super showroom sharp. Bruce was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Bruce truly enjoys working on cars and is proud of his business. The prices are reasonable and he is very accommodating for drop off and pick up. I highly recommend Visions Auto Spa. Paid for a Full detail. The results I got were inadequate and unacceptable . All they did was vacuum and wash the outside. They still left dirt and stains on the seats. And left area with debris. I complained to the owner. He told me bring it back to which nothing changed.

Trebor was so great! He wrapped my wife’s Tesla Model 3 to perfection and while we were out of town he even dropped it off after the wrap was complete. Hands down the BEST car wash l've ever been to! I'm visiting PCB and thought we'd get the salt off... it took the bugs and even tar! There's free vacuuming AND there's an air compressor!!!! They also have clean towels to wipe your car down, and windex! All included! Must wash here! oh- and owner and employees were very friendly!

Exceptional service! Brought the car in for a quick wash and I was on the side, drying it off and washing the windows when a worker was walking by, asked me about the wash I had bought and asked me if it would be ok to run it through the wash again. He said he didn't like the spot treatment, that it could be better and HE wanted to make it right! I mean, wow! That's the kind of service your grandparents start those, "back in my day" stories with! Excellent. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Dustin Sliva drove to our home in Lynn Haven to detail our RV. He was by himself and did one hell of a job. Wash and wax/nano seal. Took about 3 hours. The RV has a shine that it never has had before. All the black runs from the weather stripping are gone. Protection will last 12 months. Very pleased with the end product. Highly recommend his company. Cheapest rate we could find. And he comes to you!

Today around 12 noon was my first experience with this car wash and I give it a (A+). The gentleman that first greated me at the entrance payment area was phenomenal with his customer service and told me about the features that were offered and benefits of membership. Also I noticed when I pulled into the car bay the gentleman there did a great job with the pre washing of the front and windshield, even used a towel to help wipe the bugs off. And he was very helpful in suggesting that he could turn the back brushes off while going through the wash since I forgot I had my cargo basket still connected to the rear of my SUV. After my wash I looked to see if you guys had a location near me in Atlanta and thankfully found that you are within a few miles of my home there. Your management should be commended because it’s hard to get the care and customer service I received today. I will be canceling my other membership and join this one. And please let these young men know they are much appreciated and to never stop being so courteous and helpful because they are the ones that make the company successful and generate repeat business. 💯

Horrible Customer Service! Make sure if you go to this car wash for a one-time stop they don't sign you up for a membership! I traveled to Panama City for vacation in May of 2024 from Texas. I told the guy that greeted me when I drove up that I was only there for 4 days and just wanted to get a car wash. He took my card and signed me up for a membership but said he would cancel the membership immediately. I took his word for it that it would be taken care of but 3 months later I seen on my bank statement that they had charged me a total of over a hundred and forty dollars for 3 months worth of membership. I called customer service and spoke with a girl who was smug and refused to refund my money for a membership that I did not ask for, because I did not have a receipt for canceling said membership. Why would I have a receipt for canceling a membership that I didn't ask for or sign up for? The story is way longer, but basically don't do anything other than get a car wash if you absolutely have to. I wouldn't stop here again if it was the only car wash open!

First time here really good carwash, i did the hot wax and shine car end looking great, in my opinion the vacuum cleaner is the most important part of this type of carwash, they have really good ones and the also have an air pressure for dusting the in-between of your dash and interior. Plus you have free use of towers and mats cleaning machine, employees are coming back a fowar to put clean towers and checking if you need any help, really good experience

Why did I pay $21 for my car to come out dirtier than it went in? Can you explain why on earth would you put grease for tire shine??? Now, just 4 miles down the road, my car looks like a mess. I would appreciate a refund for this.

Joe and the gang at Grease Pro got me right in and got me setup with a Full Synthetic oil change, new wipers, and an additive for my oil and gas tank. Over all I was very pleased with their service...and I never had to get out of my car....This will be my new "GoTo" oil service place... AND they do so much more there than just oil changes.
