As I searched the local Dover, DE area for a business that could hand wash our car…I stumbled upon Tim with Shine Brothers Auto Detailing. Unfortunately he couldn’t get our car in his shop before he closed for the day, but he did offer his mobile detailing services. This actually made it more convenient for us as we didn’t even have to leave our lodging area. We took up Tim, as new clients, and he certainly did a great job on washing our car! Tim is very friendly and military retiree. Great cleaning of our car and awesome customer service! Thanks Tim. You have a long time client for each time we make our trips into Dover. 👍🏼

I am absolutely 110% satisfied with the service I received here!!! My car was so shiny!! The interior was so clean that I didn't want to put my dirty shoes in it!! Every little nook and cranny was spotless!! I am a person who sees EVERY little thing so I was checking my ride ALL OVER!! All closed compartments, secret spots, etc..were so clean! The car looked better than it did when I purchased it! I did so much squealing and laughing behind the results!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I recently visited and had an excellent experience with Adam Prep, who helps bring cars in the tunnel! It was my first time using their service, and they were incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Adam was incredible, making sure I was comfortable throughout my first visit. The service was thorough, and the $35.00 price is unbeatable for the quality you receive. They even guided me in with care, which made the whole process smooth. I met the full service tech named Dee, who offered mini details starting at $80.00, which is perfect for my husband and does not break the bank! Got the full service wash for $30... Before I pulled in they noticed my tire was flat. As soon as I came thru the wash Joseph asked me to pull aside and he used their air pump to add air back to my tire! They didn't have to do this but the customer service was awesome. Then D took care of making sure the car was 👌👌 and checked the tire again before I left. When businesses go above and beyond, they have my full support!! Thank you!! 🙌

I never thought I would use a Detailer for the simple reason that I didn’t believe anyone would do as good a job as I would. But I recently purchased a new truck for over 70 K and the truck off the showroom floor actually had spiderweb like scratches on the surface when the sun shines on it and it was too big a job for me. After a couple minutes on the phone with John ,I felt comfortable and made an appointment to have a three-year coding done. I couldn’t drop my truck off on Monday. It had to be a Sunday but I wasn’t comfortable with leaving it in the parking lot overnight, to make me feel comfortable, After church, John went to the shop and pulled my truck in for the night, which is over and above in my book and after three days with constant communication from John I picked up my truck and was amazed at how beautiful it was better than off the showroom floor. I told John I was buying a low profile bed cover for it and asked him how much it would be to have it done, he said call me we’ll make an appointment and I’ll throw it in. I had it installed called him and he got me in that week again put the truck in the shop coated the bed cover and I picked it up that day. He didn’t charge me for it. Again absolutely beautiful I couldn’t be happier. In fact, I’m making an appointment to have my daughter’s car done. Very kind very professional again I couldn’t be happier. You actually do get what you pay for sometimes. Thank you John. I’ll talk to you soon . PS I added a photo of my hood that you can see the spiderwebs on, and they are no more Thanks again John you’re the best. Oh yeah, he took the time to coat my suspension just saying.

Reflections and its owner John deserve much more than a 5 star rating in every aspect of his detailing business from customer service to the final product which is a rarity these days. Having newly purchase my lifelong dream of owning a Porsche John amazingly transformed what I felt was already a beautiful car into a magnificent one which never fails turning a head. Although at first reluctant I opted for a full PPF instead of a partial track while adding the Modesto ceramic and very glad of my decision, maintaing the look has been effortless. All that’s left to be said…Thanks John, money well spent.

This was the best car detailing service I’ve ever received. My car was shining inside and out by the time it was all finished. I had a stain in my back seat which had been there forever and they were able to get the stain out! They paid close attention to the minor details and really took their time to make sure my car was spotless. If you’re thinking about getting their service, do it!!

This place is more than just a car wash; it’s a place where you will feel at home. I especially thank Ash for her help. In terms of price-performance, it's a very nice place; the staff are polite, kind, and always smiling. One of the most important things for me in car washing is the mat holder. They have it here, and they also offer air pressure and glass cleaner. These are free extra services that many places don't have. Visit here once, and you won't want to go anywhere else. I hope this service remains the same.

I have a golden retriever I like to adventure with, so you can imagine my car gets embarrassingly dirty pretty quickly. I dropped him off at dog daycare across the street and came straight for the car wash, lol. I got a “mini detail” and it was only $75. They got all of the hair up, cleaned my sticky & hairy cupholders, and got his million nose prints off of the windshield. It’s not perfect, but I didn’t pay for “perfect” (so take the bad reviews with a grain of salt - people pay for a $25 wash and leave a bad review that the car wasn’t spotless - sad!). I would trust them with any of the more expensive detail services (or normal washes) because they did such a good job with such a cheap service! They only took 50 minutes as well and it looks so great and smells better. I will definitely be visiting them again.

They are open on Sundays. $16.99 monthly for a ultimate wash and they will vacuum for you. However I love their vacuum system it’s the best in Dover super strong suction, so I prefer to vacuum it myself. They could do alittle more Due diligence on making sure the vacuum area is clean. I understand with doors open , some trash could blow out . It’s also is unappealing to have people around the building smoking and vaping. Still this is the best place for a weekly cleaning.

Just don't. I should have turned around immediately on seeing the haphazard and dangerous way they had client cars parked (shoved) together all over the lot AND lined up down the road in the most unsafe way imaginable - WITH a construction zone right there making things even more dangerous. As for the service, I was absolutely ASTOUNDED at how incredibly bad it was - especially for a SUPER PREMIUM price. 1. Broke one of my windshield wiper mechanisms - dealer who fixed it said someone just yanked it way too hard lifting it to clean under it (which even that they didn't do well). I KNOW they broke it because I was literally using it when I pulled into their shop and it was perfectly fine. Five minutes after leaving, when I turned it on for a light drizzle, it was broken. (When I turned around and drove back - arriving ten minutes after I left to speak to them about this they were GONE - 30 minutes before the shop was supposed to actually close. Even though they'd complained to me when I dropped it off how SLAMMED and BUSY they were and did I REALLY need my car back TODAY. Yeah.) 2. Didn't even actually clean the trunk at all - like literally, didn't even open it. 3. The seats were DRENCHED and SLIMY and stank so badly they made me feel sick driving home with the windows all open. Even with a plastic bag over the seat I ended up SOAKED. TWO DAYS LATER STILL WET & SLIMY. Like I have NEVER had that with any interior detailing EVER. And the CHEMICAL STENCH OMG. It's a week later and we've been literally leaving the windows open even at night and it is SO BAD. 4. The exterior wax was smeared over the windows and balled up in lumps at the bottom of the doors. 5. There were dark smudges and fingerprints in so many places, as well as a NEW stain on the passenger front seat and some kind of dark black drips on the other side of the same seat. (covered by a plastic bag when I picked it up) 6. There was NASTY DAMAGE to the back left door where it looked like someone tried to scrub the interior of the door with steel wool or something and only succeeded in scraping off the fabric! 7. For the amount of money I spent on both EXTERIOR and interior detailing, I expect the wheel wells at the LEAST to be cleaned, and usually this cost includes cleaning the undercarriage as well. NOPE. 8. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Just everything about the entire cleaning job was sloppy. I didn't even want to take it back to them to clean the trunk after I complained. And I didn't trust them to fix my wiper either since the owner? manager? who answered the phone when I called about these issues pretty much said 'we aren't mechanics so...' Don't do it. Don't go here.

Great work. I am surprised with the results. Jose and his team did an excellent job. They took out a soda stain that exploded in the cover of my car’s sunroof and gave an excellent shine to my wheels as well as inside and out but the images say it all. I will keep coming back for more brightness, my car hadn’t been so clean as today. Give them the time and they will make your car shine.

*Review of esmobilepowerwash auto-detail company* Just want y’all to be aware and save your money. I am not happy with the auto-detailing that was done on my vehicle. The ladies who did my “cleaning” worked hard, and tried their best, but ultimately, it was not a “detail” service. There were several areas missed and services that were promised, but not fulfilled. I have tried to reach out to the owner, and he has not returned any of my messages. For the money I paid, I would NOT recommend this company or the services they offered. And now, after posting a review on their Fb page, I have been blocked and deleted.

Dennis did a great job fixing all the rust and painting my 1975 Mgb roadster. I definitely recommend him for your car body repairs. The only thing I will say is...IF YOU want a specific color, be very very clear when telling him. Thru texting, I told him the name of the color so it would be the same as the original. As well as giving him the color code, he said he didn't see it. My car was not painted the original Tundra or Olive drab that I wanted. NOW, having said that, he did ask if I wanted painted over, but I didn't want to spend that additional time to have that done. In the end....I do like the color and I am satisfied. Just be specific. I would definitely go back if I needed to.

.0 stars how are you the only car wash in Dover with no available rags unless you use a 5$ kit, MOD WASH is a 5 star along with Coastal Car wash. 5$ exteriors with hand dry off. Tommy you need to do better.

I've been to several car washes and this one gets 5 stars. The staff is always friendly, attentive and knowlegeable about the services they offer. It took me a while to sign up for the monthly unlimited wash, but I am more than happy that I decided to do so. I love that fact that I can go to any Tommy's without having to put my window down and get my car washed as many times as I like. It's nice to see Tommy's will be bringing a third location to Delaware soon.
