Contacted Wellington to schedule a full car detailing on our 2023 E450 and he was able to do the work the next day. It took about 3 hours and he did an amazing job. I bought a Groupon to detail my SUV. I have tried calling the business multiple times over the past month to schedule the service. They do not answer the phone and most times their voicemail is full and they do not return calls when you are able to leave a message. Yesterday at 9:45 a.m. I tried to call. I left a message. I tried to call again and Jay answered. He asked me if I checked my texts. I said no I didn't because I didn't realize he had just sent one. He told me "Well you should". He told me that he was still in bed and would not be able to help me until today. Well I have sent two texts since we spoke yesterday and called the business office and left a message and have not received any response yet. Groupon was nice enough to cancel and refund my purchase. If the customer service is this bad, I do not anticipate the service being very good. I will not be using this business.

My experience with Jon has been nothing short of amazing. I’m very weary of letting just anyone detail my car, and Jon has proved he’s not anyone. He dedicates and takes his time on each part of the vehicle, listens to what is important to you, and makes valuable suggestions to preserve the condition of your car. I called them because I needed my husband’s car to be detailed inside and outside. They came all the way to Lighthouse Point from Boynton with all the necessary equipment. Called Spring yesterday and he set me up with an appointment for this morning. He and his brother were super nice and did a FANTASTIC job on my Durango. They did not leave behind a grain of sand or dirt. I drive 110 miles round trip 6 days a week and have teenagers that are messy so when I tell you that my vehicle was dirty and neglected, I am not lying. They left it looking as new as the day I drove it off the lot. The rain did not stop them and definitely did not compromise their work. They even put my new front plate on for me as a surprise! 2 before & 2 after, I was totally amazed when Jason was finished restoring my headlights. The car is 10 years old and already has some real paint damage. I was driving the car to the point that my lights were noticeably dim when driving late at night, which is not safe. Even my high beams didn’t seem that much brighter and there was a yellow tinge. But after the restoration I was pleasantly surprised and feel much better driving at night. Jason and his wife were so nice and helpful, explaining the process and different items he was using to my dad and I. I will definitely be calling him if I have more detailing needs in the future!

I have a minivan with all black carpet, seats, etc and a huge white dog (a Great Pyrenees) that sheds like crazy. Every square inch had white hair embedded in it. I called Jason and he came out the next day and he and his wife Yolanda spent hours cleaning the inside and it's like a new minivan inside. The outside looks tremendous, too, no wax residue, no window streaked, no door jams dirty - just perfect. I didn't think it could get clean again that way. They're perfectionists and I can't recommend JRS Mobile Detailing enough. I'm looking forward to having them take care of my other cars. Tyler did an amazing job with a somewhat difficult car to wash (1965 Shelby Cobra Replica). He was quick and efficient, used safe products to minimize scratches and does not try to upsell you any additional services. He also responded to text messages promptly and is available for mobile or drop off services. I will be returning to him for sure!

Eben’s Car Detailing is elite level! I met him washing some cars for my neighbors and got his info. Contacting him was easy and we were able to schedule the appointment right away. He showed up 15 minutes early to my house and spent numerous hours detailing my SUV. The car hasn’t had a good cleaning in a long time so he had his work cut out for him but really took his time and meticulously cleaned every square inch. Inside, outside, rims, windows, roof, shampooed the carpets and vacuumed the trunk. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I'm so happy with the service I experienced at this car wash. My car is too low to go into a car wash, and I really don't trust the pads rubbing against my paint. I explained my situation to the owner and he hand washed my car. He used all new towels and did a great job on my car. He went above and beyond for me. I haven't been here since 2018. I live literally around the corner, but I've been paying for truly amazing mobil detailing . Today I decided to come for a wash last minute. I paid for a one time "best" service wash. They did such a great job.... like car and mats spotless, interior clean and shiny, tires spotless. I was so impressed I turned back around and paid for monthly service. You cannot beat that price for up to 8 washes a month. I was paying that for one wash. So very pleased with the service I received and the price.

I bought a Groupon for an int/ext detailing. He came Saturday. Carpets were clean before they showed up. Inside the green shop vac is what I removed from the second row seat clips alone. He used dirty water to clean my car. Second picture was my front passenger seat later that day. Next three pictures are where I used resolve and extracted from the second row. I let the owner know and his response was “ oh geesh”. He did not drop what he was doing to fix the problem he made. I attached texts below.knowing that he was unresponsive, I bought a steam cleaner $250.00 to minimize damages and extracted the first bucket on the countertop from the drivers side second row. The next two pictures are from my cleanup of his work at the front passenger seat and the water that was extracted. I had to hire biosteem to fix his actions for an additional $250.00. This person is not accepting responsibility of his actions.

Vince is AWESOME!! He quickly responds and is very well organized. Vince came to our home for an interior detail, he confirmed the night before and then let me know when he was on his way. Great communication! Vince was prompt and courteous- he looked through my car before he began and made sure I pointed out all of the issues … all I can say is WOW!!!! I work in automotive repair industry. Car got ready last minis and thought to make my customer’s day with a car wash. Even though I arrived close to their closing time. They made a last minute exception. I genuinely was expecting they will rush it and may not clean properly but the whole team came together, took their time instead of rushing the cleaning and paid attention to all the details. Not only I was impressed but my customer was more happier. If $40 wash got me such a detail, now I wonder what does their detailing looks like. I paid for vacuuming. Which at first looked good but after getting home and seeing under the bagged stuff they had to put away to “vacuum “ it was not done well at all. On top of it I tipped them very well based on their enthusiasm that they had when saying they were going to do a good job. Was it my fault for not checking? Sorta. I paid for good service I shouldn’t need to assume something as easy as vacuuming was not done properly. I emailed the company and no response

worst car wash in my entire life. I pay $50 a month for my membership when I pulled into the bay to get detailed one of the workers told me that I should get a wax and clay bar. I said sure since he said he could do it for $40. I go inside to pay and the manager told me that they’re not gonna do the wax and I told him that they already doing it he said no they are not. He then said that he didn’t feel like doing it because they were busy and kept arguing with me. My entire family has memberships here and they were nothing but rude. The wash didn’t even clean my car. My tires were still filthy and the workers did nothing at all. I then told them that inside they said they didn’t want to do the wax and they told me to go to a different location because they don’t care I am for sure canceling my membership and you guys should not come here.
