Disappointed with the work they did on detailing the inside of my car. They were supposed to shampoo the car seats, vacuum, and clean detail the inside. Kept my car for three hours and vacuumed poorly and sprayed air freshener. I had to redo the cleaning myself when I got home.

Kenny at Empire Detailing in Daytona had just finished applying a Ceramic Coating on my Brand New 2024 Kia EV9 Black straight after taking the delivery. I had chosen them based on the Reviews I read about Empire Detailing from other customers like me. But I really wasn't sure and concerned about how it was going to turn out at the end because it was an expensive brand new electric SUV. However, the moment I met Kenny all my apprehensions went away because he came through as a very hard working honest man with highest integrity which is so hard to find in today's materialistic world. He in not only reasonable and does a good job but he is very conscious, meticulous and thorough in that he goes over every detail and corners of the vehicle to ensure that nothing is missed or left out.....I found a friend in him for life, and he will be the only guy who I will ever use to detail my car in the future as long as I am in the Daytona area.... Don't think twice and just go with him, and at the end you will be very happy that you did....Also, if you are happy with the job Kenny does, please don't forget to post a review and put a good word for Kenny and Empire Detailing in Daytona because the word of mouth is the strongest form of marketing and advertising in any business. Kayne was so nice and helpful Im not used to plp going out of their way to check on me. He did a great job interacting with his customers and his people skills are impeccable. I love this place I always feel safe and don’t have to worry abt anyone panhandling and you can clean in peace. I like the 2 different vacuums they offer plus the air hose and extra glass cleaner cuz there is always that one spot u just can get right in the washer. lol it also allows you to clean your inside glass as well. Don’t get me started on the washer and dryer for your floor mats … that gets a chefs kiss!!!! Thanks for the free air freshener and great customer service see ya next week !!!

I've only been to self service car washes that just have vacuums, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this place had a clip to hold your rug while vacuuming it, glass cleaner spray, air, rags, a brush, and a rug cleaner machine. There's also great music playing so that you don't have to hear 3 other cars playing different kinds of music. We were helped when we first drove in by someone named Yesenia who was great - she answered all of our questions and helped us select which type of wash to purchase. Loved this experience!

Did phenomenal jobs detailing a heavily neglected interior on my camry as well as did anquick fix buff to cover damage from backing into a barn. Cant even tell it happened. They also shined up a neglected motorcycle. My go-to detailers, they have one very happy and loyal customer.

I got my new cars windows tinted at swanky s and they did a great job! They were very friendly and worked fast . They used great materials . very competitive pricing. I want to leave this review to highlight the excellent service they have at Swanky's Automotive Detailing. I live in Fort Stewart, GA and came to Deland, FL for a vacation to my brother's house for Thanksgiving. So I took the next day to remove and install ceramic tint on my 2020 Ram 1500. I contacted the owner of Swanky's Automotive Detailing who answered all my questions in a professional manner, then I took my Ram to get serviced. Within 2 hours they had my truck ready and the owner himself contacted me to pick it up. Here comes something super important that took my experience to another level, as I left the shop I accidentally scratched the driver's side tint with my watch. I proceeded to go back to the shop to ask if I could fix it and without any excuse they went into the truck, removed the tint and put a new one on. When I asked them how much I should pay extra for the accident that I caused myself, they told me it was no extra cost and that I enjoyed the work they did on my truck. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend Swanky's Automotive Detailing.

Reese did an amazing job with my bronco! He went above and beyond sending me pictures and videos as he did each section. Even my engine shines! Reese is such a nice guy and easy to work with too! We were so impressed that my husband and I had our vehicles windows tinted by George who shares the space with EMS. He did a fabulous job as well. I don't normally do google reviews but in this case Reese and his guys knocked it out of the park on my daughters car there attention to detail was off the charts he did the 9 yr ceramic coating and it made her 6 yr old car look brand new again thanks again Reese for all your hard work I will definitely spread the good work

I got my dad his car detailed for Father's Day. Called and talked with Brett. He was very friendly and professional on the phone. He quoted what I feel is a reasonable price. Brett and my dad set up a time that worked for both of them. Talked with my Dad last night and seen pictures. He was ecstatic about how nice his vehicle came out. All I can say is WOW! We want our car to be the last we have to purchase. Unfortunately, it was taking a beating with stones, and parking lot rash. So we took our 2016 CRV in for Destin2Shine to work their magic on it. Let me tell you, they did a remarkable job. There are a few little spots they couldn’t eliminate, which we knew couldn’t be fixed, but, they don’t stand out like a sore thumb anymore. Holy cow, it looks amazing!!!! Hank and his staff were first rate. They took the time to answer all my questions and help me make the best decision for me and my car. What a difference. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would… (also left a better business bureau review!!!) I booked a full interior Detail. Two young guys show up and took less than 1.5 hours to detail the whole car. I went out to check them job they did and at first sight it looked clean. I payed them $170 and they left. After, I examined the car I noticed the cup holders and front console were not “deep cleaned” (as the listing stated) and still had sticky residue left behind. Under the seats were not vacuumed and still contained trash and sand. The top of seats were still a little sandy, along with the carpets. I immediately emailed the company to speak with the manager/owner, in hopes of either getting a partial refund OR another employee coming out to fix the work that was not completed. Come to find out the two boys who did the detail were the owners. Their customer service was UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. They told me the only thing they could do was come back out and fix the things they missed. It took them almost a week to come back. When they finally came back they didn’t even vacuum the spots they missed and told me they would not vacuum after a week has past. ALL IN ALL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU CAN DO A BETTER JOB YOURSELF AT A SELF CAR WASH!!!!

The ceramic coating makes hand washing the car so easy, especially to get the bugs off. Water beads up and rolls right off in the rain.
