I just picked up my from Derby Car Wash. this is the second time I’ve taken my car there for a simple wash vacuum and have my interior wiped down. When they gave me my car the interior was vacuum but the same marks and finger prints were on my dash board my around my gear stick. When I called the owner forwarded me to voicemail. I get the impression if you don’t have an experience car you won’t get good service. The workers were barefoot seating in a chair with their feet up.

The price list says &40 for Truck and Truck II $50 Ford Ranger which is the small frame should be the smaller size therefore $40. The manager tried to convince me that it should be the price of a larger truck. BE CAREFUL - Their Practice seems a little off… Service was questionable 🤨 Would not recommend to anyone!

I truly needed our car washed, it was so dirty! I searched Google for nearest car wash and came across Alpha Wash so close by. But..never seen it before from the main Hallandale Blvd because it’s hidden around the back parking lot behind Padrinos Cuban restaurant. I feel like they need a super large sign out front where all the traffic is. So Robert took my car right away and I walked around to let him work then came back later. Wow!! Our car looked so brand new it’s so amazing!! Robert truly did an amazing job and I am so pleased with all of it, top to bottom, inside out! The tires the rims the undercarriage even the floor mats he did it all and with great care and patience. Robert is a person of detail and his work proves it. I hope y’all stop by and have your car cleaned by this professional, you honestly won’t regret it. Well done, bien hecho Roberto!

I don't think these good reviews are real but I paid $225 for a basic car wash. Avoid this place. Find a good reputable company that does good detailing. The guy had my car for 5hrs and the dashboard behind steering wheel was full of dust when I got car back. Windows were so blotchy I had to get windex and a paper towel to clean it myself. I don't think he uses any products to clean or make anything look shiny and nice. I have some dirt built up on doors that are easily removed when cleaned correctly with the right product but dirt is still there. At the end he told me he doesn't use water to clean. If I would have known that from the start I would have never agreed. I also have a bug issue that he treated and the smell is so overwhelming that I can't use my car. It's sitting in driveway with all windows open for two days already and the smell is not going anywhere. I texted and called him to let him know but he is avoiding my text. I will have to take my car to another place so they can wash everything again. Save your money! This place is a scam! P.S. I don't think he uses any products at all! not even tire shine! Nothing! This is not real Detailing and honestly I don’t even think carpet was shampooed. Still dog hair everywhere. Don’t claim to be a detail shop when you can’t pay attention to detail! You should be ashamed for scamming people out of their money.

If i could give Flex detailing more than 5 stars i would!! Brought my car in for a 3 step paint correction & Ceramic coating and the results are BREATH TAKING!! Mark and Nikolai are truly MASTERS of their craft and made the entire process smooth and seamless. Very fair prices for PHENOMENAL work. I came here on the recommendation of a family member who had a basic car wash. I was interested a more serious detail job for my car. I asked if a stain could be removed from my seat and was told yes it could and asked if everything inside and outside the car could be cleaned. I was told yes and quoted $100 which I thought was high but figured it was worth it for the stain to be removed. Boy was I disappointed to find an hour later the stain was still there and that multiple areas hadn’t been cleaned. The staff at that point had moved on and I was told that the cleaning I wanted was actually $275. Again had I been told that from the beginning I would have gone somewhere else. This is very much a bait and switch operation. Staff was rude and tried to guilt trip me about the time spent on my car. Meanwhile I still have dirty areas on the seats, carpets and roof. I think this place is good for a basic wash but don’t get fooled into a full detail.

This is by far the worst car wash I been to in Hallandale, first and last time I go there. Armor all they use is cheap & drys up in seconds, vacuum job was mediocre at best, and it looks like the guy wiped my bumper down with a towel full of debris as it was freshly scuffed. There owner is cool, there’s a guy with long hair there that is very unpleasant and has no customer service skills. 🗑️ 🚮 save your time and go to Derby Hand Car Wash, they charge about the same, the wait is a little longer, but worth the extra couple of dollars and time.

This company can only wash and vacuum cars, nothing more because they do not know how and do not have the appropriate resources. I sent my car for paint repair on hood and trunk because it has stains from a mechanical car wash and the sun and they didn't do anything, even the headlights weren't even wiped properly, as you can see in the photo the car, they charged me $150 for two hours of waiting in a restaurant, not to mention the bill. ;-)I don't really recommend this place .Overpaid service, standard washing and an attempt to do anything for this money??? Wow!!!! ‐-------------------- If you can't do something, don't start because the condition of the paint can worsen, as in my case, and the headlights were completely blurred, I don't know what, and I wiped them with a dry cloth in my garage and they look much better.And this is my two hours of work that I spent to make the car look like it can be seen in the second photo .

Amazing experience! Owner Fred and top guy Ken made my Jag look new, were so attentive they made me feel like family, and now I am bringing ALL of our cars to them, and half the neighborhood! I started using Dereck a few years back on one of my cars once a month. After a couple of times I was extremely impressed. I asked him to come every two weeks and do all 4 of my cars. He has ceramic coated everyone and does a maintence wash every two weeks. Great customer service and his attention to detail is even better! Highly recommend whole new level and Dereck!
