Kind of amazing how well Chris did with my car that was water damaged, growing mold, and as funky as could be. The car looks like I could have just gotten it from the dealership. Chris was a professional. Took his time, basically the entire day, detailing every inch of the car. I'd recommend them to anyone asking for detailing services and will use them again in the future, hopefully before the car becomes foul and moldy next time.

My wife, father in law,, and I all have been letting Curtis detail our cars for years. He has repaired chips, rust spots, fading paint, and worn away clear coat. He is without question a master at his craft. He has redone my roof, hood, and fenders. Curtis is the answer to the abuses cars suffer under the Florida sun! My 14 yr old Honda Ridgeline looks showroom new everytime he does it. I get compliments all the time!! He is a true professional. He'll tell you what your vehicle needs and if he can do it. Not expecting for anyone to be able to make time to get me in, I googled last minute to try to find a mobile detailer near me. After calling almost all of the places available, most of them were either astronomically priced, booked up, or didn't bother to return the call at all! Lester picked up right away, informed me he was busy in the morning, but could do it after that. He arrived to the house promptly & was very professional, courteous, & thorough! He told me he likes to "take his time" in the beginning, & was still done 30 min early! Lester & his partner did excellent work... I’m very happy with the work done at Platinum Auto Armor on my new Tesla Model 3 performance. I had tinting installed on my 4 door windows. Ceramic protection to all exterior surfaces. And PPF film added to hood, mirrors, bumper and A pillar. The crew did a fantastic job with attention to details. Charity in the front office is knowledgeable about all the products and is very professional. Carlo is meticulous about his work. He lives for this stuff. He joked that he lives in the shop. They did amazing on my Jeep today, was literally as clean as when I got it. I have used Soapys for over a year now. Paid per wash. Always get the $18 deal. Always clean so decided to do the unlimited $56 for three months. Did that twice. Always use cash. Good cleaning. Third time I signed up for three months/$56 . I did not take a receipt - who would think I would need it. I IMMEDIATELY knew something was wrong. Car was not clean. Windows badly streaked. Went through the wash twice more at other times with same results. Talked with manager- he told me I only had soap wash- no ‘second rinse, no ‘no spot rinse’. Kept making excuses. I talked with neighbor who also has 3 month/$56 deal. He has black truck that comes out perfectly. He pays by credit card. We believe the guy who put my deal in the computer put a cheaper wash in the system and pocketed the difference in cash. How many other people have had this happen to them? I’m sure I’m not the only one that paid in cash and someone pocketed a portion of the cash but entered a lesser wash. The excuses from the guy I talked with in person before I figured out the probable scenario were a bunch of baloney. Beware people. Don’t use cash and keep your receipts..

Great car wash, it took my cash once so if you pay cash, have the exact amount. I decided to give it another try and used card. Had no troubles. The car wash is easily accessible, the equipment is up to date, the lot is clean. I would definitely recommend this car wash!

Do not waste your money. Sadly a complete waste of money, very poor car wash. They no longer manually brush the wheels or vehicle. I went through the car wash twice, the first time I got a basic car wash as my truck was only lightly dirty, it barely got any of the dirt off, so I then went with the $30 car wash and it was a little bit better but all in all it was just a waste of money. The rear window was still dirty. You can see from the photos the dirt that still remained on the hood and front and lower front of my truck and in my opinion there's nothing better than a hand wash.

Don't use Caliber! The wash damaged my truck, the supervisor Josh acknowledged that a loose bungee strap left multiple dents in my hood and roof but corporate denies the claim. Caliber responded and asked that I contact customer service. I did and still no contact from caliber. I've canceled my monthly subscription for all 3 cars. Going to Racewash.

I visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Ocala, Florida, today, November 3, 2024, around 2:15 PM, and it was a truly disappointing experience. As I entered the car wash, I noticed that my vehicle wasn’t sprayed with water or soap in the initial stages, which should be standard in any car wash. Instead, the car only received a rinse toward the end, leaving it still dirty. I approached the attendant to let him know that my car was never properly prepped, only to be told they were out of soap and he was planning to shut down the system. Despite saying this, the attendant continued to run vehicles through the wash for another 20 minutes, knowingly allowing them to go through completely dry without any soap in the initial prep stages. This was not only frustrating but felt dishonest, as customers paid for a service they clearly weren’t receiving. The lack of transparency and poor customer service made this a terrible experience, and I definitely won’t be returning.

I love love love this place I signed up for the unlimited car wash, which goes very smooth and seamless. They also have clean towels, cleaners glass cleaners to do your inside of your car. They also have a station that you can pre-treat your car for the bug spots that are on your car. They also have a little vacuum for your car mats that you can clean as well. I love this car wash. Everything is great that people look great. Also Kyle I want to mention Kyle he was awesome. he needs a raise, great job Kyle your awesome!

Full detail inside and out of my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The seats were very dirty I didn't think they could come clean but Continos not only got them clean but the whole inside looks brand new. The exterior look amazing brought back the shine and being a Jeep even the plastic around the fenders were brought back to life. I recently bought the vehicle and all the scuffs I thought were permanent Alessandro and his wife were able to polish and now my girl looks great

Equipment constantly under repair at this particular location only. The one in East Silver Springs as far as superior.😞 Staff never has enough rags and window cleaning bottles out. The brushes they clean your car in the tunnel don’t come down or touch your car due to being disabled or broken. 🙄 I don’t know why this location is always under repair and has inadequate staffing.

UPDATE: I've been using them for a little over a year now and they are still awesome. If you have access to Caliber car wash; don't go anywhere else. It begins at the gate where you are greeted with a genuinely friendly smile and attendants who are willing and wanting to help you in any way that they can. Your experience only gets better from there in the tunnel where your car gets very clean and also let me mention the best wheel washing system I have ever experienced. The employees here seem very happy and want you to leave that way as well. I'm glad I have an account with them and will be a loyal customer encouraging others to do the same
