I got the Diamond Detail for SUV and wow just wow. I just started a new job and I am no longer working out of my car. My car was DISGUSTING. I actually had no hope on getting it back to normal. I had marks and scratches all over the exterior and my interior was covered in crumbs, stains, and hair. I really wish I would have done before and after pictures because the job they did was amazing!! I feel like I have a brand new car. They got rid of all stains and filth in the interior and completely got rid of all the marks on the exterior. They did a flawless job and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so so much! Words cannot describe how incredible my car came out. If you think your car looks good from the factory brand new, think again. I had two cars detailed years ago by Sunflo and I knew they needed to be the one to take care of my new whip right after I picked it up from the dealership. Jason not only took the time to message me promptly but he also messaged me the entire time he had my car (almost a whole week) he sent me photos/videos and even went out of his way to fix an issue that I didn’t like with the tint. There is nobody else I’d rather do business with and you should feel the same. Your car will come out looking better than ever I can promise you that. Mike over at convenient detail is literally a paint correction magician. He is professional, honest and top notch when it comes to detailing skill and knowledge. I brought my 2017 BMW M3 to him with quite a few issues including swirls and deep scratches in the clear coat. Mike was able to bring back my paint in a way I never thought would be possible. The wash itself is very good, but the service is terrible. I’ve just had to leave because all the gates were occupied by cars without passes, and I did not want to wait an indefinite period of time until the single salesperson explained everything, prepared papers, etc. It’s December 13, 12:25 PM. 11:39 am, Dec 19 - the same situation. Moreover, my subscription was not read, so I had to skip even more cars, apart from the ‘guessing game’ of who will figure out how to pay for the wash first. I’m attaching a photo this time. 5:30 pm Dec 25 - same thing, see the new photo. Again - just one staff person and all 3 gates are blocked with non-members. Staff member (pictured) told me ‘if you are in a hurry you can go home’ 11:40 am Jan 4th 2025 - same thing, the car blocked ‘member only’ lane and the driver just left !

I decided I wanted to get a car wash on New Year's eve. I wanted to come into the new year with a clean truck. I've never used El car wash before, so I gave it a try and got the $20 wash. On New Year's day, I noticed that there were brush marks along the driver side door, the tailgate and the tailgate handle. These were obviously done by the brushes inside the car wash. I just stopped by today (Friday) to request a redo car wash since the one I got on Tuesday was actually not very good. The attendant told me under no uncertain terms, we don't give free car washes. I would think that a redo car wash would be provided no questions asked when you can see the marks on the vehicle. I will not be using it in El car Wash ever again. Be certain to check your vehicle after the car wash to make sure they did an adequate job. The attached photos may not show up very well, but I did not get $20 worth of car wash.

Paid $15, half the machine did not work. They had to reset the machine and sent me through a 2nd time. They tried to brush clean the car, but they did not even touch the passenger side, which is the side that was not working in the machine. Went through the 2nd time and the machine was not even working. No water rinse, no dry. WASTED OF MONEY, NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

I don't recommend this car wash, I chose the $20 was, the 2nd best one, and I left with bird poo still on my car. This amazed me since two people pressure washed my car prior to me going into the automated wash. The vacuum also did not have great suction

This review is well overdue. First off, let me say Luis Chavez is a consummate professional in his craft. He recently took in my car for repairs after an accident back in May 2022 during his busiest time and instantly made time to assess and estimate my car ( while others told me 2-3 weeks). He showed me every step of the way and even educated me on the process with insurance and parts. And did it with ease and a smile. Customer service was immaculate. Kept me up to date with notes, messages, pictures, and time frames. Once my car was done and finished, I was impressed because it nearly looked better than when I got it. He got my car looking show room ready. I highly recommend Star 9 Ceramic with all your automotive care.

I recommend no one goes to this car wash, as I am currently taking legal action against them because I came in for a regular full hand wash, and the owner himself got very aggressive. He tried to attack me with my 11 month old daughter in the car so I got in my car and he broke my entire front windshield by punching it. This is a terrible place and if you go here becareful because the owner has a huge temper and will attack you. Service was also terrible.

Great experience! They were very thorough with the cleaning. A little pricey for a wash, $40 for a sedan inside and outside. When I saw the results, it was well worth the cost. My car looked showroom new when they were done with it. All employees were polite and helpful. This will be my new spot.

I go to this car wash all the time - in fact I have a monthly subscription for unlimited outside washes. My car is exposed to a lot of iguana poop (I know, gross!) as I have a bunch of mature trees right by my driveway. So the unlimited washes come in handy. Normally, they do a good job. Unfortunately, on the day they asked me to write this review, I saw that the poop didn’t come off - either in the wash or when they were hand drying the car - not sure how it could’ve been missed… Anyway, as I stay in my car and the offensive material is on the passenger side by the hatch, I didn’t see it until after I left. Bottom line, they normally do a nice job but today was clearly an off day.
