I have been searching for a long time for someone to wash my car. I finally found them. They did an excellent job. For not having my car washed for over a year, it looks like brand new! Andrew was an awesome manager he came and checked on me and asked me how was my experience today, this is the first time anyone of the employees has ever taken the time to say hi or ask how everything was going, normally they are all at their stations. I had just came in from Orlando to come see my mom and I saw the van in town I gave him a call and he was very professional and booked me the next day. I paid $135.00 (including tip) for a wash and a so-called deep clean, but all I got was a half-hearted vacuum and a quick wipe down. I only noticed how poorly they had done the job when I was in a well-lit area, far from the location. When I called, the owner had the nerve to say that the deep clean wasn’t an interior wash, just a “wipe down.” They didn’t even offer a fragrance at the end; I had to specifically ask for it. I’ve attached pictures to demonstrate the inadequate work they did inside. I won’t be returning; the previous car wash at this location charged less and provided a far superior service.

The wash itself wasn’t that bad but the rims were halfway cleaned. What’s upsetting is that they stole some items from me and when I went back the next day they said it was thrown away and then offered to sell them back to me. Luckily for them I am not the guy I used to be and was in a good mood that day so I gave them the little money I had for my stuff back but I will not be going back to this shady establishment neither will I recommend anyone. I previously recommended many friends and associates but I have told them about my previous experience and they will not be going back either

I recently visited this car wash, and it was a very disappointing experience. The Google Maps listing advertises a $6 wash, but when I arrived, the cheapest option was actually $10. When I politely asked the attendant about this, she was extremely rude and dismissive. I even suggested that the owner should update the picture to reflect accurate pricing. Rather than acknowledge my feedback, she just stared at me and ignored my comment completely. To make matters worse, I later saw a sign displaying $10 as the lowest price, but when I asked her to confirm, she insisted the cheapest wash was actually $20. I genuinely don’t like leaving negative reviews, but there’s no excuse for such poor customer service. Ignoring customers and being rude over a simple question is unacceptable. I hope the owner sees this and considers updating the signage and the approach to customer service.

The car wash is fine but it infuriating that there isn’t a MEMBERS ONLY lane. Both lanes are credit/debit and members only. There’s no organization and members often wait longer than most if they pick the wrong lane. Separate the two and allow members to quickly and easily getting into the queue for washing.
