Incredibly disappointed in the professionalism of this business. Prior to my most recent detailing service, I had been quite pleased with the car wash services I’ve received. When I picked up my car after a complete detail on 8/22/24, I noticed a new chip and crack spanning across the bottom half of my windshield. When I approached the detailing staff about the new crack, I was quickly told by multiple staff that even though the chip and crack occurred on their property, the crack was essentially my fault. The next morning I received a call from the manager, Alvero, who was also defensive, curt, and uncompassionate. He reiterated that despite the chip and crack occurring on their property and during their detailing services, they would not be taking responsibility. Since Jazz Car Wash will not be taking accountability, helping in the resolution of my newly cracked windshield, or act apologetically for this incidence, I asked how this company was going to take measures to help prevent this from happening to future customers. Alvero stated that he has seen this happen before and he cannot tell every customer that windshields can crack as a result of water, heat, and sitting in the sun and that it is the responsibility of the customer to get things fixed on their own cars. Proceed with caution when working with this company; if anything were to go wrong, they will shift the blame onto you and avoid addressing the issue in a fair, ethical, or courteous manner.

JP is the best car detailer I have ever used. He resurrected the old, faded single stage paint on my 1970 Porsche 911 and turned it into a mirror shine. He even came over a couple weeks before the appointment to evaluate the car so we could strategize on how to best tackle the project. He is conscientious, knowledgeable and great to chat with. Most of all he does superb work. I couldn’t recommend JP highly enough!

AMAZED !!! JP didn’t know the level of attention that I would use to critique his work when he told me that my vehicle would look showroom ready. I was completely shocked at how nice my car looked when he got done. To start with, he was very professional, patient, and listened intently to the areas of concern that I pointed out to him. For some reason, I thought he would be done in about an hour and was amazed by his willingness to take the time to pay attention to the little things, as well as the obvious things that most people would notice. It’s obvious to me that he is committed to providing the highest of quality service and ensuring that I was satisfied with the work that he had done. JP is obviously technically talented to make my old Jeep look this good, but he is also punctual, very courteous, and communicated well throughout the process. I shopped around for prices before calling JP. He wasn’t the cheapest, but he was very competitive and landed at the lower end of the price scale. I’m looking forward to having him take care of my other car as soon as he can fit me into his busy schedule. I’m confident that you will be as satisfied, if not more so, then I am with the quality of his work. Call him, if you want it done right.

Terry did a complete interior and exterior detail done on my car and I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only was the big stuff done and done well, but he took the time to clean and dress my mudflaps, floor liners, and exhaust tips. The Glare sealant looks superb as does the interior. I've been taking our family vehicles to Terry for 15 years, approximately 4-5 cars per year. The results are always outstanding. Our family members often request a Detail King service for their birthdays, gifts, and new vehicles . I recently purchased a new truck and asked the dealer to NOT prep that vehicle because I wanted Terry to be the first to touch it. Detail King is not cheap, but it's worth the price. Our vehicles have consistently brought top dollar at resale time. I'm positive our annual (sometimes twice) trips to Detail King helped them retain their value.

Best place ever! I called around to six other places and this was the cheapest one. It was like having a brand new car after the clean. They even got this paint stuff that's been stuck on my exterior forever. Genuinely my card could have not been more clean every single inch of it. Could not recommend this place enough but I think the fact that this plays only has five stars it speaks for itself. Go here if you're going to get your car detailed.

I have taken three vehicles over to Deep Sea detailing, and each time the car is returned very nice and clean. I took my dog everywhere in my Altima & when my dog past, there was a lot of dog hair. I scheduled a cleaning, when I took over to Jose, he told me not to worry. When I picked up my car, it was Super clean, interior & in trunk. Smelled like a fresh new car. Before the cleaning there was not a problem with speakers, now there is a rattle, which is odd. I will continue working with Jose @ Deep Sea Detailing, they are all great detailers.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Would look at the yelp reviews where it’s 2 stars out of 5, unlike the google reviews where the owner clearly made fake accounts to bring the stars up this place is horrible all they do is lie. The owner is so uneducated she can’t even reply with correct words or spelling. But what happened was first time coming here went in for a simple car wash. The employees do not know how to drive stick burned the clutch and killed the car pulling it into the tunnel. After all that it came out with the mirror broken completely in half. They said they would pay for the part not labor. But after giving the receipt like they asked for they still would not pay up. Said the receipt was fake even though they verified with the auto shop that ordered the mirror and put it on. They were so rude to my mechanic that they had to hang up on them. Horrible place all and all do not go!!! UPDATE: Auto nation is where we got quoted for a new mirror on the day of this incident never got work done there and they knew this while posting this review. Do not trust these people they are liars and thieves. They never ordered a part because they never knew the vin number or year of the vehicle. They also had two receipts of the three we sent them printed off and ready when we got there. But at first pretended like they knew nothing of what was going on when we came in. We brought in a clear copy of the recipe signed and dated. Never trust these people like I said out there to make a quick buck not here to keep loyal customers. They will tell you to come on in to talk after they are closed as well so be very very careful of this place would not recommend. They lie and make up stories to try and get out of a quick buck they also will threaten their attorney on you over $166.00. Which was the 2nd quote and how much the part was. They neglected to mention auto nation was more. We shopped around to make it cheaper for them but they didn’t care about that. Just said it was fishy. This place is a joke car wash doesn’t clean well and everyone that works there is very unprofessional and rude. Also I am not a mechanic just to clear things up….

Michael saved me on no notice at all! I was trying to get my car detailed at the last minute before a potential buyer would be seeing it later in the evening (should not have pushed it so close). I was desperate and called the first listing I saw at 4:30. He said he’s usually by appointment but he could get me in before he closed (at 7) if I could get there quickly. He and (I’m so sorry I forgot his counterparts name) had my car that was PACKED with husky hair cleaned in two hours flat looking completely new. It was amazing. What would normally take a few hours they did extremely quickly and were SO nice. First time customer but I will definitely be back and will be referring others!! Plus his dogs are super cute. 10/10 customer service and I can’t thank him enough!!

Michael at Prestige world wide exquisite detailing went above and beyond for me. I didn’t even know it was possible for my vehicle to look so fantastic. I took my 2017 Vette to Best Car Detailing for a Premium Detail today. Heath did a tremendous job. The body work is smooth and clean after having clay bar, polish and wax treatment. The interior, wheels & tires all look new. My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Best Car Detailing, I'll definitely be going back in the future.

The service was amazing, and Erick did an excellent job. I usually clean my own truck, but since it’s 14 years old, I’ve had to accept that I can only get it so clean. I am inclined to share my review and warn absolutely anyone and everyone about the unprofessional conduct of this owner, Derek. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company not only does he not care about his customers he flat out lies straight to your face on numerous occasions has said he would be available to do the Service and almost purposely closed early. He could care less about You leaving early to make sure you get there when he advised or the cost because he felt like going home early completely dismisses what he promised. This man, Derek does not deserve any customers in any capacity do not go there. You will be highly disappointed. He Gets extremely frustrated if he has to explain anything to you or do any work! Derrick is very lazy and an Unprofessional individual. I guess the bigger issue is I tried to give him a second chance after he dismissed and went home early. The very first time I tried to give him my business. I recommended him to my brother against my better judgment. Even after he inconvenienced me for the first time to me. Derrick also told him (my brother) he would be there and left when we arrived ! He absolutely has done this before, so I know this is not the first time that he has behaved this way with customers. The fact that I gave him a third chance is beyond me! save your money, save your time, save the headache do not, give this man any business . You will be extremely frustrated!

Cheapest wash option was $20 - which is silliness, but I needed the service and was already in line, so I did it. Multiple sprayers seemed to be broken throughout, and there were still suds on my windshield when I reached the dryers - which also didn’t work efficiently. My car is still dirty - especially the back (see photo) - and the parts that got “clean” have water streaks and sud residue (see view from my drivers side window) Don’t waste your money here.

Color me impressed. I've never had any form of detailing done before, and was sure that the giant coffee stain on my white seats would be there forever. Bryant somehow managed to get it out in addition to making the car look brand new again, so I'm honestly super happy with the results. Evan is a very personable guy and takes pride in his work. His knowledge of PPFs and window tinting was evident as he walked me through the options that would work best for my needs and budget. The entire experience was positive. I am so pleased with the outcome. The seams on the PPF have been meticuliously matched-almost invisible to the untrained eye and the tinting on the windows is perfect as well.

A81 has magic up their sleeves. I took my Ram TRX to A81 for paintless dent repair and wow is all I can say! Had a large dent near the rear passenger taillight over a body line. Initially I was worried but couple hours later the dent was gone and the body line perfect. He said this was 90% back and I was bery happy with that considering its ppf'd, any additional progression the ppf would have to be removed. Highly recommended, Adan was very professional and let me even watch. I'll be taking my other vehicles to A81 for future pdr service.

Wow - my car looks better than the day I drove it off the showroom floor! I had a few dents/door dings, and the repairs were quick, affordable, and undetectable after the work. I was a bit skeptical of the ceramic process, but nearly 3 months later it is the best thing that I've ever done to my car. I had swirls and aging paint even though I always washed my car with great care here at the house. After 3 1/2 years, my car looks brand new, and washing/drying it is amazingly easy and effortless. The new carwash operator changed the setup. This is my second wash and it scuffed up my rear bumper in two spots with patterns consistent with the patterns the brushes make. Now there's a guy going around asking people to clean their rims and help dry the car. Of course, he wants a tip. Employees walked by numerous times and did nothing. The lady next to me let him dry her car off, said thanks and drove away! There have been several reports of purse snatchers and other uptick in crime all over the Denver Metro. Some businesses around here have signs up to be wary of purse snatchers. Several of the vacuums don't work on one side but there are no signs. Never had these problems with Metro. Hope the new management addresses these issues and does something more effective than a sign for the cut through traffic.

Dream Rides Detailing is top notch! I recently had my vehicle stolen but recovered a week later. The thieves absolutely TRASHED the inside of my vehicle, but my biggest complaint was the cigarette smoke smell that I just could NOT get rid of! Todd detailed the heck out of the interior and then used his specialized “ozone” treatment to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell. I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars if Google would let me. Sergio was incredibly responsive, friendly and was able to get my car in quickly - which was very helpful given the need for immediate attention with the water damage from the recent flood. He even drove me home after I dropped my car off. While my car was there, he provided me with daily updates and FaceTime'd me on the first day to show me the damage and discuss remedies. Upon return, the car was absolutely spotless. You truly don't get this type of high-touch customer service much anymore these days, so when you find it, it's worth holding onto. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone I can their way. There's a reason they only have 5 star reviews. Thanks again for all your help D.A.D.S!

I spoke with Eugene and he was so kind and helpful that I immediately decided to work with them. They got me in the next day and with white glove service they picked up and dropped off my vehicle; they cleaned and worked on it at their shop. I highly recommend Splash Mobile, they did a wonderful job! My car was a total mess due to a move, dogs in and out of the car after hiking, and living in the country. Best spot free... And let me tell you, when it comes to bug remover, this place is KING! I never have to touch a brush and scratch my glorious trucks. The washing chemicals are perfectly balanced to get the nastiest of bugs off, and the spot free rinse is second to none! Clearly, this place has everything dialed in. Been coming here with my show trucks for years especially, and I never even have to wipe it down when I get home. Side note, these are clean trucks, not oily disgusting POS on wheels. I make sure not to get grease and oil contaminants here, I like this place too much to do that...
