Using Your Detail has been a great experience from scheduling all the way to the finished product. Finding a time that fit into my schedule and booking the appointment was very convenient through their website. I appreciate their upfront transparency with their prices as well. A few days before my appointment, I received a confirmation text with the time frame that the detailer should arrive. They let me know the morning of that they would be arriving closer to the end of that time frame due to their water tank being frozen. I very much appreciated the open communication from them. Once Thomas arrived, he got started right away on my car and did a great job! We live in a heavily wooded area, have longhaired pets, use my car for all of our home improvement projects, and I've never had it detailed in the 3.5 years I've owned it so it was a mess. Thomas was able to get it looking better than ever! He even got out some stains that were on the seats when I bought the car. All told, I'm very happy with the service that I received from everyone at Your Detail and I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs detailing.

I found Your Detail from the great reviews online. I had never used a detail company before, so was a bit nervous, but Your Detail made it easy. The website was informative, scheduling online was quick and easy, pricing was affordable with good deals, and the staff was communicative and helpful. My detailer was excellent, he was prompt on the early side of the time window. He was very flexible as I live in a garage in an apartment complex, which can be a bit tough to maneuver. He was professional and did a wonderful job. The extensive dust and pet hair and any odor from the past few years was completely gone and the car had that new car look. Very happy with the cleaning that was done and will definitely look to Your Detail for the next time. Recommend highly.

William is awesome! I had an emergency. I used some new wax on my car (MAXL). FYI, DO NOT USE MAXL on your vehicle! This stuff would not come off. I scheduled an exterior detail online about 3 weeks after I bought my new car. Steven reached out shortly thereafter and educated me about ceramic coating the car since I park it on the street. We worked out a very reasonable price and he answered all of my questions. He was very responsive over text and on the phone. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and by mid-afternoon Steven was sending me pictures requesting a phone call to go over some things he had found. He obviously cares very much for his customers but also the quality of work done for them. Pickup was easy and the service was done on time. We talked through car wash and detail scheduling going forward and you can definitely bet that I'll be back. Really appreciate the work done on the car and am excited to show her off. If you are on the fence, don't be - Steven knows his trade and will take care of you and your vehicle.

Marco did a fabulous job detailing the interior of my Audi A3. Even the neighbors took notice. My biggest problem was the smell of gasoline in the cabin from a botched fuel pump replacement. Marco carefully wiped down every surface and shampooed the rugs and mats. Viola - the car smelled like new. He also was familiar with the car and he knew exactly where to clean. Unfortunate experience with Blaine. Tensions grew when I saw that he and his crew were rushing and he used a clay bar like he was quickly scrubbing rust off a pot and was not making sure to cover each section entirely. He also said that it was unnecessary to wash the car before using the clay bar, which I believe is untrue and can lead to damaging the car exterior. Miscommunication around our decided meet-up time and payment lead to a verbal conflict during which he threatened me with violence. He was upset that he drove to Beltsville for the service, but their shop is full, and, when I offered to meet closer to them, they said this was fine because it was “near where they were going” and they would need a self-serve car wash to complete the exterior work. I only gave him $20 at first because I was angry, which, I apologize for. After the conflict, I paid $100 on cashapp. Ultimately, the car was soaped up and hastily scraped with a clay bar. At one point, work was paused to look through his instagram with another self-serve customer who was interested in their business. I do not recommend this service. Unclear, inappropriate communication and insincere and upsetting work.

Customer service and experience is great. They are all super nice guys. The quality of the detail was sub-par. I purchased the platinum package. When I got home, I noticed that the door consoles and center consoles were not properly wiped down and my seats were not cleaned. I brought this to Mario’s attention with pictures. He had me return and he redid the vehicle and told me it now had his stamp of approval. I got home and was astonished to find the same dirty door consoles. He again apologized for “not being perfect” and asked what they could do but I don’t have time to invest in any more corrections.

This place is awesome. I’ve been coming here for years. The New Ceramic Pro services is completely the best. I’ve been having problems with micro scratches and swirls in paint of my car. I've been to this place twice and think for the money they do a really good job for the cost of the Ultimate Wash ($38). I would like to see them a better coupon discount. $1 off is hardly worth the paper it's written on...you guys should consider $3 to $5 off especially when a customer is spending on Premium Cleaning Pkgs. I took in my SUV to be completely cleaned and detailed. Was able to make an appointment with Keith via txt. I dropped off the SUV and a few hours later it looked like it did when it was brand new. They did a GREAT job getting rid of the dog hair, dust, junk, etc. I was shocked at how great it looked and smelled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is at the City Center DC garage location. I purchased the Super Detail - Small Size for my 2017 Toyota Camry SE. I thought about posting the “after” photos. But I didn’t take any “before” photos. So I feel like it’s not fair on them to do this. However, I paid $169.99 for this service. And for this price, other than actual paint scratches, I expect my car to look brand new. I admit that I’ve not gotten my car detailed regularly - so there were some stubborn spots to get rid of. That’s why when I didn’t receive a phone call after two hours and thirty minutes, I called them to find out the status of my car. They told me it was ready to pick up. But when I came to pick it up and saw that there were dust streaks around the body above the tires, as well as the same on the side mirror and the hood of the car, I was a little frustrated. So I actually spent 20 minutes joining them in cleaning the car with a spray and towel I borrowed from them. I even watched them use car wax to clean some of the harder to remove streaks, and copied them to expedite the process. But then one of the ladies tried to convince me that the dust spots on the edge of the body were actually scratches. At this point, I’m on my knees scrubbing away at the front driver side door. So I quickly dipped the cloth in some wax and used my nails to apply pressure to the area and removed these as well. That’s when I stopped cleaning, paid and left. I don’t mind joining in and helping out in this case because I admit, my car was dusty and had some stubborn grime on it. And I recognise the scratches too. But at $169.99 I expect more diligence. I will not be using their services ever again.

I’ve had my car for over thirteen years and have never had it professionally cleaned. I figured after all this time, I should finally get it done. I went to City Auto Detail and was left almost in tears by how beautiful my car looked!! The price is very fair for the area (not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive) and you absolutely get what you pay for. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up the same day and the owner, Hamlet, was very communicative and professional. Here’s my review: Exterior Detailing: The clay bar treatment was fantastic and made a huge difference. My car’s blue paint now feels smooth and looks incredibly shiny, like it’s brand new. They took the time to clean every part of the exterior, including the wheels and tires, which now have a polished, fresh look. What an awesome job! We will continue to bring our vehicle back every year for an overall detail and to have the XPEL paint protection film inspected. Our 2020 Chevrolet Blazer 3LT was very dirty and there was a chip in the drivers door and you can no longer see it - it’s perfect. There was a scratch on the rear hatch, small and concerning and again they did an incredible job - you can barely see it. There was also some wheel rash on one of the wheels that was corrected and you can’t even tell. They did an incredible job with the full detail and the Blazer looks brand new again. I sent an inquiry via Yelp for ceramic coating to all exterior surfaces for my model Y. Mike promptly replied (within a day) with a detailed listing of the various products that they use and the corresponding cost. All my subsequent questions/concerns were answered in a timely manner. After looking over all the responses from the various shops, I decided to move forward with Xtreme Auto Details and I’m glad that I did. Their shop is clean and inviting. It is located in an area that is easy to get in and out of. And, last but not least, Mike was friendly and professional. I went with their Kenzo 2 ceramic coating (5 yr warranty). The results are amazing!! Highly recommended shop!!

**UPDATED REVIEW** *FIRST VISIT* I almost didn't find the place because it was inside of a parking garage. Google maps led me to a location that happened to be right in front of the parking garage and I called, then the man had instructed me to go inside of the garage and like the curious white person who gets killed in the movie, I enter the garage and drive all the way to the bottom. There's a sign after you go through the gate thing and you just go all the way down and there's a crew at the bottom cleaning cars. They were quick and efficient. I'm glad I didn't have to wait long for a car wash (i requested without vacuuming the interior). Very satisfied and will be back *THIS IS THE UPDATED REVIEW* So I came back here to get my car fully detailed. The mats weren't dry when they put them back in the car so my car ended up smelling like a wet dog. There were drips of some type of light blue/silver paint that got into my car at the passenger side. I forgot to take the photos before I sold the car. They did a great job cleaning, but made bad mistakes. I added 2 or 3 before photo and the rest are after photos.

Made a reservation for a full detailing(exterior & interior) $200 plus. I included on the reservation details that I wanted to remove a few small stains. Also to take care of the seatbelts because they were dirty. The reservation said the service was 2 hours, but they ask if we could pick it up a little bit after that and we agreed. It bothers me that the service was not a detailing as described. Windows were not cleaned to detail, had stains and water marks on it, rims were not cleaned, trunk carpet was not cleaned only vacuum, seat belts and headliner remains with stains and some other details were missing. You don't expect to pay a full detailing and see the car with a lot of details not taking care off. I do not recommend this place for a detailing. Maybe another services but not this one. The work performed does not meet the term "detail" in any form. Details are what matters when paying for a full service. I do have to say that I forgot my parking ticket for the garage and they discounted that from my total so I could leave the lot without paying extra.

We had a great experience with Black Tie Detailing. The owner was polite on the phone and had an appointment available quickly. Prices were very fair. Jeremy showed up right on time and worked hard without a break for eight hours detailing 2 cars. He took extra care with my husband’s car to remove excess paint that was left on the bumper from when someone backed into his car. Neek was great! I got a wax/buff service and everything looks super clean. I originally had it scheduled Tuesday but she rescheduled to Thursday because of rain which I appreciate because I don’t think it would’ve looked nearly as good working in the rain. She arrived half an hour early and got straight to work. Neek was very nice and made sure I was happy with everything. She listened to me and avoided a paint chip I patched on the rear of the car and even worked under a tree with falling leaves which I thought would be impossible. I saw their sign. I called and emailed and they responded to both quickly. They are in the parking at Ritz Carlton on 22 St NW. I made an appointment and made my choice off the extensive menu of services. There is even a waiting area although there is plenty of places in the area for coffee etc. Marcus did a great job and even validated parking so I did not pay $26! Could it be more convenient? Lovely job and service.

Thieves; the workers stole a ring lounged under my seat. When I remember and went to dig and get it was gone. Respected the owners bc of nephew or son from Ethiopia..but the workers for the car wash Mexicans and don’t stand for a thief. Of course it’s all about what u can prove so didn’t even waste my time arguing about me. $600 blue sap ring just gone

They do a fine job in my opinion. My car gets me from place to place and I’m grateful for it. I left my wallet at this car wash and 2 days later the owner still had it with everything intact. Thank you!

I’ve used Sharp Detail three times now and love them. Booking online is super easy (we don’t plan far in advance either), they always show up on time, and they do a great job. After Sharp Detail is done, you wouldn’t even know we had two kids and a (long haired) dog! Pricing is competitive too. Highly recommend.

We had another fantastic experience with Sharp Detail. My car had not been washed in ages, and Cyril was able to make it look like new, inside and out, for a very reasonable price. We are so happy with his work - he was punctual, so friendly, and does an exceptional job. Sharp Detail is now our go-to detail shop. The photo does not do the detail work justice (as it had rained before we could capture a fresh photo), but wanted to post anyway.

After a couple road trips up and down i95, we definitely needed an exterior and interior detail. Scheduling was super easy and I was scheduled for an appointment within a week. I desperately needed an interior detailing. I contacted Gobeyond Carwash on Sunday, they sent Bailey out Monday mid-day to me! He worked 4 hours straight!! And it was cool and windy outside. My car interior looks and smells new! Thank you! Definitely recommend!
