Triple 5's for Travis! Travis did an amazing job on my BMW X6. The car had been sitting for a while before I bought it. It definitely needed some TLC. Looked good from afar but could see the swirls small scratches, plently of dust, a few small defects (including some spots that settle into the paint) and lots of leaves in the grill (all gone!). Travis also added a ceramic coating and the results are amazing. It's better than showroom! He is very detailed and is an absolute expert. Oh, and to top it off, his wife is a Chiefs fan! Customer service is dead here, fees on fees, no one ever at the front counter & everyone seems to hate their job. Service/quality does not match pricing at all. Paid for their top tier service which, neither the floors, dash, windows or door James were even touched. Also the fees that were charged was an additional $10 because the car was equipped with a hatch. Just because it has a hatch does not classify the car as an SUV. Good practice is to wrap the fees into the service not force your clients to pay cash with the threat of fees. Everyone everywhere pays transaction fees not just here. Have been coming here for years and it should not be this poor of quality. Not to mention when my wife came to get the car they tried to make her pay for the service again.

My vehicle was poorly detailed and there was dirty and dust all over the interior. I don’t expect perfection but the interior doesn’t even look like it was wiped down and I had to brush dust off my seat. The backend was still wet and my wheels looked like no effort was put in to shining them. I should have just done it at home. They have cleaned my vehicle once before and I thought maybe it was an off day when they did a poor job last time, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went there again. I will not be returning. It doesn’t help that the man at the front desk told me to that the tips were split amongst all of the workers instead of just to the men detailing the car.

Mark’s service is above and beyond. This was truly a spectacular experience. From the thorough conversations, to the quality of the work, reasonable pricing for what you actually get (stellar service) and just being an all-around great person, I would recommend anyone and everyone. Ok, nice people, they did an ok job. They got me in right away. For spending over $200 dollars I expected more. Yes, the car needed a good cleaning. Wash, wax, shampoo the carpets. Lots of stuff missed, stains on carpet still. Looks like some wax not buffed out, door jams and cracks still partially dirty, bugs on the window still. Trunk wasn't even touched I don't think. None of the places seem to have a thorough quality control when "done".

Amazingly good detailing work done here. It's a family business out of their garage, but it's literally as top notch work as it gets. Car looked better than when I bought it after they were done. Also Chris, who I believe is the owner, was very nice and sent tons of progress pictures which was really nice. Price was around $600 out the door for around 4-5 hours of work, but very well worth it. I can't describe how good of a job they did, so I'll add some photos of how it looks after they finished. Very highly recommended.

I went in to Make it Shine for some minor scratch repair and had an excellent experience. They cleaned the area, measured the depth of the scratches and then removed the scratches under the light tunnel with the proper products. They also offered for me to double check to make sure nothing was missed and made any adjustments and removals as needed. Donna was also very nice and welcoming on the phone and charged a very fair price. Thank you!

SIMPLY THE WORST SERVICE, EVER! Go anywhere else if you want professional results. Everyone I showed my vehicle to was SHOCKED that, "14 years of combined experience" could look so AWFUL! (Website) The pictures say it all! Only 2 pieces of tint resulted in 10+ MAJOR errors, some of which I are not pictured. How anyone could put thier name on that job is truly beyond me. NO pride in work, 0%. The edges of the tint were severly wrinkled, creased, or not laid down at all. The center was warped and damaged. A light gap and bubbles were on the rollup. Very POOR application! Avoid Cavvit(IN)complete AT ALL COSTS!

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars if Google would let me. Sergio was incredibly responsive, friendly and was able to get my car in quickly - which was very helpful given the need for immediate attention with the water damage from the recent flood. He even drove me home after I dropped my car off. While my car was there, he provided me with daily updates and FaceTime'd me on the first day to show me the damage and discuss remedies. Upon return, the car was absolutely spotless. You truly don't get this type of high-touch customer service much anymore these days, so when you find it, it's worth holding onto. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone I can their way. There's a reason they only have 5 star reviews. Thanks again for all your help D.A.D.S!

Been coming here for years for quick washes. The level of service has steadily declined while the prices have continued to rise. That’s life and not uncommon and I was just getting quick exterior washes, so it wasn’t a big deal. Today I came in to get my wife’s car a mini detail. With tip and taxes, it came to just shy of $200. When I came to pickup the car, disappointed would be a drastic understatement. Without even looking closely, you could see issues all over the car -major streaks on almost every window, strips where they didn’t even wipe off the wax, bugs all over the front of the car, etc., etc. The car had literally looked better following a quick $20 wash. I pointed out a bunch of the issues (can’t believe I even had to point them out!) and they said they’d clean it up if I could wait 20 minutes. When they said the car was ready, I went out and there was still a bunch of obvious issues. At that point I told them I’d just clean it up myself and left. I’ll probably still get quick washes here because I don’t expect much service there, but I would NEVER go to Mike’s for any kind of detail service. They should be embarrassed to refer to that as even a mini-detail. Now I get to go grab some towels and clean the car I just spent $200 to have cleaned.

Amazing detail job! I took in my Subaru forester that was an absolute mess with dirt and micro scratches all over the outside and dog hair, food scraps, and other junk on the inside. Belshe spent hours cleaning out every little nook and cranny in the car to make it look brand new! The outside was so fresh and shiny after some much needed washing and waxing. 5/5 stars easily.

I recently brought two cars and spent $100, expecting a thorough and professional cleaning. Unfortunately, the results fell far short of my expectations. Both vehicles still had dirt, streaks on the windows, and spots on the exterior. The interiors were barely cleaned, with dust and debris left behind in the crevices and cupholders. To their credit, the manager did try to address my concerns when I pointed them out. They had a staff member go over some of the missed areas again, but the effort just wasn’t enough to justify the price I paid. Despite their willingness to help, the final result still felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail I expected for $100. I appreciate the manager’s attempt to make things right, but the overall experience left me disappointed. For the amount charged, I believe customers deserve a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. One of the workers was extremely rude extremely unprofessional one of the other managers was unprofessional. Also, he really wasn’t caring about my concern. I give all the credit to the manager with the glasses curly hair. He did try to fix the issue unfortunately, it started off wrong..I would like a full refund. The service was not provided the other vehicle 2024. They left the math super wet and I don’t even want to start with that vehicle a Different story. Nobody was rude to your staff. Your staff was rude to me first of all, and you are so rude all your reviews. You can’t take any accountability. This won’t be the last you hear of me. Let me just tell you that right now I am not one and I met the trash. I was actually cleaning out the trash. My vehicle was not as bad. I had a bit of trash and that’s what I apologize for and they left the trash to the side and that’s OK. My vehicle was not disgusting. you have a disgusting attitude. and this won’t be the last of me. you should be more respectful to customers, and you should be more respectful and accountable on answering these reviews. I am not the only one on here.

I only came here to try this spot because I got a coupon in the mail (39$ wash for half off) and I gotta say the sheer laziness is astounding. I can see that management responded to a few reviews below saying that people need to pay for a higher level of detail than $40 to have a desired outcome. That’s complete BS…..as you can see from the photos the tires are not clean, interior wasn’t wiped down, etc. What a waste of my time. I’ll be sticking to my regular spot and Glendale that charges $22 and my car is 5x cleaner than this. editing review so I can respond: the response from the owner tells you everything you need to know about this business. saying I didn't understand the product? Dusting is included in this wash, sounds like you nor your employees understand the meaning of dusting. My interior wasn't cleaned at all lol the exterior wash must not also include washing the back of the car or the tires. Thanks for your sarcastic response though :)

Whatever you do, DO NOT go here for window tinting! Sells lifetime warranty tint, then does completely shotty work and won’t honor his warranty. Also scratched the hell out of my other vehicle when he was tinting it and tried to say it was there already when I had just bought the car 2 days before. Joseph is the biggest shady business person I’ve ever dealt with. If you want good tint done, highly recommend going somewhere else that will actually honor the work they do. This guy is a total joke and calls himself the tint king. HA! What a joke. Let me add to this that I already took the vehicle in to have it looked at and was greeted with a very nasty attitude by Joseph’s wife, and then Joseph proceeded to give attitude when he went to look and told me he didn’t care if I had the warranty card, he WAS NOT going to replace the tint. I will NEVER go back there and will shout from the rooftops that he is a terrible shady business person. You can say that you’ve never had issues in over 16 years, yet the reviews speak for themselves that you are shady and refuse to provide good customer service. There are multiple reviews stating the same exact issue and referencing the same response from you. You refuse to take criticism for your terrible level of work. No thank you, I will gladly take my business to reputable tint shops who actually do guarantee their work and warranties.

Nice carwash. Decent prices. The vacuums work well. I've been to other car washes that have damp towels to use for wiping down the interior of the car and I've come to really enjoy those and wish this carwash had them too since this one is closer to my house. This place does have tons of vacuums which is great.

A really easy service to use. Their high powered vacuums are awesome and way better than my little shop vac. Bring a spare towel if you like to get all the water drops off of your car and out of the door jams, license plate, mirrors and door handles. They have excellent customer service and amazing value. I've been A customer for about 15 years and the car washes are always good. I would recommend getting new mat cleaners in the main area and down by the exit area. Sometimes they are working, sometimes they're not. Having new mat cleaners with two being in the main area and also at the exit area would be ideal.

The employees are helpful and professional. I think the actual carwash needs maintainance. The last few times I've taken my car through it there have been streaks and soap spots left on it. Paid for the top of the line wash, which was $22. After drying the car myself at home because the dryer didn't work, (less than .5mi from location) i noticed the wash didn't even take the water spots off my sunroof, windshield, or back wondow. It left streaking on the hood and trunk lid and did not clean the bug residue off the front bumper. I'm going to wash at home today, I have my fingers crossed that the Si02 sealant they use didn't seal in the water spots, streaks, and bug residue.
