I’ve had multiple cars cleaned by five star detailing and has done a superb job every single time. They treat my cars better than I do, I have used him for $100k+ cars and I just drop the car off and know it’s in the right hands. If you want cheap, do it yourself. If you want perfection call five star. Recently got ceramic coating and again did a great job. The only issue I have is I didn’t find out about him earlier.

Don't bother going to this place. I can't give it any stars. I took two cars, and both were left dirty. The gentleman wanted to take them back and clean them a little better, but his superior told him no. I will never go back. The previous owners were great; whoever owns it now only cares about ripping people off. Someone replied, "Remember that you have to pay more. "Exactly my point. I paid $25+ for each car, and when I took a rag to the back of the car, it came back black. Needless to say, I had to clean both cars again after spending close to $60.00. Don't bother to go to this car wash. Its a rip off.

Stopped going here years ago. Was in a bind today so stopped. Remember why I stopped coming here - There is NOTHING about this place that is even remotely ok. This place sucks. Terrible service, terrible job done, long wait and way too expensive. Literally a drive through car wash does a much better job. No more money for this business. Do yourself a favor and drive right by - nothing good here. They just piss and moan that you want it done right.

Fred did an amazing job with a complete exterior detail of my new car (only 3 months old). After a short trip to the other side of the state, I came home to discover that the lower half of my car had paint spray on it (looked like it could've been transfer from wet road paint). After Fred worked on my car, the body looked better than when I bought it. I would highly recommend Auto Surface Concepts and will definitely use their services again (hopefully just for a normal detailing visit!).

Amazing ceramic coating and detailing job! Richard was very thorough and paid attention to the details. The whole process was easy with quick scheduling as well as convenient with him coming to my home. Ive used other detailing companies and this is by far the best in the area. I was hesitant at first with doing the ceramic nano coating but it came out exceptional, definitely worth the extra money. Unacceptable experience today! The wash was fine but what wasn’t fine was the several vacuums that had little to no suction to them, non existent windshield or interior cleaner and to top it off even the towels were empty. I shouldn’t have to get back in my vehicle after parking to find a spot where the vaccum works when I just burned $30 at this place. Yes, I am not happy and I would recommend avoiding! I certainly won’t be back they have car washes everywhere!

This car wash chain has been making improvements and recently have added a few features. I like the new sink in the vacuum area. It should make detailing the interior of vehicles easier for those who bring cleaning supplies. The new tubs in the bug prep or pre-cleaning area are pretty cool too. No longer do you have to wait for somebody to fill up one of the tubs that used to be there or look for a one with clean water, you can simply drain dirty water and it fills itself with clean water. One feature that I've started using is the nearly touchless wash. You can request from the attendant to use a brushless option. This helps cut down on the amount of micro abrasion swirls seen in vehicle paint through repeated automated car washing. The vacuum area is always well maintained every vac in my fold up to you works just fine and there are always clean microfiber towels to use. I wish they would have asked customers for suggestions before they did all the changes. I would love to have seen a motorcycle wash station.

Definitely the best location! Beth is always warm-welcoming and saying hi every weekly wash. Quick and easy self washing area. I have a vehicle wrap for my business and it always looks good visiting customers when clean.

Very excited about this! I had a membership at El car wash, but found it wasn't worth it. these guys have better pricing, I might go unlimited! Thankful for the free first wash to test it out, gave me a chance to make sure it did the trick... it did a good job although still some bugs on the front of my car, but those were very stuck on and I was able to wipe off what I wanted to at the end with the towels and cleaner. I was impressed by the multiple cleaning tools and tire air, and the vacuums worked! Honestly the vacuums are probably my favorite part, since so many car washes have "vacuums" that don't work hardly at all. The workers were very kind too. Overall, I think I will come back when my car needs a wash.

I have a 2019 Challenger black I purchased used in 2021. After trying for several years to get the car wash swirl scratches out of my paint, I went to Justin to see if there was anything he could do to help. He was a wealth of information, and had recommendations for a corrective process, that would remove most all these swirls in the paint. Long story short, they executed the corrective process, educated me in maintaining the paint, even let me drop in and they showed me where they were in the process. Dealing with a young man attendant in the building he was wonderful, for the rest of the company I would not recommend. Have used this car wash multiple times before, on this day the machine ripped up the top of my car which is listed rubber on the form and it was not rubber it was the hard plastic space frame goes around the doors between the door and the roof. It had broken the clips all underneath of it when it ripped it up in the air. And my windshield wiper bolt and arm was twisted causing it to be up stuck up on the windshield. Dealt with the advisor over the phone 4 days before they were willing to pay for the damages to be fixed. $427 They also renewed my monthly subscription 9 days before it was due, and charged more, $34.95, than the price I've paid for 2 yrs, $21.95. Claimed that it was a different day, tried to argue it with me, I had to demand a supervisor to look at the documented proof when I had everything in writing and the young man in the office had it on his computer screen that they were wrong. The customer service line that they have to deal with on the phone was a big problem, the young man in the office that was helping me with the problem was not happy with the person on the customer service line either as he also kept saying she was wrong. This place also does not have a direct line to communicate with the actual place unless you go there in person. I was reimbursed a week later, as I have no intentions in using this service ever again, I don't want my nice vehicle damaged again.

I signed up for myself for a monthly membership the next day I signed my husband up with a monthly membership then I find out that my husband was being billed since 2023 never went through that car wash but there were two accounts one was based upon a sticker which he never had and then the other was based on his tag which I signed him up for an April of 2024. Customer service did refund 6 months of credits for the 2023 charges and would not refund the full 11 months that was billed to my husband's card. The lady and the customer service at 305 number that you're given is very rude and she really doesn't care if things are done improperly I spoke to the regional manager today at the Palm Bay location and I took screenshots of the 2023 charges which shows that he did not go through that car wash and then also the 2024. BEWARE Check your credit card statements each month. This company is not an honest company. I will never use this company again and most certainly would not recommend. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office to make them aware of the company's business practices.

My wife and I recently had our 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander detailed and ceramic coated inside and out (including the front windshield). Even though there wasn't much paint correction to be done on a new vehicle, Raymond's attention to detail truly stood out. Far from Pristine!!! I paid $29 and tipped $10 before looking over my vehicle, drove home. I live 2 miles away and it wouldn't have gotten this dirty in the short drive after it was supposedly washed. Definitely will not return, nor will I suggest others to have their vehicles washed there.

I got a basic interior detail and they did a great job. Everyone was extremely polite and explained everything clearly. The lobby and bathroom was clean and made the wait bearable (which was only about an hour). I had a lot of stuff in my car because I came unprepared, but they were happy to remove everything including the carseat in order to shampoo the seats. They even vacuumed the carseat! I was given an air freshner and hand towel. The hand towel confused me until I started driving and water came out of my side mirrors, so the towel was great to have to wipe the windows and doors of water spots. Great job guys and I'll definitely be coming back!
