Luis did a phenomenal job on my Audi !!! My car had paint overspray all over it from a contractor mishap at the airport. Luis was able to remove all of it using a clay bar, made all repairs and rejuvenated my car’s paint to a showroom finish with an 3-step correction, and finished it off with a lifetime protection ceramic coating. Jim and Ronnie are not only down to earth good folks they are unbelievable st their craft and apparently take pride in their work . I had a polish and wax on my SUV and not only did they handle my car carefully when it was done it looked as close to just coming out of a new car showroom as possible. My girlfriend had a 2008 vehicle totally detailed there several years ago and I thought no way they can get that car looking too much better. Well, they had it looking amazing! Good Evening, I own a 1969 Oldsmobile Delta 88. Convertible. I have own it for 14-15 years quite some time. It’s in pretty good shape, but I haven’t had a real good detail on it in many years. I’ve maintained it myself but it was time to have it done by a Professional. I met with Jose owner of Elite Detailing and dropped off the vehicle a few days ago. Indisputably... More Than Details, they Strive For Perfection! I bought my pickup truck brand new and literally the next day I drove it to work. I parked my vehicle near the building, and a company started painting the building without letting me know and painted my pickup truck all around. Took in my 2020 Rubicon for paint correction and lifetime Ceramic Coating and I honestly don't know how to react on the amazing work these guys put in. I been struggling with all the water stains it leaves from the sprinklers or from the rain and now I dont have to worry because his product is truly great. 100% recommend this place.

Quoted $150, charged $197.34! I was told there “may” be an extra charge for hard water stains so I assume that is what it was for. But, now as I read reviews, I see this is a common practice for this company to charge more than the original quote. My problem is, The Lack Of Detail! * Door jams were not cleaned * hatchback door jam was not cleaned * back door beverage containers were not cleaned *Inside front windshield was not cleaned *I special requested that Rain X be applied to my front and rear window, this was Not done. I was even assured that “he” had the product there and he would just use his own. Had he of cleaned the hatchback and seen my bright yellow bottle of Rain X, (which was the only thing left in my vehicle) perhaps it would have sharpened his memory to have used it. Vacuum was very, very poor. I won’t return nor will I recommend.

We had 2 brand new vehicles tinted by Sun-Out 8 years ago (We traded in one of the cars 2 years later but we still have our 2016 Mustang and it still looks great!). I just called Sun-Out to re-tint our Toyota Camry (NOT originally done by Sun-Out). The back window tint had bubbled. I was thrilled to get a quick estimate and an appointment- I moved to GA last year and am just visiting for the week. The job was completed today, quick, looks great and I believe at a good price. This terrible installer will mistakenly allow hairs underneath the tint, and refuse to replace the film. After I got home I saw an entire hair trapped underneath the windshield tint, and when I brought it back the next day to show him he basically said it was too much effort to replace the film. I offered to pay him MORE MONEY to replace the film and correct HIS mistake, but he declined. I ended up having to go to a different business and pay twice: once to remove the film with a hair under it, and again to put up new film without a hair! I would have just taken the L, and not even bothered to write this review, except it's been awhile and I just noticed two more smaller filaments trapped under the film on the driver's side window. At this point I'm just going to live with it, which sucks because it was a brand new car. Don't make the same mistake I did! Go somewhere else!

Jose is truly a master at his craft. You will not be disappointed with his services. I have never had a more detailed oriented person detail my truck like Jose. I just want to try them out but their competition (WATERS) is way way better, here they just give you free vacuum not ever rags to dry your car! Waters give rags, all cleaning liquid, free fragrance and dash towels for unlimited members. First and last time visit.

Used to be good, but now the base plus is not a "full" car wash, just a lower body wash, for $14!! Rip off. Car wash is not good quality, poor dry and bug stains remain. Overall value is pretty bad.
