They got me in the next day and with white glove service they picked up and dropped off my vehicle; they cleaned and worked on it at their shop. Carlos did all the detail work and it is perfectly clean! I am blown away by how amazing it looks. It hasn't been this clean since we purchased it new 6 yrs ago. We had a scratch that they buffed out and cleaned. 🥰 My partner gets home tomorrow and I can't wait to surprise him!

Update: I had Jon back out to clean the exterior of my car & it was absolutely worth it. My car looks phenomenal inside & out, despite the snow! I have never seen the outside of my car so shiny, it looks brand new! Jon came out & detailed the inside of my car as well as replaced a part in my car for me. He was extremely careful with his work & spent time cleaning in every crevice & the inside of my car looks brand new. Robert provided clear and thorough communication, and took all the time my husband and I needed to answer our questions and explain the detailing process. My white Audi had a few noticeable scratches in the back from a garage door encounter. Brought it in to Colorado custom detailing and met with Robert. Within a few min they were able to buff and polish the scratches out to the point where I can barely notice one. This saved me a lot of money and time and I am very happy with the results! I bought an interior service on Groupon and when I got there I was told it was an exterior and I know it wasn’t so I had to buy another service for an interior cleaning. They wouldn’t budge on that. They did a great job. I was in a bind because I had the day scheduled. Just went to schedule for an exterior cleaning(which was an interior cleaning) to use that Groupon I bought originally and it expired. I guess two deaths in a family in a matter of 7 months doesn’t matter? Haven’t been able to use it because having to travel for that. Guess I have to buy another one? Won’t budge?

OK. He got me in on only a 1 day notice and the detail was $115. He was friendly and accommodating. However My seats are still stained, to be fair they where heavily soiled, and the attention to detail is not what I had expected. The back seat cupholders are still dirty, not the best vacuum job and the inside of my windshield has residue that made it hard to see driving home at night.

I am not really happy with their wash. My front grill, wheel wells, and wheels are not getting cleaned even after going through twice. 12/20/24 Update I feel nothing has really changed. I usually have to go through it twice. Now I have a new car and it's not getting dried at all and the rear cloth brushes are not getting the back cleaned at all.

I would love to actually try this car wash but the last two times I have gone it was closed. I showed up during business hours and decent temperatures. The dude tonight even had the courtesy to begin closing the garage on me while I was paying. That was at 6:08 PM which is 52 minutes before close. Work ethic is a lost art these days and this car wash appears to be following that ideology. I will go elsewhere.

I recently had Mike ceramic coat my new 2023 F150 Tremor. I really had no expectations as this was my first time doing this. I was absolutely blown away at the results. The truck looked better than the day I bought it. The color is amazing, the paint is so clear and crisp. I am very particular about my vehicles and who I am comfortable trusting to work on them. Mike can work on my cars any day! I cannot recommend Proper Image more if you are looking to get your car ceramic coated or even detailed. You will not be disappointed!

Disappointing Experience at Take 5 Car Wash in Parker. I was initially impressed with the amenities offered at Take 5 Car Wash in Parker, but my experience quickly turned sour. Unfortunately, my compact SUV sustained significant scratches and dents on both sides during the wash. The damage is quite noticeable, as evidenced by the attached photos. While I appreciate the convenience of a drive-through car wash, I cannot recommend Take 5 to others based on my experience. It's disheartening to see my vehicle damaged after a simple car wash. I hope that the management at Take 5 will take this issue seriously and consider compensating me for the damages.

The car wash locations are convenient. I like the vacuums and cleaning solution they provide. However, the black tire cleaner they spray on "the tires" sprays all over my car as well. I end up having black splatter all over my white car. It's very difficult to get rid of. It's been going on for years. I can't figure out why they haven't fixed this problem. The last time I went, the car next to me spent most of their time trying to scrub off the splatter. It's very frustrating.

Friendly service with a smile. I absolutely love the premium wash and the great deal on unlimited washes. Keep in mind this is not touchless so don't take your ceramic wrapped vehicles through. Rain X is used and your entire vehicle is left with a glossy shine including your wheels and tires when purchasing the premium wash which also cleans your under carriage. Don't forget to take advantage of free vacuums, window spray and rags to dry and clean your interior.

They were supposed to call me back about an under glow kit. Management is poor at this store. While my car was there, somebody wrote on the hood with their finger and scratched the paint. I asked them to be careful because the car had a little bit of dust on it. So they write in the dust with their finger. My car was not in a bay. It was outside in front of Car Toys to have the work done. Also not cool. Nobody likes to have their car FF’d. My installer was really good. If it weren’t for him, I would not have gotten the camera installed at all! He gets five stars, along with the other installer working on the Mercedes. However, I did not get the camera that I purchased from management. They didn’t tell me till they installed the new one that the plan had changed completely, then blew me off for the under glow kit. Not happy with this Car Toys at all. I was told I would receive a phone call in a week. I never got one. Like I said the one positive thing about it was the guy that installed the camera. He had skills. There was another installer that was working on a Mercedes. He was also really nice. If I had to deal with just those two gentlemen, it would’ve been a great experience. Edit: After the repair, my methanol, which was in the area of the wiring for the camera started to leak…. They have not contacted me about this review, so obviously they don’t care! Also take a look at my other reviews. I do not normally give negative reviews. Super disappointed. My Beetle G is world famous. He is no slouch. We deserved better.

Look at that Emerald Green Metallic SHINE, BABY! I've had great experiences with ceramic coatings on past vehicles. So when I picked up my new Cadillac XT6, I knew I wanted to get the paint protected. I actually just took a chance with Sigma Kore. Saw their ads read the reviews and decided to give them a shot. Their initial proposals, contact for an appointment and scheduling were all very easy and not pushy, just friendly. I'm terrible with names, but everyone I spoke with or texted, emailed with were very helpful and friendly. I only had my XT6 for a week, so there weren't any paint issues. Well, one small scratch from transport. But Sigma Kore was able to polish that out, polish the entire vehicle and put on the ceramic coating that really brought out the metallic green paint! Man it shines! Sigma Kore did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a ceramic paint coating.

This is an amazing service!! My car was a complete mess! I come from a long line of car industry professionals and this is the first service I have used that made me confident in skills and knowledge of the service. The service provider not only spent hours getting my vehicle in tip top shape (at a great price for the quality!!), he shared his extensive knowledge on car upkeep and went through everything he did to my vehicle. As a longtime customer for over 12 years, I have accumulated a great deal of experience and understanding of your services. However, I was disappointed with my recent experience. I paid $62 for a service that did not live up to my expectations in terms of the quality of the cleaning. Additionally, the 5-day warranty does not fully accommodate working professionals like myself who can only address these matters on weekends. As a result, I am inclined to seek a better service provider.

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars if Google would let me. Sergio was incredibly responsive, friendly and was able to get my car in quickly - which was very helpful given the need for immediate attention with the water damage from the recent flood. He even drove me home after I dropped my car off. While my car was there, he provided me with daily updates and FaceTime'd me on the first day to show me the damage and discuss remedies. Upon return, the car was absolutely spotless. You truly don't get this type of high-touch customer service much anymore these days, so when you find it, it's worth holding onto. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone I can their way. There's a reason they only have 5 star reviews. Thanks again for all your help D.A.D.S!

My experience started out looking for ceramic coating and thankfully Front Range Detail came up. It has the most 5 star reviews and I am another 5 star for them. The 1st thing that stood out to me was when we did the walk around my vehicle, they didn't tet to up sell me, they actually told me what I wanted was going to take more long term, cost more, and become a maintenance issue. My clear coat had scratches, swirls, bubbles, and many other blemishes. They explained that my car was too new to polish all the clear coat away. It needed a gentle polish, ceramic coating and PPF film. They sent me photos everyday. I jokingly call them proof of life, but it was everyday, even Saturday. It was absolutely v.i.p. treatment. My paint looks soo deep now and when I look at my car all I see is shine. They spent a lot of time on me with progress updates and on my car with top notch quality work. If you know someone who is difficult to shop for, get them this treatment and final fantastic level of vehicle shine.........It made my holidays.

On Point!!! Communication, Quality, Customer Service... All 5 star. I needed to get my truck ready to sell asap. I was wanting the full package, all the stuff. Dirty truck thats seen some miles and some roads. Honesty! They told me that I didn't need all the extras and gave me a detailed explanation and a package that would suffice for a great price.
