Took car in to get windows tinted, was quoted $250 for all windows which I thought was a good deal. After picking up the car the first time every single window had contamination under the film, and I was able to tell immediately even before the film cured. I took the car back the next week to get redone and while it is better there is still contamination in several places and the driver's door isn't even cut properly. These photos are from the SECOND time I had to bring the car back. Waste of my time and money.

Did an online search and contacted a few places. Toney was prompt in responding and reasonable in pricing. I forgot to take before pictures, but my Vue is 10 years old and while I'm the only owner, it showed some areas of obvious use. It looks amazing and I'll definitely recommend Official Colorado Detailing. Had the interior, exterior, and headlights done. Holy cow. It practically looks brand new! I feel very confident that if I WANTED to sell it, it would sell quicker and at a slightly higher price with the work Toney and Marcus did. So I will tell you that Neal is the best at what he does. He was the one that cleaned my new car and used the clay bar treatment. He buffed and polished some of these very worrysome scratches out that happened when something hit the hood while driving in high wind. After all that work he laid down the best ceramic coating there is on the market. I did my research and found the products he uses are the best out there. Now my ride looks like the most clean and shiny ride out there... even after it rains and gets dirty, it still outshines every other black car out there. I will always continue to take my car to him so he can fix anything I'm worried about. Now I never need to worry about the sun's uv rays damaging my clear coat. The whole reason I wanted him to get my ceramic coating done was to protect my paint and clear coat from fading and getting damaged by the sun. I had just bought a new BMW X7 and paid extra for the ceramic coating thinking my car was protected from the elements for 7 years. Within a week I was told by several respected sources that the treatment put on my car wasn’t what a true ceramic coating should look or feel like. Found these guys on market place and left a message about getting my new Silverado ceramic coated. I received a message back from Conner within minutes and we set up a time to meet at his shop and go over details. We made a appointment to have the work done and when I picked up my truck I was more than happy with these fellows work, truck looks awesome. Wow, wish we would have read the reviews first. Casey’s Auto Detailing is lacking in the basics of cleaning a car interior. Requested the pristine interior detail cleaning for $250. Yep, that’s a lot of money and you expect quality work. Unfortunately they were not capable. The owner suggested we go elsewhere. That’s after he gave a 30% discount and attempted to clean a second time. Mind you, they had the car ALL DAY. It’s a Camaro and not even that big. My daughter sent me the photos which speak volumes. It’s dirty still. The owner is even a former CSU RAM taking advantage of a college student. QUITE DESPICABLE IN MY BOOK. Wants to rest on the laurels that they are a small family owned business, giving back to the community. How about just do quality work as you advertise? Be a business of integrity and stand behind your workmanship. UPDATE: Nothing malicious here. Check your records, I paid for the service and certainly can comment on service received. I recently got a detail from Dave for my 4runner. Just a brief background on my car. I take this car outdoors all the time with my american bulldog. She has these needle-like hairs that weave into the fabric of my interior and its super frustrating to get out. Terrible all around. Worst car wash I have ever gotten- even compared to express places. As far as I could tell they did not even touch the inside of my car (see pictures)- they simple did an exterior wash to an already clean exterior. I could have saved half a day and a bunch of money and gotten the equivalent service at the touchless wash at the gas station. It was a complete pain to interact with and schedule the appointment as well- they forced me to put down a $75 ‘deposit’ on credit card to schedule the appointment (in addition to the already paid charge for the actual service), and conveniently failed to refund the ‘deposit’ at the completion of the service as was promised. I had to call and tell them to refund my deposit, which they said they would. Of course they did not, even after a second call, and I have had to contest the with my Credit Card. Total scam. Needless to say I’ll never be back.

I cannot recommend Shine Squad enough! They were extremely responsive via text (which is the easiest way for me to communicate) and got me on the schedule quickly! Their mobile detailing service was amazing, not only for the convenience, but because of how well they did! It was the first time my EV had a clean since purchasing it and I had just gone on a road trip, but all of the highway bugs and dust were gone and it looked better than when I had picked up my car from the dealership! I was worried about going through an automatic car wash with an EV after reading horror stories, and it’s safe to say, I don’t have to worry about taking that risk now that I’ve found Shine Squad! **Updated June 2023** I wanted to get my 2020 Mercedes E63s fully detailed and add ppf. Once again the crew over at Show Shine Detail did an unbelievable job! The detail is phenomenal. I've had plenty of details on numberous vehicles and this is by far the best. I highly recommend them for whatever car service you may need. I picked up a Range Rover Sport that was not detailed by the dealership it came from and was in desperate need of an interior deep clean. I definitely chose the right place, as the results were more than I was expecting. The inside looks brand new and the seats look bright and alive again. It smells fresh and new as it should. I haven't found a detail shop like this in a very long time. This will be the only place that details, tints, and paint corrects my vehicles. They are very thorough with their work and also very humbling to make sure the job was met at the highest level. Thank you for you guys hard work!

I was given 3 different prices. I would suggest get in writing the exact details of what is to be done and the exact cost. Lacking in customer service and shows defensiveness no matter what is pointed out. I would say it was 1/3 of full details from the past at another place. Windows smudged, Top of seat clean but can see where it wasn’t around the front of the seat. Looked like the dash was wiped off but no shine or conditioning.Only 1/2 of the headlight covers were cleared after I had pointed them out before I left, only to hear that that would have been an extra $50. Why would I pay $345 and not want that included? Then when I called to say I would get my car after hours I was then told the price was $395. I had cleaned my CRV myself the weekend before but was excited to get it detailed. I was so disappointed when on my way to work the next morning I brought it to show Jerrell only to receive his bad attitude saying I could leave it now but maybe not after I got off work. No thank you. I hate giving a bad review because I know so many people are just trying to make an honest living and feed their family, but then I felt bad for it to happen to someone else. Maybe if you do get everything in writing you’ll have better luck.

Matt did an amazing job!! The day of our appointment it was 0○ outside so he came to my home, picked up my vehicle and drove it to his shop so we didn't have to reschedule. He took his time going over all areas with care and concern and was VERY detail oriented with everything. He live streamed the cleaning , which was great so that I could pop in and see about progress as well as ask questions. When he returned my car he added 5 gallons of premium to the tank. I contacted this company to get a quote for detailing a car I had just purchased, explaining that it was VERY dirty and had hair inside. I was quoted $260 for the job, and I assumed this price would cover everything I had mentioned on the phone. I didn’t expect a full deep clean unless I specifically requested that service, which I didn’t think I had. While booking online, I answered “yes” to the options for excessive buildup and hair in the car, thinking I was just providing details about the car’s condition, not adding extra services that would change the base price. During our initial conversation, the $260 was never clarified as just a base price or that additional charges would be added based on the car’s condition. This led to a major miscommunication that could have been avoided if the details had been explained upfront—either during the phone call or by showing price adjustments on the website when selecting those options. Better communication is needed, and the price increase could have been mentioned when the car was picked up and its condition was assessed. In the end, I was charged $260 as the base price, plus an extra $70 for “hair and fur removal” and $140 for “shampoo and extraction,” which starts at $70 according to the website. This brought the total to $470—far above my initial budget. That said, the service did have positives. The owner sent frequent progress pictures and maintained communication, which was reassuring since they picked up and drove off with my car. The cleaning itself was good, though they missed cleaning the center console.

My car was damaged on all four sides today. Unfortunately when I went to get my car washed today my car came out with scuffs and scratches on all four sides. This includes a two foot long scuff on the passenger side where paint was stripped right off. The folks there were nice about filling out a claim for me and I know they are just doing their jobs, but ultimately I was offered "one free carwash" for the damage. This feels like a completely unacceptable response for what my car looks like now. I would have expected Breeze Thru to make this right and help me to make the appropriate repairs.

Came on a thursday afternoon and while there were lines of people waiting to pay their high prices to wash their cars, they're racking in money, but the garbage cans for the vacuums were all full and overflowing. Cany use some of that money to keep your trash cans usable? Previously, I paid for the $10 wash and my vehicle looks slightly cleaner (not like it was just cleaned) BUT with obviously more scratches than it had before. I should have followed my gut when I read their caution sign that the machines can pretty much damage your car and it's not their fault. Then I read the reviews and apparently their machines scratch A LOT of cars. I usually manually wash my car at a different place in town and didn't feel like it today, spent a few dollars more than I do cleaning myself hoping it would be worth it...but I will not be returning here for a car wash ever again. I can't believe I paid $10 to have my car damaged. So mad. Edit: I emailed them like their response requested and heard nothing back. So it's just to appease google, not to actually help.

Huge shout out to Chris at NoCo Ultimate Detailing. I've anxiously been waiting to drive my truck since having the windows tinted and ceramic coating done earlier in the week. Probably didn't have to, but wanted everything to cure and harden properly. Ceramic looks great, he was even able to get the light swirls and scratches out of the paint. Water beads up nicely! Having all the windows match looks awesome on the truck and will help keep things cool inside when it heats back up. Chris was great to work with and patient as I finished up a few details on the truck before turning him and his team loose on it.
