He was full of knowledge and asked me to come by the shop so that he could give me a detailed quote based on my paint condition. 4/2024 I went to Christian to have him do an exterior wash and wax on my newly painted car. He has a nice setup outside his apartment in the NE corner of "The Lakes" complex. He has a tent cover under a big shade tree where he does his work and I was able to enjoy a nice breeze in the shade while watching him do his work. I could see how focused and detailed he was and how he treated the car as if it was his own. I'm VERY pleased with the results.

After doing allot of research on a top flight auto detail shop, I decided to bring my prized vehicle to Ben. My car has a factory matte finish, which can be a challenge to maintain. From my first call/contact with Ben, he has been nothing short of being extremely knowledgeable, honest, professional, and just an all around super nice guy to deal with. He pointed out a few hard water spots (due to my own fault of not addressing earlier) which he predicted may not be removed.... After trying different methods, he was very honest about the situation and I appreciated his candor and honesty. At the end, I decided to go for a full ceramic coating, and the car still looked amazing after he finished the job. His facility is super clean, organized and Ben was a pleasure to work with. Very easy experience to make an appointment and at a great price. I needed a last minute basic detail, so I texted him and luckily he was available. He cleaned my car while I was at work and did a great job. The interior is perfect and smells good, windows are clear, and exterior is shining. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Very high prices for services. They tell everything well, but the result is not particularly visible. In some places they cleaned it up, but in others they missed it. They work lazily and speak rudely. In general, I don't recommend it. Well, or depending on your luck and what kind of mood the person receiving the car will be in. It was not possible to rent a car, since the conditions were not quite favorable, despite the advertising.

Thomas the owner and detailer is the Real Deal! We took our 2012 C6 Corvette to him first to get it detailed and finished with ceramic. It came out looking like it should be in a dealership showroom! We were Very satisfied with his work that we took in our 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport and our 2015 Cadillac Escalade to get the same thing done. 3 for 3! All of our vehicles now look like showroom New and will shine with minimal washing and detailing years for years to come. He may cost more than your average waxing detailers, but you get what you pay for! He pays attention to detail, is very communicative, and timely. You will not be disappointed!!

Very trustworthy people, who showed up on time, worked extremely hard in Florida heat, and treated my truck like it was their own. I have been using ZV Wash for over a year now, and I will keep using them for as long as I live in this area. Renald did an amazing job! I haven't cleaned the exterior of my vehicle in over 4 months, except for the occasional drive thru car wash and whatever rain Florida throws our way. I take my 80# dog, who sheds ALOT, to the park every day and though I put the back seats down and have a cover for the entire area, fur was everywhere. The interior was last detailed like 6 months ago. My main concern was the interior and Renald listened to what my needs were and exceeded my expectations. I have to say that with every vehicle I owned that I had "professionally" cleaned, I would usually have to go over and wipe the windows because of hazy or swirly residue, vacuum spots that were completely missed, grab some duct tape and lift off the fur that was left behind, etc. I didn't have to do any of that when I took a closer look and believe me, I looked. Thank you Renald. I highly recommend this incredible, hard working professional.

Karen is the receptionist and she is so kind and helpful. Gustavo is one of the managers and helped me with all the questions I had. This was my first visit to this location but it will now be the only one for sure. Super recommend. Everyone was very polite. Quality of the wash however was not so great. I had to ask for my rims to be wiped down again (mind you this is a brand new car). Also very upset the wash machine chipped the paint off my brake calipers.

I did the touchless option. Do not recommend. Soap and waxes are not evenly applied. Neither is the washer sprays. The blow drying at the end left water still on the vehicle. As another reviewer mentioned, I too had the blue spots all over. Had to hand dry it and buff out the blue stains.

Been coming here for at least 6 years to wash my 3 cars late at night. Used to be 3 coins to start the machines. Always takes me about 6 coins to self wash. Now the minimum is 12 coins. What a huge jump since just last week. I'll be looking for another car wash to go to.

Outstanding! I contacted Oscar for a quote to ceramic coat my new X3 and he was able to come the following day. He was punctual, made sure that I understood the entire process and made sure all my questions were answered. His quote was very fair. I asked if he knew someone to tint two windows and was able to recommend someone. The following day, I dropped my car off and Oscar handled the tint job and then did the ceramic coating. I have two cars, one white and one black that have received the Gtechniq ceramic coatings, applied by Kleizer @ KOS Automotive. The white one, an E92 M3 had the application done about four years ago and still looks better than the day she came out of the dealer. The black one, a Hyundai Elantra, had the application about two years ago and the results are just the same, but with deeper blacks. I just couldn’t be happier. Kleizer not only knows what he does but he is also a car aficionado. He really enjoys explaining the different processes involved in the application of the different products but he also shows the results right in front of you. Kleizer will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. All in all, I am extremely happy with Kleizer and KOS Automotive. Highly recommended.

I have been a longtime customer here with the free wash program from JM, didn’t realize they do detailing and the service was needed, because we went out of town and the tree stained our truck.
