I got my car used and I thought for sure the center console was gray. Nope. It's black. I've detailed it myself and never gotten it back to this color. I also had a terrible mess in the trunk - I had picked up some bottles of cleaning vinegar during the pandemic that got left in the trunk, where they rolled around and knocked over my container of road salt. Then when they froze and leaked over the winter it all congealed into a collection of rock hard stalagmites just growing in my trunk. They're all gone now. 😁 I have my trunk back.

I wish I took before pictures! My car’s interior was embarrassing with how grimy it was from 2 kids spilling every substance known to man in the backseat. Suckers…yogurt…goldfish crumbs…melted crayons…coffee, you name it. (Okay, the coffee stains were mine) I am embarrassed no longer! This car is pristine! I’m so happy that I asked my husband for this for Mother’s Day! I’m telling everybody and I may even volunteer to carpool for school (jk, I’m not even sure if MY kids are allowed back in here) I included a picture of a clean, stainless passenger seat. Again, sorry I didn’t take before pictures, but it was awful.

I went to have the headlights cleaned and when I got there I had my doubts, however, when they had finished I had no doubts at all, they are absloutely the best headlights cleaning I have ever had on the car! They were so reasonably priced I will most definetely bring the car back for more of the many other services they offer. I am so amazed at how great my headlights, it is impossible to thank the wonderful, friendly people enough for the amazing job they did.

I have been a return customer for over 10 years and Tim is the best! I have never had to wait months for an appointment, and he can usually get my car done within the week. I can't say enough about the care and quality that Tim takes with each detail. He pays attention to all the small cracks and crevices, you probably didn't even know you had. LOL 🤣 But he can also tackle the worst of anything. I am a smoker and have pets, so my vehicles get really bad, but a few hours with Tim and they look AND smell brand new! Worth every penny every time. You can go to a dealership, but you will pay twice as much for half the work. Tim takes pride in his work and never skimps on his cleaners, chemicals, or effort. If you want your clear coat and paint to be destroyed, I would definitely recommend this car wash. I know that touch car washes have a tendency to leave little swirls but the last time I went it completely messed up my clear coat and left deep scratches on both sides of my truck from the front to the back. Went back and talked a manager and he said there wasn't anything they could do for me. I instantly canceled my membership. I will never go to them again and I suggest none of you go either.

I have been to many Mister Car washes and all of them are very clean, with strong suction on their vacuums. I frequently visit the one in Pueblo, CO off of Elizabeth and the meet the standards (above average) of an establishment that I am proud to visit.

Great Carwash! Inexpensive especially if your like myself and wash your car daily. We use the monthly membership. The provide microfiber cloths for drying, free vacuums, and staff is always friendly and helpful. Also, I am particularly glad that when I ask for NO BRUSH before entering they are always polite about it 😃

We were very disappointed with our first time here at Alpha Auto Detail. We got both interior an exterior and was charged $188 it took them over 5 hrs to finished the our van and I understand that the carpet was hard to get some of the spots off but they didn't even whip down the seats or the Cup holders. They told me about the carpet was hard to get some of the spot clean but nothing about the seats and cup holders. In between the seats was still very dirty I can still see the dirty it is like they wasn't even trying at all. The interior ceiling wasn't even shampoo or whip down either. I called and left a message about it and no it is been 2 days and no one call me back about it. I will never go here again wasted of money for their cleaning 😒 $188 for WHAT?

Since I have been coming to turbo tide my vehicles look newer and cleaner than other car washes. Being I live on a dirt road this car wash as a portion to clean under my vehicles which does a great job. The prices are pretty reasonable and worth it. The staff are also very welcoming and informational. I highly recommend this car wash.

Been going for over a year and every time I stop by the staff is always friendly and waving. Car wash is pretty good and does a great job of cleaning. I have tested going in 2 times in a row and it worked so it is unlimited. Road trips are also great because we can wash our cars in the other states that they have a mister and you don't need anything special just drive through like normal.

Used to be a good place with good service but it’s terrible now. I was absolutely abused my an employee and promised a call from the general manager (local managers were good). Never happened. This was at the Elizabeth location. Go to the south side location today and didn’t get my car clean, I’m told it’s not our policy to re wash but we will this one time, but you just need to get a membership. Why would I get a membership if it doesn’t even clean my car. Last straw here. I’ll be going to a different company from now on. (Sharon, not Jim )

If you advertise inside & out then it should be just that. They weren't able to get out seat stains. There was gunk/crayon left over in the cupholder & door handle. They charged extra for pet hair & there was still pet hair. There was still dirt around the inside of the door. They cleaned the windows with armour all. It took 5+ hours.

Normally was a good car wash..spent 5 bucks on a 5 minute light rinse... wanted to wash my car with soap but the soap wasn't coming out water pressure was lighter than my shower and the timer was super fast so I basically wasted my money..wont go here again

I only used the car wash, not the vacuums. Pros: Easy to get to. Decent water pressure, but not so high it would damage paint. Not stingy with soap. Pavement is tilted so the water runs away from your feet while you work. Everything worked. Cons: won't take prepaid Visa card with a PIN, no number pad at at all the credit card reader. Won't take bills of any sort, or any coins except quarters. 2 minutes is not 2 minutes (I know, it IS a self serve car wash after all). It takes at least 30 seconds for it to switch settings, which eats into your precious time and quarters. They use a pretty serious blue dye in their soap. When I got home it wouldn't rinse off with water, I had to scrub it with dish soap and my thumbnail is still tinted. Don't wear your nice jeans.
