Called Ira yesterday morning around 9 and he walked me thru my first real full detail. I'm ashamed to say I haven't been living my autos enough over the years to provide these services like I should. He got me on that afternoon. The guys he sent were amazing and work late until they had my 2017 Kia Sorrento all spiffed up as new as they could recover it, with all the rock chips. I did the full day detail service and couldn't be happier. I didn't even realize they clean the glove box and trunk areas under the mats so I missed clearing it out. They put it all nicely into a bag for me. I didn't even remember the full color of my leather until setting it. I literally opened the door and said wow! It is a lot of money but it was well worth it. Already scheduled our other car too get done as well as we're so pleased.

Motospa Car Wash in Castle Rock is a fabulous facility to go to if you want professional car washing, detailing and oil/lube service to your vehicle. The staff is highly professional and courteous, the facility is well kept, and the in and out time is pretty expedient. Also, if you get a lube service, you are given a receipt for four free car washes. How awesome is that. Personally, I have had no bad experiences compared to others who gave bad or mediocre reviews. I encourage others to come here for great service.

Horrible customer service. When it transitioned to Cobblestone it went down hill. I notified the attendant that it sometimes rips my back wiper off and he said they would bag it. Well they didn’t and it shattered the entire thing. When I went in the manager said that it’s in the disclosures that it’s not their problem. Well this was right after they took over and the first time we used it. The manager also made the comment that because my husband is a Chicago bears fan he won’t help. It has been over two months with no contact from them, they don’t answer the phones. We had to pay about $200 to get it all fixed. Will never use them again and would recommend to everyone not to as they are horrible with the customers. Go anywhere but here.

Amazing wash and great staff. They always help me and turn off the tire shine so it doesn't destroy my wheels and sling all over the side of my car. Wish they could turn it off permanently like some washes do. Bit extremely happy with the wash plus my car fits

I wanted to commend the employees at the Castle Rock Take 5 location. Specifically, Daryl, Isaac, and the gentleman who led me into the car wash with the sweet arm tattoos! Every one of these gentlemen made my day better because of their quality customer service. Daryl- he worked with me on understanding how the application works in paying for a single wash. He made it work out for me and offered me an above and beyond level of customer service. Like a good sales rep he offered the monthly specials and didn't pressure me into buying a package. Isaac- He made sure I was taken care of once I went through the car wash. He went above and beyond in his customer service as well and expected nothing in return. Finally, the gentleman with the sweet arm tattoos. I didn't catch his name but he had a smile on his face as I was entering the car wash. He led me onto the track (this is somewhat nerve-wracking for me). He resonated 'patience' as I got on the track communicating 'It's going to be okay bud' as I put it in neutral. Each one of these young men are to be commended for not only working to make a living, but doing it in a way that taught me a valuable lesson today. Being good to people feels good! I hope they felt like I felt in our interaction today. These guys are a blessing to your organization!

I generally have a solid experience here. I’ve had a couple of payment issues with their unlimited wash tag but they have been resolved immediately without fuss. Love all the free vacuums and products and towels available to clean the inside of the. Chicken and the vacuums have good suction. I recommend it for a good easy and convenient wash.

I wanted a full service detail to make my car as brand new as possible. I told him that I wanted extra care on the interior and I inquired about his equipment. He told me that he had an extractor and a steamer and drill brushes and multiple pads and multiple levels of chemicals to get the car perfect. On the day of service he showed up with spray bottles and rags and I would say he only did about 70% of the interior. The owner scheduled a time to come out and finish the job but he did not show up at the scheduled time and has since ghosted me.

Was great at selling me what he could do, but did not deliver on his promises. Over promised and under delivered. Did not complete the service package that I paid for and left me in a lurch to find someone else to complete the job. In the end I would have been better off using someone else that cost more and had a real track record and professional experience.

I spoke with Eugene and he was so kind and helpful that I immediately decided to work with them. They got me in the next day and with white glove service they picked up and dropped off my vehicle; they cleaned and worked on it at their shop. Carlos did all the detail work and it is perfectly clean! I am blown away by how amazing it looks. It hasn't been this clean since we purchased it new 6 yrs ago. We had a scratch that they buffed out and cleaned. 🥰 My partner gets home tomorrow and I can't wait to surprise him!

I highly recommend Splash Mobile, they did a wonderful job! My car was a total mess due to a move, dogs in and out of the car after hiking, and living in the country. New machines now allow you to select a certain amount but it still holds $30. Took almost a week for me to get $25 back. I’ll just wash my car elsewhere… Before the machines would only take $15. Response to owner: As customers, we understand that we are not charged more than the selected amount and that the $30 charge is a preauthorization and once the transaction clears, we are refunded. The issue is the preauthorization amount used to be $15 and now it’s $30. In the past this was supposed to be resolved where it charges us based on the actual selection.

The Rock View Car Wash is great. Everything was very tidy and operational. I thoroughly cleaned and washed my SUV for under $8. Automated car washes cost twice as much and always miss spots that end up not getting clean.
