INCREDIBLE!! Mr. Bender did an absolutely beautiful job detailing both my SUV and my wife’s car. We had dog hair, sticky messes from the kids, and bug stains all over the front bumper, not to mention the fact that neither vehicle had been washed/detailed in a very long time! The inside of the vehicles look BRAND NEW! I am extremely impressed by the attention to detail. Mr. Bender was also great to work with and very professional - we called and had an appointment for the next day. Highly highly recommend! We will certainly be using Bender 7 in the future!

Phil was amazing and did an incredible job! He was great at communicating from start to finish and was reasonably priced. He accommodated a last-minute request and did a full detail on my Hyundai Accent. He was very professional and did everything in less than three hours which was extremely fast considering the car needed a lot of work and had a lot of stains in the fabric. Super good pricing！Car has never looked this new since I got it from Tesla. The amount of detail is incredible , he spent 5 hours on this detail and it costed me $150. This included interior detail, exterior detail, wax, carpet lines and wax on windows! Highly highly recommend, will come again.

I’m very disappointed with this place. My family and I have used them for years until today. I went out of my way to get my car cleaned at Parks Place today. I went to the self wash and started washing my car. The first car bay I went to the tire cleaner was barely coming out when I started. I stopped the wash and went to the next bay. The tire cleaner was a little better and the foaming brush was coming out slowly. So I attempted to scrub my car. After scrubbing my car the water pressure was so low that it took me around 22 mins to get most of the soap off. I had to put my card in again so it was charged over and over. I finally got frustrated enough to go around and speak to the guy working. He said pull around and we can get you a car wash in the big one. There’s an issue with the self wash. I pulled around was able to go through. It still looks like I never even washed my car so I wasted my time and could’ve done a better job at home. I hope someone can reach out to me about a refund because my card was charged 3 different times at the self wash.

I had burned in sunscreen handprints all over my car. This was no dirt but an actual defect in the upper layer of the paint. Did try everything to remove it with no success. Took it to a car paint specialist and she gave me some tips that included rubbing compound, hand waxing, and lots of time. That's how I ended up with Derek. After he was done with it, the car looked like it just got a compete new paint job. No traces of any paint defects. Simply amazing. Thank you so much!

We purchased the monthly membership when they first opened and feel it’s been worth it. Key positives are: conveniently located near Butler Town Center, typically no line when we go, friendly staff, stocked vacuum stations (cleaners sprays/wipes). A few times I’ve pulled into a vacuum stall and the vacuum is not working but there are so many stations it’s not really an issue. Overall recommend. 👍🏻

Had to get the bimmer cleaned before a cars and coffee and never been to this place in Gainesville but I have been to other locations definitely satisfied if I could change some things u wish they had like a bug prep station so I can hit my bumper with an abrasive sponge to get them off cause most of the time the car wash does not get them off full and wish they had pressure washers for like a pre wash before the car gets washed but toehr then that today was a successful wash definitely will go back for last minute washes

I went to get tires put on some rims low profile and he said he could do it well he lied and I see he was having a hard time with putting on the first one so I called him early in the morning to tell him I was picking them up and he was pissed and had the tires on the rims but my rims is so damn scuffed up I'm so upset he knew he couldn't do them why did he attempt it he is not someone I would recommend to anyone and not to mention he is very rude and will curse you out about your stuff You destroyed my rims

Had a horrible experience with this business owner"James"- During the week I made an appointment for my vehicle for the upcoming Sat 12/7 . Owner promised me that I would be the only vehicle he would do that day as I requested a full detail. He explained to me that he needed all 6 hours of his 6 hour Saturday schedule and requested that I get my vehicle there a few minutes early so he could start promptly at 9am. It took me 1/2 hour to drive there from my residence and I showed up at 8:45 am (15min early) . When I got there , he had started another vehicle for a full detail and lied to me telling me it's first come first serve.I reminded him of our conversation and specific appointment I made with him and he basically blew it off. After the owner " James" used some filthy language dropping the "F" word a couple times in front of another customer and my wife , who had to drive seperately to give me a ride back home , we gladly got out of there. We would never recommend this guy , with his dishonest tactics and filthy language . I contacted another detail center in town and received an excellent detail the next day who I will use moving forward.

Michael is the gentleman that came to my house and turned "mama's car dirty" to "it's so shiny it's blinding me". Michael is a man who is proud of what he does and also understanding and will work with what you got. He is humble in admitting some paint got chipped from pressure washing but that he'll fix it on his next visit. Best of all, he made my son's day for finding the #3 from our number puzzle, which has been lost for at least a whole year. Thank you, we like him so much he's coming back to do our other vehicle.

I contacted him last minute and he was super accommodating on behalf of my procrastination. It was super easy to get an appointment on the exact day and time that I needed. He came and got my car right on time and brought it back exactly when he said he would. It was super clean and still very clean. I have black and brown leather which shows every single mark but my car now looks brand new. There was even sand in my black interior but it’s completely gone (which is hard to get out). I’m extremely impressed with his work and will continue booking my appointments with him!

Excellent The containers out front with the brushes and rags were kept full and clean. When I went to pay I was explained the different choices and although I was going for the simple car wash, I chose one that covered everything I wanted ..and more! I can actually go as many times as I want with the.sticker it was placed on my front view window! $22 for me is a deal if I can go drive thru.it.for free for 30 days. I could not give them 5 stars because their vacuums were not working to their full capacity. Some were not working at all! Cant wait to go again hoping it has been corrected amdnthat I can change my rating to 5 stars

Service is not nearly as good as it was a mere 6-8 months ago. The wash just doesn't clean my car as good as it did in the past for some reason, and the vacuums offered at the end all suck(or should I say, they barely suck at all. I can barely pick up even sand with the amount of force they have. I've never been offered such cheap vacuum power at a car cleaning service ever in my life.). I don't recommend coming here anymore. Guess I gotta make time to just clean my car myself at home from now on. This place was amazing when it was still called the Tropical car wash.

Manny and his guys did a great job with my new car. They applied a ceramic coating after buffing out some minor scratches. They also pointed out a manufacturing defect on the frunk and recommended I document it with the dealership. They were easy to work with and communicate with. They even ceramic coated the bike rack. Overall these guys are very detail oriented and you can tell they really want to do right by you. There were only minor things when I went to pick up the car, like a little residue from the buffing on two car handles, and the license plate wasn’t screwed in, but it took less than 5 minutes to take care of those things. It was actually great that they took off the license plate for the job. Overall would highly recommend.

I brought my Miata here for a paint correction - since the paint was a little old, it didn’t come out perfect the first time, and Manny had me bring it back the next week to have the process done again and fix some of the noticeable areas. They also did a protective coating to prevent damage in the future, polished the headlights, and filled in some paint chips. It looks amazing and the team is wonderful, they truly go above and beyond!!! Highly recommend!

Place is good for a large spot wash.$30 for the "best" wash is overpriced for sure. Not worth more than 20. Had spots all over. Even the ghetto wash on 13th don't leave spots. Pictures are from today 12/27/24. I spent the extra time to get the spots It missed. Thankfully they give you the rags to get those spots I guess.😅

Kind of expensive. Small SUV 🚙 not dirty and I was charged $45.00. Ouch😱. They did a good job. Then I noticed a scratch near the gearshift that wasn't there. I brought the car In April. First time I've had it washed and vacuum. With the tip it was $50.00. 😟🤔

I’m quite surprised by the number of 5 star reviews. I’ve been to this wash twice. After the first time when the bugs on the front were untouched and I had to go home and clean it again myself, I still thought I’d give it another chance. Again, the bugs were untouched. With two people pre-spraying the car you’d think the back of the car could be clean. The tailgate had a few streaks where the brushes touched it, but it definitely did not look like it just came out of a $20 wash. There were no clean cloths in the bay I was in or the ones nearby. When I did find some they smelled very musty, not how I’d like my car to smell. I remember they did not smell good on my first visit either. The glass was spotty and streaky after using the spray and towels. Basically I had to wash the car again after that wash. The vacuums are great, but this was a waste of time and $20.
