I got the Diamond Detail for SUV and wow just wow. I just started a new job and I am no longer working out of my car. My car was DISGUSTING. I actually had no hope on getting it back to normal. I had marks and scratches all over the exterior and my interior was covered in crumbs, stains, and hair. I really wish I would have done before and after pictures because the job they did was amazing!! I feel like I have a brand new car. They got rid of all stains and filth in the interior and completely got rid of all the marks on the exterior. They did a flawless job and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so so much! I hired Johnathon to do a paint correction for swirl marks in my black 2018 Audi Q7. I had used a bad car detailer about a year ago and have paid for it ever since. Detailer was super friendly and professional. The scheduling process was very seamless. He explained his pricing very clearly over the phone, and reassured me how much my cleaning would cost after assessing my car. After several years of the usual wear-and-tear, I haven’t seen my car this clean since I first bought it in 2016. I booked the interior detail + vacuuming service, due to stubborn stains in the cloth of my driver’s seat and passenger’s seat. TL;DR AVOID this business. Owner was almost 2hrs late to initial detail. Detail was horrible. Inside of car looks worse than before detail in some areas. Owner agreed to re-do detail but didn't show up to appointment time and hasn't refunded money. AVOID AVOID AVOID. ------------------------------- My wife reached out to this business 01Jun2022 to get my car detailed as a gift to me. I had surgery recently and haven't been able to clean the car myself. Mitch charged us $130 cash for what he called a mini detail with shampooing of seats and floors included. Initially he told us he had availability at 1pm but didn't show up to our house until closer to 245pm. He updated us periodically during that time letting us know he was caught in traffic but since he was coming from Miami back to Fort Lauderdale giving us a time of 1pm when he wasn't sure he could meet that deadline seems like poor time management. He was very apologetic when he got to the house and started the detail soon after arriving. He had another gentleman assisting. Unfortunately I wasn't able to inspect the car prior to Mitch leaving as it is difficult to move around quickly. After getting assistance from my wife to check out the car I was incredibly disappointed. There were streaks and spots everywhere. The inside didn't even look like it had been cleaned and some areas looked even worse than they had prior to the cleaning. The upholstery has some sort of weird discoloration to it with some areas showing white spots which weren't visible previously. Floor mats and pedals didn't look like they were cleaned at all. Floor was not adequately cleaned under seats. Tires didn't look like they were cleaned at all, certainly it didn't seem like tire shine was applied. My wife texted Mitch to let him know we were unhappy with the service provided to which he initially seemed very apologetic. He let us know he was feeling distracted from a family concern but offered to re-do the detail. After several back and forth messages we agreed to Sunday at 10am. We didn't hear much from him and after not getting any confirmation on the day itself we reached out to him only to get a message at 920am he van had a blowout. We told him we would accept a refund of our money and even offered to drive to him to get it but have not heard anything since the last message 05Jun2022 at 920am. I have included some pictures below. I tried to capture the streakiness of the windows but couldn't get a photo to show it well enough.

They are literally charging 40-60 to just vacuum the inside and they don't even clean it right barely a whip down, seats still have sand and dirty all over the place. PLUS 50-70 to just wash the outside to which they don't even add tire shine to the wheels at least. Ask your self is that even a car wash? A total Rip off!! AVOID at all cost! If I could rate this company 0 stars I would! They didn’t even have a generator that worked so they used our electricity and they ran out of water to which they used our water too. A total rip off trust me! But they said it was a premium car wash yeah ok.

My favorite car wash, the wash machine does a great job and the vacuum works excellent. The staff is great very friendly and don’t hesitate to help when you ask. I use to go to spin car wash I left them for LUV. I’ve been happy ever since, also forgot to mention no long waits.. usually your in and out, 5 stars. One of the employees that does a great job is Yves, I wish I knew the other guys name as well because they all do a great job.

Great customer service. Machine’s suction has not been the best. I prefer the choice of 2 types of hoses not just the angular ones and some of the vacuums are falling apart. Super minor that a little attention will take care of.

I go to this car wash all the time - in fact I have a monthly subscription for unlimited outside washes. My car is exposed to a lot of iguana poop (I know, gross!) as I have a bunch of mature trees right by my driveway. So the unlimited washes come in handy. Normally, they do a good job. Unfortunately, on the day they asked me to write this review, I saw that the poop didn’t come off - either in the wash or when they were hand drying the car - not sure how it could’ve been missed… Anyway, as I stay in my car and the offensive material is on the passenger side by the hatch, I didn’t see it until after I left. Bottom line, they normally do a nice job but today was clearly an off day.

I was very happy with the job these guys did. Nate and his co-worker were both very professional and very easy to work with. I wasn’t sure it was really possible to get a good clean and shine without water, but I’m convinced! It’s as clean or cleaner than when I wash it myself or take it to a car wash. Plus this won’t scratch your paint with those micro scratches that other car washes can cause by using rags or sponges to wash. The interior was fantastic too. Cleaned my wheels great, and they came to me, so that was a big help. I don’t like waiting two hours at a busy car wash, so ai will be calling them back soon. Give it a try, they really do a great job.

I had my car detailed by this company multiple times last year. I was always satisfied with the job, though my husband still preferred taking it to detailer when he had time. This year, we’ve tried multiple times to book a cleaning and each time nobody shows. It is impossible to get even a bot to chat with you at this company. I see that the most recent review is from seven months ago. When I tried to rebook/pre book a service tonight after nobody showed all day for my gold level detailing, I got an error message that said the service is closed in my region. Anyway, don’t bother downloading the app and trying to book. They won’t show and they won’t even have the decency to contact you or respond to inquiries.

Words cannot describe how incredible my car came out. If you think your car looks good from the factory brand new, think again. I had two cars detailed years ago by Sunflo and I knew they needed to be the one to take care of my new whip right after I picked it up from the dealership. Jason not only took the time to message me promptly but he also messaged me the entire time he had my car (almost a whole week) he sent me photos/videos and even went out of his way to fix an issue that I didn’t like with the tint. Mike over at convenient detail is literally a paint correction magician. He is professional, honest and top notch when it comes to detailing skill and knowledge. I brought my 2017 BMW M3 to him with quite a few issues including swirls and deep scratches in the clear coat. Mike was able to bring back my paint in a way I never thought would be possible. Staff was friendly and ran trough the line pretty quickly. However I got one of the spray wax washes which came to $48.14 with tax see pictures. For that price I would have expected my wheels be cleaning and not have to clean them after paying for a car wash two thumbs down 👎👎

The shampoo of the seats was excellent but lots of dirty areas around the body of the truck, the wheel rims and in the hard surfaces inside. Not a very complete cleaning when we paid over $100. My suggestion train your staff and until they are very good at what they do, it is important to do a walk around and check their work

I recommend no one goes to this car wash, as I am currently taking legal action against them because I came in for a regular full hand wash, and the owner himself got very aggressive. He tried to attack me with my 11 month old daughter in the car so I got in my car and he broke my entire front windshield by punching it. This is a terrible place and if you go here becareful because the owner has a huge temper and will attack you. Service was also terrible.

Great experience! They were very thorough with the cleaning. A little pricey for a wash, $40 for a sedan inside and outside. When I saw the results, it was well worth the cost. My car looked showroom new when they were done with it. All employees were polite and helpful. This will be my new spot.

First day of my monthly subscription, my first ride thru and the machines tore off my valve stem now im stuck in the parking lot with a flat tire. Goes without saying this is my first and last visit. Paid for a month which i guess won’t be refunded, on top of tow charges and valve stem replacement. The staff has been friendly since ive been stranded here but of course there’s nothing they can do.
