If I could give the service a 0, I would. The people who are working there are quite rude. It was the first time I was going to use their service and I wanted to ask how it worked to take the car and they didn't even let me speak, yelling at me to park but since I had never been here I didn't know where. I wanted to give it a second chance and I went back to ask another person about the service and he didn't let me speak and he asked me what I was doing on another road and I just told him that I wanted to ask about the service. They should be a little more careful and kind with the customers, with that attitude they lose instead of winning. What an unpleasant experience.

I’ve been using their services for several years and did not have a bad experience until yesterday. Not happy with the level of service. They only cleaned the drivers side door and didn't even bother to clean the rest of the doors, even though they were easy spills to clean. I asked for the carpets to be shampoo and it was not done. I feel this business is a scam. I paid $119.00 + tip.

I would give this place a 0 if I could . They leave your car dirtier when you leave than when even bringing it in . Got inside the car to find All the white seats with black hand prints and brown stains called them to come clean it and what they say ? You paid for a basic cleaning we just wipe it a little… I tell the guy the car didn’t come in like this they left it dirty and he walks away .another guy wipes it down for me super aggressively . Like annoyed to even do it . not to mention the water stains in the glass and the minor scratches which obviously they don’t take any responsibility for . Save your money and save your car . Big waste of money and you end up with your car with more damages . Horrible service

The worst experience! They charged me $40 left my car smelling like a wet dog eventhough I didn’t turn in my car with any smell and they left all this trash posted in the pics! Don’t loose your money! Go somewhere else! The manager was rude and told me it was my problem and said they were not responsible!

This company can only wash and vacuum cars, nothing more because they do not know how and do not have the appropriate resources. I sent my car for paint repair on hood and trunk because it has stains from a mechanical car wash and the sun and they didn't do anything, even the headlights weren't even wiped properly, as you can see in the photo the car, they charged me $150 for two hours of waiting in a restaurant, not to mention the bill. ;-)I don't really recommend this place .Overpaid service, standard washing and an attempt to do anything for this money??? Wow!!!! ‐-------------------- If you can't do something, don't start because the condition of the paint can worsen, as in my case, and the headlights were completely blurred, I don't know what, and I wiped them with a dry cloth in my garage and they look much better.And this is my two hours of work that I spent to make the car look like it can be seen in the second photo .

Yesterday had my car washed at this place, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The cleaning was done poorly, with noticeable stains and streaks left all over the vehicle. The cloth used for cleaning was dirty in my trunk, and to make matters worse, I found popcorn on the seat! I expected much better quality for the price I paid. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper car wash.

Today I left my car for detail wash. And fefore I left the car I showed all problems and spots. After 7 hours I pick it up the car I can share this photos. All of this 150$. ITS NOT DETAIL, ITS DISGUSTING WORK! I'm not recommended this service no anyone. Only wash outside. But after waste my time and was able my money I so disappointed.

I came here on the recommendation of a family member who had a basic car wash. I was interested a more serious detail job for my car. I asked if a stain could be removed from my seat and was told yes it could and asked if everything inside and outside the car could be cleaned. I was told yes and quoted $100 which I thought was high but figured it was worth it for the stain to be removed. Boy was I disappointed to find an hour later the stain was still there and that multiple areas hadn’t been cleaned. The staff at that point had moved on and I was told that the cleaning I wanted was actually $275. Again had I been told that from the beginning I would have gone somewhere else. This is very much a bait and switch operation. Staff was rude and tried to guilt trip me about the time spent on my car. Meanwhile I still have dirty areas on the seats, carpets and roof. I think this place is good for a basic wash but don’t get fooled into a full detail.

I just picked up my from Derby Car Wash. this is the second time I’ve taken my car there for a simple wash vacuum and have my interior wiped down. When they gave me my car the interior was vacuum but the same marks and finger prints were on my dash board my around my gear stick. When I called the owner forwarded me to voicemail. I get the impression if you don’t have an experience car you won’t get good service. The workers were barefoot seating in a chair with their feet up.

The price list says &40 for Truck and Truck II $50 Ford Ranger which is the small frame should be the smaller size therefore $40. The manager tried to convince me that it should be the price of a larger truck. BE CAREFUL - Their Practice seems a little off… Service was questionable 🤨 Would not recommend to anyone!

I have never complain about a service I always go there to wash my car they used to have a good service and they’re not cheap but today I pay $35 plus tip for the regular wash and cleaning and they literally just vacuumed the car only the front and back seats.. they didn’t even open the trunk. I had to clean the car myself I’ll never go back to that place again….

You can pay by card. You can wash your car for $8. You will have to spend an additional $1.50 on a vacuum cleaner. I liked it. There was a bit of a queue, but that doesn't depend on the car wash itself. They could wash the car faster, but the quality would be worse. The overall impression is positive.

I have waited multiple times for over an hour at this location. You pay for the car wash inside of the gas station, but if you encounter any issues and call the gas station, they refuse to come out and help you. I waited for about 10 minutes after driving into the car wash, which didn’t start after I typed in my code and was given instructions to drive into the car wash. No one came out to check and see what was going on despite me calling the station to send an attendant to check if the car wash was functioning. Finally, after other cars behind me started beeping, a gas station attendant walked out and told me to drive off and come in the morning to speak with the manager, despite me already encountering a total wait time of an hour to get my car washed. They didn’t offer the option to get back in line or let me back my car up into the wash and manually restart the car wash after I waited an hour. This is disrespectful of the customer’s time and totally not worth a $12 car wash.
