Well, here we go again with my 2nd detail at Firehouse Auto Spa and boy they had their work cut out for them on this one. My truck had been to Missouri and back on a hunting trip, and she was pretty dirty. The guys at Firehouse didn't let me down. Unbelievable job again. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else. I definitely recommend on the spot for a detail oriented interior clean. The customer service is top-tier! I had a couple of issues with my detail at first. However, the owner rectified them personally and promptly the next day. For reference, I own four pets and my car is a 2015 that had never been deep cleaned before. They did a great job!

Was on time, worked long and hard in the hot sun; completing in a few hours and done well. Pricing compared to all others I called. Biggest pro for myself was calling the night before and asking for first appointment in the morning. He made it happen and did not short the time spent working. Great job and is the best looking real work truck. Yeee-haw! Oh, and my headlights never worked (painted yellow i swear). Never could figure it out, after he worked on them, you could actually see through them. The truck has headlights again! Lol again, Yeee-haw!

What they don’t show is how great is was to work with Don and how helpful he was through the process of getting my car coated. I reached out a few days ago to inquire about detailing options and Aaron quickly responded and answered all my questions. He texted me his arrival time and was prompt and quickly inspected my car to give me realistic expectations. I live in an apartment complex and he showed up with everything he needed in his truck (I thought he might need a water hookup but he had his own water).He did an amazing job and my car looks like the day I bought it. Service guy was an hour late because the job before mine took longer than expected. He then only spent 90 minutes on our vehicle and left while I was running to pick up a kid from camp. I paid for the package that included detailing of all interior surfaces and paid extra for seat and carpet shampooing and the appointment was booked for 3 hours. You can see from the photos I took when I arrived home that a thorough detail of the interior was not completed. And the inside of the windshield was also not clean (but the photo didn’t pick that up so I didn’t post it here). I didn’t expect perfection but this was a very very disappointing waste of money.

Friendly guy! but I wouldn’t use them again. Showed up half an hour late. I ended up paying a decent amount for “The Works”; which to me should include everything a proper detailing should include - clay-bar, wax or buff, stain removal, and detailed nooks and crannies. Walked away with a very expensive car wash, and none of the other things accomplished. Car looks clean! But nothing I couldn’t have done on my driveway. Not what I hire a professional to do.

Update below!! The guy who came out in the mini van ended up leaving half way through for a hour and didn't tell me why or what was happening. It took me talking to the boss to find out why. My engine bay was not cleaned at all and they didn't shampoo for the cost of 300$. Sad to say I don't recommend them as there over priced and have lack of communication. They took all day to work on this car. They didn't really even schedule me at all they told me to wait till the morning and I only had a hours notice till they showed up. Very unprofessional. Update time. The owner got very aggressive with me when confronted about this and refused a full refund for this. I said I would think about removing this but after the threats to come to my home and the harassment to remove the post after only giving me a partial refund I think I'm going to let this stay up as everyone needs to know who these people are and how not to do business.

This is my second time using this company. Need I say more? Excellent both times (Chevy Malibu and Dodge Challenger). Reliable once you connect with someone. I take away one star because it takes some time to get a response. Otherwise, service is excellent.

I cannot in good conscience recommend them anymore. While they did a great job on my Type R, the experience for my daily driver, Honda Insight was deplorable. Please look at these pictures, to my face, I was lied to and told they went through thoroughly with the machine and did deep wax. That’s simply just not the case and they’ve lost any and all goodwill/trust that was initially developed. I got down to my knees and cleaned it in front of them myself, showed them just how easy the grime came off, had it not been missed. This was a rush job. No way around it. All I heard were excuses and zero accountability. Maybe they were tired, it was a Friday afternoon and folks are ready for the weekend. I get it, it’s why I asked if I should make an appointment and come in the morning, that I didn’t want them to do a rush job.

THIS PLACE MIGHT SEAM LIKE A GREAD DEAL BUT IT'S GOING TO END UP COSTING YOU IN THE LONG RUN. SO STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! What I did: I took a car I bought for my daughter to have a ($250 Detailing) and have 2 tinted windows added $80. What happened: I was called and told my car was ready. I went after work to pick it up. 1. The Car was disgusting and not even finished washing. AND BY NO MEANS WAS THIS A $250 DETAILING. 2. My car door was damaged. NOTE: THIS particular door has a dent but what they broke was the Door Lock Latching system. And the door was crooked... as they tried rig it and broke it off the hinges as well. 3. When I complained about the wash... the "owner wife" said "you paid $250 that's what you get!" 🤯 4. About the door she said it was broke and blamed the dent on the door. (But the car was left there with all 4 doors closing) They told me to leave the car there and they would fix it in the morning. 5. Next day I recieved a text saying you're car is ready. The Car is still DIRTY and the Door is still BROKEN. When I asked 1 person said they were told I didn't want them to fix it and the manager said they weren't going to fix it. I paid them and left just for my sanity. LIKE I SAID... STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY! THIS IS A RAT HOLE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. NO GOOD BAD SERVICE BROKEN DISRESPECTFUL LIARS UNPROFESSIONAL My Door Latch is $211.

This has got to be one of the best and most professional establishments I have ever dealt with. I initially search the internet for ceramic coating services in my area and decided on a few that I wanted to consider. Firehouse Auto Spa was the first so I gave them a call and spoke with Ms. Beth. Not only was she very knowledgeable of the services they provided, but explained the entire process step by step. I'm very picky and paranoid about who and where I leave my vehicle so I wanted to get an up close look at the facility and I was not disappointed. The facility was very clean, well maintained and professional looking. Ms. Tammy, another staff member, was also very knowledgeable and made sure everything went according to plan. As far as the ceramic coating package that was applied to may vehicle, it was spectacular. I was so impressed with the deep glossy shine and overall appearance, I went back a few days later to have my windshield tinted. It was just as amazing and so was the technician, who installed it. It looked as though it was installed by the factory. I highly recommend this business for all your car care needs. Great, accommodating and friendly staff.

From the paint touch up on the doors to the small rock chips in the paint, there is not a blemish on this car! I picked the cheapest package online (Elementary Package- starting at $150). When the owner (Desmond Gibbs) called, I stated that I wanted the interior cleaned only. He said the price would be fair and lower than usual, due to it being an interior clean only. I asked how much it would be, and his answer was "we will bill you after the job is done" (red flag right there). Just to be clear, other than dog hair (I have two labs), my vehicle was not super unclean. Imagine my surprise when I was billed $316.05. After the job was done, and when asked why the price wasn't lower, his reply was "There was a lot of dog hair, and oh by the way- your vehicle still has a slight dog smell." After Desmond left, and I got off work, I saw that he had not cleaned any interior windows- along with my dashboard plexiglass being foggy and streaky (clearly using wrong cleaning products). My car did not smell fresh at all- just a rather neutral smell that really had no scent. I reached out to him, he admitted to forgetting to clean the windows, and that he would come back to finish the job- which he did not do. I then later messaged him after this for a refund- of which I never heard back (although I still receive automated messages asking for good reviews and that everyone is a valued customer). I had previously gotten professional service from elsewhere, received superior results, and paid $100 less. I really don't like writing negative reviews- I always want people and businesses to be successful- if the job is done in an honest way. I hope the owner doesn't dispute any of this, because I will be glad to post pictures of our messages.
