I took my Buick Encore to Union Park Auto Spa after a friend recommended going there. I dropped it off at 8 am, and picked it up at 5:15. I only got the interior of my car done and I was blown away! It looks brand new. I could not have cleaned my car to look as good as they made it, I am so thankful I found them! I appreciate all your hard work, the workers are so kind. My first time here. The customer service was friendly. HOWEVER, they did a bad job on the car wash. The back bumper looked as if it was not touched. The windows were streaky. And they did not vacuum under the seats. But my tires were shiny.

They took care of what I needed done. I contacted RP to do an engine compartment cleaning due to multiple coolant leaks causing a nasty odor in the cabin when heat or defroster was on. That svc was part of the total detail so I had them do the whole thing. My car wasn't terribly dirty and I've never had a car detailed before. Having said that, I can't speak to past experience with another detailer. Like RP did better than XYZ. However, I'd be comfortable going back again if I need to and have already told some friends about them. Unfortunately I don't have before and after pics.

Bought a Lexus from a dealer. Headlights were a bit hazey. Dealer tried to put a compound on them and only made them look nice for a few days, but Mr Royal did it right! These headlights look amazing! I don’t think the pictures do them justice! They are crystal clear now and will stay that way for a long time to come. Before and after below.

Had some spills in the car so got the ultimate wash for their detailing. I was better off using a vaccum. They didn't go a decent job. Plus the wet rag they used to wipe the interior left a bad smell in the car for days. They did wash the mats which was the only good thing.

I chose Walt's shop, Auto Image Luxury Detailing to support local, independently owned businesses. While I gave Walt every chance to succeed, I cannot recommend his services beyond headlight restoration and ceramic coating. *Services and Ratings:* - Headlight Restoration: 5/5 stars (quick and well done) - Ceramic Coating: 4/5 stars (did not perform paint correction as advertised but did decontaminate paint and clay bar) - Bumper Repair: 2/5 stars (poor paint match and finish) *The Good:* Walt excels at headlight restoration, completing the task quickly and efficiently. My headlights were sanded, cleared and polished the same day and looked new. *The Bad:* The full ceramic coat package included paint correction, but Walt did not correct paint issues I pointed out. When I picked up my car, Walt said, "I wish you had asked me to perform paint correction before ceramic coating." *The Ugly:* Due to my great satisfaction of headlight restoration , and moderate satisfaction with the ceramic coating, I asked Walt to correct and fill gouges in my bumper. He: - Kept my car for a week - Painted part of the bumper a greenish-black color that didn't match - Charged me $200 - Agreed to color-match the bumper and paint a gouge in the rear bumper - Kept my car another 10 days - Failed to blend the paint, leaving a visible stripe where he masked with tape on what was supposed to be a solid color bumper - Applied a clear coat with contaminants, causing blue paint splatters - billed me an additional $400 The bumper looks terrible. I paid $600 total for a mismatched stripe of paint on what was supposed to be a solid color bumper, and visible spots/spatters in indirect light when viewed obliquely. The bumper looks terrible- worse than before Walt touched it. I regret asking Walt to paint the bumper. It will cost me a lot of money to have it corrected properly, more than before If I hadn’t taken it to this shop. When pressed, Walt did offer a refund in installments. However, I cannot imagine hunting this guy down for $20 every month for the next half decade like some kind of cartoon loanshark, so I chalked it up as a loss. *Conclusion:* Walt has skills limited to jobs of low complexity such as headlight restoration and ceramic coating. He is good at those two things. I do not have confidence in Walt's abilities as a paint man, however. Avoid paint services, as you may regret it and face difficulties getting in touch with him. Walt's communication and reliability issues, including unreturned calls due to repeated family emergencies, car accidents and illness, make it challenging to resolve concerns. In fact, it is partially because of these repeated calamities that I am not seeking a refund for the botched bumper- may his luck change. While I do wish Walt luck, my experience leads me to advise others to look elsewhere. *Final Assessment:* DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Walter can handle any job, for any budget, and will get it done on time. The big detailing shops are just going to charge you triple or more for the same work. I've handed Walter the keys to several 25+ year old classics, and he's returned them looking better than when they were new. Recommended by so many people in the civic associations around me I had to give him a try. So glad I did. Josh did a great job preparing my Tesla for trade-in. Wash and wax made it look better than new. Pleasant and professional workmanship. I was so Impressed. Going to take the workhorse Outback in next for a complete detail. Drove to Montana and back a few weeks ago. Recently used Lester’s services on my pick up truck. Was concerned about the removal of all the bugs off the front grill, bumper and hood. Price Corner Auto Wash provides a good car cleaning experience at reasonable price! The facility is clean, well-maintained. During my visit, I encountered an issue with one of the crew that vacuums. I made management aware and Jim, the manager, was incredibly professional and attentive—he immediately stepped in to resolve the issue himself. Do not go here. It is a completely waste of money. You are better off paying eight dollars and driving through a service station car wash. They do not touch the inside of your car I cannot believe I just paid almost $40 for my car to look the way it looks. There is still bird poop on the exterior of my car my tires are still dirty none of my doors were wiped down radio and - we're not wiped down cupholders not touched. Very disappointing!

I have been going here for over 20 years. I have tried others closer to home, but none of them ever come close to providing the service I receive from White Glove. The owners and employees are top notch! I highly recommend! I noticed a review claimed that the employees are thieves. I have never had anything stolen and I keep emergency cash in my car.

If you go here ensure to stay with your car the ENTIRE TIME. The worker pulled my car up to start the vacuum process and smoked from his vape IN MY CAR. As someone with allergies who doesn’t smoke AT ALL this is wildly unacceptable. I voiced my concerns to the manager on duty and those working with him. Will not coming back to this establishment AGAIN as this is unacceptable!!!

**Update** Reducing to one star. I tried reaching out to the person I worked with about my experience and he hasn’t responded. That’s a poor reflection customer service. Subpar experience. I was excited about using them cause I had seen the owner’s car before. I had a hard time finding the place because I don’t really know the area and no one tells you that it’s in what looks like the back of a truck depot or warehouse. One of the guys met me in a nearby shopping center to have me follow him. He was running yellow lights, speeding and moving recklessly as if I wasn’t right behind him. Got the car tinted and three days later came across all these spots where it didn’t dry correctly. My front driver tint was off by nearly a half an inch. Brought it back and they redid it and it’s better, but I still have two windows that aren’t flush and spots even after the curing period. I even pointed one of the windows out before I left, and I was assured that it was fine. Also I noticed a dent on my roof that wasn’t there before. I had only had the car for two weeks at that point! So I won’t be doing that again.

This car wash offers a self-serve & an automatic car wash with detailing services. I'm all for washing your own car for just $8. However, I've noticed over time that things break and get old and are never replaced. Exhibit A would be half the mat holders are non-functional, and also there only 4, as if all cars have exactly 4 mats. Also I hope those brush heads get replaced... pro tip: BLAST THE BRUSH WITH HIGH PRESSURE WATER... this cleans the years of debris off before you use it

Used their top detailing service which was Utimate with a whole 5 hours duration. They called to let me know at the 4th hour that my car was done. The results as the photos. I don't need to say anything else but I'm sure I'm not coming back and stop buying gift cards from them. Also had a bad experience with another location, I used self-service car wash for $8 but my card was charged for $38.

Jimmy and his team does amazing work. There’s no doubt about it. The pictures talk for themselves. Every inch is clean and all of these cars came back way better than when they where received from the dealers. I would use the argument it’s showroom level work. If we’re talking about customer service even the first time I went there I was wowed at the care Jimmy takes for his own customer. Going out of his way to answer question that arise. Went here on a Saturday morning, and it was packed. The wait was only about 10 minutes, but it was definitely worth it. The vechile came out nice and clean. If you are looking for a detailed job, then you need to schedule that, but for a basic wash and wax, they do a nice job. Kid friendly hallway to watch your vehicle get cleaned. Even an area to squirt your car. They have a membership for 25 a month to come every day. It's definitely worth it to get the membership so you can shine your vehicle up daily. So if something is missed, then take it again tomorrow.

I took my car to reflection auto because of tree sap damage I’ve had in the surface. Nick and his team did an amazing job removing all the swirl marks and minor scratches on my car. He worked with me and provided extensive details and information on the process behind what he was going to do and why. Amazing! From the initial phone call with Mary Anne, to the consultation with Josh through to the finished result that Nick & his team produced - just amazing!! It's rare these days for anyone to actually pick-up the phone when you call, not so with Reflection. Mary Anne was very helpful and within the hour I was standing outside the business talking with Josh about what an idiot I had been (my words, not his)! I had some yellow road paint splashes on my Mini and decided that I could remove them - don't do this. The yellow paint remained and my additional scratches were plentiful. Josh was very understanding and made me feel totally at ease. After assessing the damage and being very up front about what they could achieve, I left with quote in hand. Setting up my appointment was quick & easy and when I picked up my Mini at the end of the day it was sparkling. Twice i went there. Paid the full service, 40 bucks. Figured the first time was a mistake they just overlooked. MY car is always clean. They didn't wipe not a single thing down in my interior. 40 bucks for what? For 7 people to do a half cocked job on my windows? Nope. Never again.

I don't know if the place changed management or what. I used to pay $35 plus tip for The Works and they would spend a good half hour cleaning the inside of the car. Vacuum the floors and seats, remove the mats and vacuum underneath, wipe down the interior dash, doors and seats, clean the windows and give you an air freshner. Today I paid the same and they just ran it through an automatic car wash and then wiped the windows. This place had great service and a cute store you could shop around inside. Now it's all computer automated and a total waste of money. What a shame.

My car had been sitting and developed an extensive mold issue due to a leak in my front windshield. This was as good of an experience as you could hope for. Franklin was polite and helpful. He worked all day on my Durango to bring it back to life. I went with the exquisite full detail package and would 100% do it again. An absolute must.

I meant to leave this review back in June but forgot. Bus Boys did a full interior and exterior detail with wax on my 27' boat. I have to say that they did a fantastic job and the boat looked great. They even made sure to clean the covers for the boat as well. Davey and his crew were very personable and pleasant to deal with and they took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. A boat that large is not an easy job for sure but they got it done in the time frame promised. This was my first time using them and I will definitely be back next year to have it done again. You can't go wrong in hiring them for the job.

I left a watermelon in my trunk for a few days and well... it of course ended up liquifying. I was desperate to find someone to detail the inside so it didn't end up being a bigger issue. I also was well past due for a cleaning. After calling million places, and everyone being booked up for the day, I was feeling defeated. Reese gave me a call back and got me scheduled for the next day! He even traveled to me. When I tell you he did such a thorough job, I mean it! My car looks like how it did when I first got it! I can’t recommend this company enough. I’ve now taken two cars to de detailed. The first time they detailed my 2013 Toyota Camry which had been slowly destroyed over the last decade between fabric stains from my son and dozens of road trips. Mud, sand and dust embedded in the carpets, etc. After weeks of trying to clean it myself, Detail Enthusiast had it back to essentially brand new condition in one afternoon. Once I bought my new car, I wanted to make sure I had it protected from the start (exterior coating to prevent micro scratches). Luckily they had a cancelation the next weekend and was able to fit my appointment in within just a few days. The Tesla model 3 was returned to me with a shining coat with shockingly good reflections. I’d recommend these services to anyone

This was the 2nd time I’ve used tint world. The first time I had no issues and the price was under $300 in 2018. I got ceramic this time because I could still feel the heat with the last tint. That aspect I am happy with this time around however the job itself was extremely messy. There was liquid on my passenger side, and dirt marks throughout. They did not even clean the streaks and there are so many bubbles! The last time my car had zero bubbles when I picked it up. I read “they may go away” so I didn’t report it the night I drove it home. The next day when I examined everything in the daylight I saw they damaged the material along the window. Not sure if it was cut or burned with the heat Gun. Thank god I have videos and photos to prove this was not there before. I expect perfection like the last time around and from a place called tint world to do clean work and not damage the vehicle; especially on a nearly $700 job!

Looking to buy a car from these folks. Be careful. Odometer readings may not be true and the 2007 Dodge caliber I bought for $3000 the undercarriage was completely rusted out and the car needed so many more repairs it wasn't worth the money. I could only get $100 for this car as junk. Never again.

Scheduled appointment for 10AM for tint, showed at 9:50 and waited in the office until at 10:15 a worker, maybe owner, told me their tint guy wouldn't be in until 11... okay. Left number with him and was told he'd call once he got in, never got that call. Don't waste your time, gross nasty shop and office. Probably wouldn't have done a good job had they showed up to do it. Just avoid.

Hands down the best!! When I dropped my Yukon off it had 2 years of 4 kids under 7 in it and 4 dogs. And lord did it show. But these guys did a wonderful job and it looks like a brand new truck. Every inch of this truck is sparkling. A huge Thank you!! we will definitely be back to keep it maintained!

Long term review: I have been taking my vehicles to CleanPro once a month for the last 8 or so years and just want to say that they continue to deliver on quality service and professionalism. This is more so a long term review of their Ceramic Paint Protection. Almost 2 years later and it has by far been the best investment I have made for this vehicle. This car has not been waxed a day in its life and water beads off of it like it was just polished and waxed. Routine washes in between its regular cleanings are a breeze because nothing sticks to the paint that a light spray with a hose won’t wash off. Additionally, the ceramic coating adds a depth to the paint that you can not achieve with wax, giving the appearance of a “candy coated” paint. If you are on the fence about getting the Ceramic Paint Protection, do your car the favor because it’s an investment you won’t regret.
