As a loyal Royal customer and longtime fan of LUV, I was deeply disappointed today. I noticed that the familiar team members I used to see are no longer there; they’ve been replaced. I was also concerned to see towels being reused, as shown in the attached pictures. I don’t want any unknown chemicals coming into contact with my vehicle’s finish. It felt like the time spent in the wash tunnel was significantly reduced, and my car didn’t even come out fully clean. Additionally, the loader attendant this morning (9 am, Oct 26) was extremely rude. I observed him swapping a used towel with another already-used one. I’m not sure if this is standard procedure, but it’s concerning. These guys are simply incredible! I came in possession of my late brother's car, unfortunately the family let it sit up and there was a mold explosion. The team here at Eco not only brought it back to life but went above and beyond to restore this very emotional project. Thanks to them my nephew can feel even closer to his father. 🙏🏽 P.S. I got the Diamond Detail for SUV and wow just wow. I just started a new job and I am no longer working out of my car. My car was DISGUSTING. I actually had no hope on getting it back to normal. I had marks and scratches all over the exterior and my interior was covered in crumbs, stains, and hair. I really wish I would have done before and after pictures because the job they did was amazing!! I feel like I have a brand new car. They got rid of all stains and filth in the interior and completely got rid of all the marks on the exterior. They did a flawless job and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so so much! I hired Johnathon to do a paint correction for swirl marks in my black 2018 Audi Q7. I had used a bad car detailer about a year ago and have paid for it ever since. I could not be happier with the results! It came out as good as I hoped for. Johnathon also communicated great and is on time. His prices are very reasonable for his various services. Highly recommend.

Martin did an excellent job on my vehicle. I have had my car for 10+ years so she has gotten pretty dirty over the years. Martin gave my car a great deep cleaning. He cleaned everything and got down to the nitty gritty! The windows, dashboard, side panels, gear, etc. Plus he shampooed my seats and had them looking virtually brand spanking new. I’ve had other people wash my car and left dissatisfied. Martin was worth every single penny! Would highly recommend you call him for all of your detailing needs. A+ service!

Overall good work. I will stay away from the wax , it’s a ripoff. if you want a really good job you have to be vocal some try to rush. Make sure to be clear that you want the wash $25, he will charge you 40 if you don’t.

Love the car wash and had no problems using their unlimited membership first time I used it. But this last time was unable to use it because the QR codes are unreadable. The bay I was in had dirty tape all over the code that I tried peeling off myself but it still wouldn't read. Waited for another bay to free up only for the same thing to happen. Please fix the QR codes or find another efficient way to use the membership. If I don't run into this agin I'll switch my review to 5 stars

Detailer was super friendly and professional. The scheduling process was very seamless. He explained his pricing very clearly over the phone, and reassured me how much my cleaning would cost after assessing my car. After several years of the usual wear-and-tear, I haven’t seen my car this clean since I first bought it in 2016. I booked the interior detail + vacuuming service, due to stubborn stains in the cloth of my driver’s seat and passenger’s seat. He was able to easily clean them out and also steam-clean my steering wheel and center console. I would highly recommend Pop’s Detail Shop and will be booking them for future cleanings.

Mike over at convenient detail is literally a paint correction magician. He is professional, honest and top notch when it comes to detailing skill and knowledge. I brought my 2017 BMW M3 to him with quite a few issues including swirls and deep scratches in the clear coat. Mike was able to bring back my paint in a way I never thought would be possible. The service itself was stellar - so thorough and the best detail experience I’ve had here in South Florida. Even though we frequent the beach and have a dog that sheds like crazy, the interior of my vehicle was like it just rolled off the lot when Jordan was done with it.
