Ona road trip to Orlando from Chicago. Stopped by here to get the bug guts off. I didn’t want to goto an automated wash because I just did a 2 step paint correction. These guys did great. The staff were great. They were super friendly and professional. The gentleman I spoke with took time to explain to me in detail everything that comes with each tier. The wash and detail honestly were honestly pretty bad, especially for the top-tier package I paid for. I didn’t say anything at the time because I figured they were busy (even though it was pretty quiet when I dropped the car off—it only got busy when I came back an hour later). I also didn’t Immediately notice everything except the undercarriage hanging off a bit when I got the car so I figured it wasn’t too serious. But once I parked and looked things over more closely, I realized how many things had been missed. For the price and how many staff they had, I expected way better quality control. Again, can’t stress how professional and friendly the Staff were.

One car was ahead of me. Took about 20 minutes to finish that one up. Started on my car before first car was done to reduce wait time True hand wash, no tunnel! Two men washed my vehicle doing the VIP package in under 35 minutes. It’s a small car so larger could take more time to go. Friendly guys. Clean area Right off 192W on Vine. Had a great experience today at Big Dan’s Car Wash in St. Cloud. Geraldo kindly greeted me at the payment station and patiently explained everything. After going through the wash, I was pleasantly surprised to find clean towels, compressed air, glass and interior cleaner, at the vacuum station. While I was there, another young man came around offering complimentary bottled water. I signed up for the three month promotion and am very much looking forward to my next visit. First time here after visiting friends, looking for a quick wash before the long drive home. Staff saw their wheel track was too high for our Corvette! Definitely my last time going to this car wash not only that I went to zip and they have air hoses where you can blow out your car for way less than this property and my car got scratched. Last time going to that one. Zips car wash is the best for $12 you get to pre-prep your car then it goes through a washer you come out on the other side you have carpet cleaners vacuum pressure sensor hoses to blow out the car free Windex bottles they know how to do it right for the Price

Had 2 vehicles done here with ceramic tint so far. They get you in pretty quickly and make repairs when there is an issue fast. My Honda had a few spots on the windshield and they got it handled pretty quick. Just got my Tesla model 3 done here with 15% for the doors and rear and their lightest on the windshield a week ago, pretty happy with the results. I’ll continue to recommend this place to anyone looking to get their tint done locally, they have a nice staff and go the extra mile.

Went here just because i had a free coupon for the works wash, supposedly the best wash. Vacuums are nice with good suction, but thats about all that was good. There's still spots of dirt on my hood and front grill, my tires aren't shiny and the rims are not clean, there are still bugs on my front grille and there's a few spots that didn't scrub off. My all 4 windows have spots on them, both side mirrors are water spotted. The entire carwash took like 45 seconds, which would be awesome if it actually cleaned the car. The drying was TERRIBLE, the spot free rinse section of the wash was max 3 seconds long and might as well have not happen. Entire car still has dirt, bugs, and water spots. All they have for interior cleaning is vacuums unless you wanna pay $5 for a super basic detailing kit. Id recommend bringing your own interior cleaning stuff, or do it before you come here. With how terrible and quick the drying section was, I would at least appreciate some towels to finish drying. Rims got water spotted on the side that had sun on it while I was vacuuming. And there's dirt all over the trim on either side of the windshield and on the windshield in the edges because the wash didn't clean, it just pushed dirt around. Overall bad experience and I probably won't even return to use the second coupon I got mailed to me.

First time coming to this place and so far everything is good. The cashier was very helpful and explained everything in detail. One of the female attendants was very nice and kept checking up on me asking if everything was okay and if I needed any help. My baby looks sexy and is happy that it got a deep clean.

Visiting Orlando like millions more, and drove this instead of flying. It’s remarkable but unique to see so many hand wash, detail shops or self serve locations is a 10-1 ratio of the auto wash, free vac and self wipe. The price difference of auto vs service is tremendous but also a self serve wash seems to be out of date because who wants the wand and brush and no vac or spray offered? The amount of work on self serve may be what some want but forget the vac or other free service an auto wash offers. In sweet home Alabama I use the auto wash that offers bays to rewash plus vac plus spray rags all for $7. I mean no dish on Orlando because I’m not negative on the guys doing the work but that cost is like $100 compared to $7, and I know my hour spent detailing is gonna be better than the 4 hours I wait on them. If they say it’s less than 4 hrs I’m almost always assured it’s a 5 min job and 5 min quality. I suppose it’s the cash cows and costs to build driving this over the need. Tidal wave or Goo Goos and ModWash can’t be beat overall. Note if not for the pics I wasn’t sure if this was a similar to those bigger chains in the description. ModWash may be a corporate or franchise but they usually have local ownership, and I will use local owned all day everyday.

I purchased a new SUV and thought it was a good idea to join Mister to keep it clean. Well, nice idea, BAD choice. After a few washes, I noticed scratches across the right and left side rear of my vehicle. I brought it to the attention of the attendant / manager and they took photos and never resolved the issue since August. I noticed the same 2-3 lines of scratches across the driver’s side door handle and on the same level down at the rear quarter panel of the vehicle. Just think, who has engraved scratches on their door handle? The side brush that goes from the front of the vehicle to the rear has to be the culprit. Also, I brought to the manager’s attention that my vehicle was dirty with the marks from the top brush. PLEASE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE EVERY TIME YOU GO THROUGH THIS CAR WASH. Lastly, I brought to the manager’s attention that my wife’s vehicle has similar scratches as well. The photos tell the story… BEWARE! I am sure others have the the same issue. PLEASE SPEAK UP AND VOICE YOUR CONCERNS. I am still waiting for the phone call. Let’s do the right thing here.
