I paid $135.00 (including tip) for a wash and a so-called deep clean, but all I got was a half-hearted vacuum and a quick wipe down. I only noticed how poorly they had done the job when I was in a well-lit area, far from the location. When I called, the owner had the nerve to say that the deep clean wasn’t an interior wash, just a “wipe down.” They didn’t even offer a fragrance at the end; I had to specifically ask for it. I’ve attached pictures to demonstrate the inadequate work they did inside. I won’t be returning; the previous car wash at this location charged less and provided a far superior service.

I have been searching for a long time for someone to wash my car. I finally found them. They did an excellent job. For not having my car washed for over a year, it looks like brand new! Kenny was very kind, had great communication and his team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. Oh, and they were very reasonable. I will be calling them again!

The wash itself wasn’t that bad but the rims were halfway cleaned. What’s upsetting is that they stole some items from me and when I went back the next day they said it was thrown away and then offered to sell them back to me. Luckily for them I am not the guy I used to be and was in a good mood that day so I gave them the little money I had for my stuff back but I will not be going back to this shady establishment neither will I recommend anyone. I previously recommended many friends and associates but I have told them about my previous experience and they will not be going back either

I tried multiple spots all over between Aventura and all the way to brickell and nobody treated my car as well as these guys. Full hand wash and dry, spotless. Interior detail was top tier as well.

Andrew was an awesome manager he came and checked on me and asked me how was my experience today, this is the first time anyone of the employees has ever taken the time to say hi or ask how everything was going, normally they are all at their stations. I am grateful for the amazing customer experience at this location and I will most definitely be happy coming here for my Washes versus other locations simply for the fact that the staff is friendly. I’ll make this short but sweet!! Pros: -Prices was amazing for my 16 passenger van -Professional & Friendly -Not your normal car wash… this was true detailing -He uses compressed air to blow dirt and dust out of the crevices of your vehicle. -Did mention the price was Amazing! -There’s a waiting area that’s completely covered and fans to keep you kool from the heat. -Again, the price was amazing -High pressure water hose -Lastly, this man got on his hands and knees lord Jesus and scrubbed the urine smell out of my van!! Cons: Miami is just to damn hot!

The car wash is fine but it infuriating that there isn’t a MEMBERS ONLY lane. Both lanes are credit/debit and members only. There’s no organization and members often wait longer than most if they pick the wrong lane. Separate the two and allow members to quickly and easily getting into the queue for washing.

They did amazing! Great communication and my car looked spotless after. I reached out for an appointment and within five minutes I received a call with confirmation of my booking. I got the $160 detailing and it took around 2 hours. They took off some stickers that were stuck to my window and scuffs on the inside of my car. The guys at Soap Opera are excellent. Leo was super responsive around getting a quote for the work, and the guys that came (Jay and a partner) were AMAZING. They mentioned a few things I should do in order to get my car in shape (I’m selling it) and were kind, fast, efficient, and meticulous. My car was sitting in a garage for a year due to Covid and needed serious cleaning. It came back looking and smelling new like when I first bought it off the lot.
