They cleaned the area, measured the depth of the scratches and then removed the scratches under the light tunnel with the proper products. They also offered for me to double check to make sure nothing was missed and made any adjustments and removals as needed. Donna was also very nice and welcoming on the phone and charged a very fair price. Thank you!

I've been A customer for about 15 years and the car washes are always good. I would recommend getting new mat cleaners in the main area and down by the exit area. Sometimes they are working, sometimes they're not. Having new mat cleaners with two being in the main area and also at the exit area would be ideal.

The employees are helpful and professional. I think the actual carwash needs maintainance. The last few times I've taken my car through it there have been streaks and soap spots left on it. I pay a monthly fee and may go somewhere else if that continues. It didn't do that when I first started going to Take 5. Thank you.

I got an interior detail from On the Go Detailing based off the 10 great reviews.  But my experience was very different...  After the detail, my radio was left with moisture behind the LCD screen and is unusable (see picture), I'm assuming it's from the steamer he was using.  Then, I had to spend over an hour afterwards cleaning up areas he just plain missed.  The center console and glove compartment were not even touched.  And the icing on the cake was when I looked at my receipt, I noticed he charged me tax on the full $199 which is considered a service and in CO you can't charge tax on a service.  I can understand if he charged tax on $10 worth of product he used, but it was charged on the full service amount.  Lesson learned, I shouldn't of blindly trusted and checked things over before just handing my credit card and signing when he said he was done. Tried reaching him multiple times via text and phone - he won't respond.  If you do use this company, do yourself a favor and look everything over carefully and make sure your receipt looks right before signing.  Hope this review can save you the hassle and expense I'm having to deal with now.

You know what it's like to have kids and dogs, and they are extremely good at making the SUV feel messy. I’m very pleasant with the Panda Mobile Details service, they take their time and ensure everything were detailed. SIMPLY THE WORST SERVICE, EVER! Go anywhere else if you want professional results. Everyone I showed my vehicle to was SHOCKED that, "14 years of combined experience" could look so AWFUL! (Website) The pictures say it all! Only 2 pieces of tint resulted in 10+ MAJOR errors, some of which I are not pictured. How anyone could put thier name on that job is truly beyond me. NO pride in work, 0%. The edges of the tint were severly wrinkled, creased, or not laid down at all. The center was warped and damaged. A light gap and bubbles were on the rollup. Very POOR application! Avoid Cavvit(IN)complete AT ALL COSTS!

Triple 5's for Travis! Travis did an amazing job on my BMW X6. The car had been sitting for a while before I bought it. It definitely needed some TLC. Looked good from afar but could see the swirls small scratches, plently of dust, a few small defects (including some spots that settle into the paint) and lots of leaves in the grill (all gone!). Travis also added a ceramic coating and the results are amazing. It's better than showroom! He is very detailed and is an absolute expert. Oh, and to top it off, his wife is a Chiefs fan! Travis did an amazing job on our Jeep. It looks better than new. I don’t remember it being this bright blue. Truly terrible experience with this company. My windshield was cracked by this location’s car wash in September. I filled out an incident report with photos with the manager on duty at the time. He said they would not cover the damage even though it was a direct result of using their car wash. I escalated to their corporate office, and after leaving 4-5 voicemails I had no response. I submitted a “contact us” form and the poor rep had to become the only person to help me resolve the other problem. But in the end, they just referred me back to the original manager. The lack of professionalism and accountability of this company was surprising. However, after doing a quick search, Cobblestone has a track record of screwing over their customers. Denver7 has done an investigation into it as well. I hope someday they learn how to treat their customers, or you know, respond to messages people leave you. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ok, nice people, they did an ok job. They got me in right away. For spending over $200 dollars I expected more. Yes, the car needed a good cleaning. Wash, wax, shampoo the carpets. Lots of stuff missed, stains on carpet still. Looks like some wax not buffed out, door jams and cracks still partially dirty, bugs on the window still. Trunk wasn't even touched I don't think. None of the places seem to have a thorough quality control when "done".

I purchased the Premium Exterior Detail package for $399. While I was generally satisfied with the results, I found the overall attention to detail fell short of my expectations given the price point. Upon inspection, I noticed several areas that required further attention. For instance, there was buffing wheel residue left behind in certain spots, which I was able to wipe away myself. Additionally, there were noticeable water spots and areas behind the door handles that were missed entirely. Since my vehicle is brand new and didn’t require significant cleaning or paint correction, I anticipated a flawless exterior detail. I did request that the vehicle be taken back into the shop to address these concerns, which was accommodated, but I feel these issues should have been caught during the initial service. I also emphasized that I was in no rush to have the work completed, ensuring ample time for a thorough detailing process. Unfortunately I didn't notice that the areas behind the door handles were not hit until after I got home. For the price, I would rate this service a 7/10. While the outcome was satisfactory, I believe a higher level of precision and care is necessary to justify the premium cost.

I ordered wheel well guards with chrome bolts. I came in and saw a picture with black bolts, but they assured me they would order the right ones. I verbally confirmed when I ordered AND before they installed, but it still came out with black bolts. They apologized and ordered chrome bolts and said they wouldn't charge me. Then charged me $66 dollars for the bolts. When I complained, they lied and insisted it was my fault. The techs did a good job on the install, but I'll never come back because the service managers are liars.

Had a few major dings in my passenger side door from an Ice Breaker bar falling into my car in the garage. A new Rav4 TRD with not a scratch on it, but not any more. Rod did an absolute amazing job getting the door to look just like new with his Paintless Dent Repair. Now, PRD isn't cheap, but it's worth it! Karen also goes above and beyond on customer service and you are well informed. The entire staff at Precision was friendly and helpful from the time I pulled into the lot. I highly recommend! I didn't bother with "after" photos because it's back to looking new.

I took my vehicle in for hail damage repair before they changed names to classic collision. This used to be a really good shop when it was Precision Auto, but it has gone downhill this past year. They had my car for over 2 months, didn't fix what they said they would, caused new paint damage all the way to the metal in several places, killed my battery (charged my insurance for it), ruined my hybrid ECM by trying to jumpstart it wrong (charged my insurance to tow it to the dealership for replacement), didn't detail it when they were done, and were unapologetic about everything. Even tried to deny the damage they caused until they reviewed their own pics they took when we dropped it off... then all they would do is offer to give us touch up paint 😳. We know they didn't detail the car when they were done because there was overspray everywhere, the headliner they had to reinstall had hand prints all over it, and the rest of the interior and fine white residue on all the surfaces. They didn't perform some the repairs that were written up and used the company policy change as an excuse. I thought when a company was taken over the at least had to finish up prior contracted work. Do not trust the ratings they've gotten over the years because they are no longer the same quality shop.

My car looks great after its wash and interior cleaning. Everyone who works here is friendly, helpful, and they are definitely all about good customer service. I’d like to give a special thanks to the attendant who initially greeted me at the entrance of the car wash and advised me on which service to get. I don’t know their name, but they have short brown hair and a tongue piercing, if that helps management identify who I’m referring to. More importantly, this person is motivated to provide great customer service; they were so nice to work with, explained all my options, and made my experience excellent. Thank you so much!

Arrived excited. Was absolutely furious after a few seconds. Touch screens don’t work at all. There’s no call button for staff that works. I had to download the app but barely had service. It made me create an account just to buy a car wash. It took about 20 minutes for one car wash. Do no recommend wasting your time if your looking for a quick wash.

Been coming here for years for quick washes. The level of service has steadily declined while the prices have continued to rise. That’s life and not uncommon and I was just getting quick exterior washes, so it wasn’t a big deal. Today I came in to get my wife’s car a mini detail. With tip and taxes, it came to just shy of $200. When I came to pickup the car, disappointed would be a drastic understatement. Without even looking closely, you could see issues all over the car -major streaks on almost every window, strips where they didn’t even wipe off the wax, bugs all over the front of the car, etc., etc. The car had literally looked better following a quick $20 wash. I pointed out a bunch of the issues (can’t believe I even had to point them out!) and they said they’d clean it up if I could wait 20 minutes. When they said the car was ready, I went out and there was still a bunch of obvious issues. At that point I told them I’d just clean it up myself and left. I’ll probably still get quick washes here because I don’t expect much service there, but I would NEVER go to Mike’s for any kind of detail service. They should be embarrassed to refer to that as even a mini-detail. Now I get to go grab some towels and clean the car I just spent $200 to have cleaned.

After three years of visiting this place, l can with certainty say that it is absolutely horrible. The first half year of visiting the place, l paid and half of the time the car wash charged me without working - so you contacted them and got your money back. Unfortunately, to avoid this inconvenience ,l subscribed on monthly basis and now l am just wasting my time going there. Sadly there is no other car wash conveniently located The car wash - one or both stations, are continuously broken- either you are lucky and there is a orange cone in front of it or there is a server error or something else and you are charged without service. If you are subscribed, you can try your luck (don’t) after 24h Whoever is managing and responsible for this place should be ashamed of him or herself!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING THERE !!!

Disappointed in my recent experience here, will not be returning. I bought the express wash for $11 and it doesn’t include a dryer. This should be standard for any level of wash! The sign is misleading and says “vortex dryer” for the upper 2 levels. You would expect at least a standard dryer for a basic wash. I feel like I just threw away $11 because my car now has water spots. Mike the owner was not helpful in resolving this issue and making me a returning customer.

Blue sky tint did such an incredible job on my front 2 windows on my tundra. They had helped match the front to the rear and it looks incredible at a good price point. The cure time was only 24hrs and I’ve noticed a significant improvement with heat rejection since the service was done. Owners are very professional and good at what they do. I’ll absolutely be back for the front windshield soon! Highly recommend out of any other tint shop. Film is high quality, affordable and done extremely well.

Amazingly good detailing work done here. It's a family business out of their garage, but it's literally as top notch work as it gets. Car looked better than when I bought it after they were done. Also Chris, who I believe is the owner, was very nice and sent tons of progress pictures which was really nice. Price was around $600 out the door for around 4-5 hours of work, but very well worth it. I can't describe how good of a job they did, so I'll add some photos of how it looks after they finished. Very highly recommended.

Superb job at cleaning my truck- inside and out! Only gave 4 stars because my vehicle wasn’t starting due to the battery wires being loose from the engine cleaning. When AAA came to test my battery, they even complimented my new detail and even more so when they opened the hood. They were the ones who confirmed the issue and tightened up the bolts on the battery to get my truck running again.

Honest pros first. They got my driver side carpet cleaned pretty well after I accidentally got snow and salt and what ever else they use here in Colorado for snow melting. They did their best to get a water stain out of my front seat from holding drinks in my lap. Now for the bad. Head liner doesn looked like it was cleaned, somehow there is now animal hair in my car… not a lot but it’s there. I have never had an animal in my car. I have to reclean the windows, I have to reclean the seats because they sprayed the cleaner on the seats and they are now spotted like crazy, spots I pointed out that I wanted done was not cleaned and they quickly whipped them out when I picked up the car and repointed it out to them. Review mirror is smugged, most of all the rubber guard that seals my hood is half ripped off more than likely from the pressure washer * didn notice that tell I got home* over all complete rip off. I’m basically going to redetail the vehicle my self and paid close to 500$ for them to do it. I shouldn have tip but I did 15% I was so aggravated about the job that I stopped haven them fix it and im just going to do it my self. Honestly the contactless car wash for 20$ washes the car better. I was going to ask about the ceramic coat and window tint but after the detail I didn.

Mark’s service is above and beyond. This was truly a spectacular experience. From the thorough conversations, to the quality of the work, reasonable pricing for what you actually get (stellar service) and just being an all-around great person, I would recommend anyone and everyone. The photos don’t do justice. It looks way better in person — my car was shipped from Hawaii to Texas and then driven to CO. It looks brand new.

Customer service is dead here, fees on fees, no one ever at the front counter & everyone seems to hate their job. Service/quality does not match pricing at all. Paid for their top tier service which, neither the floors, dash, windows or door James were even touched. Also the fees that were charged was an additional $10 because the car was equipped with a hatch. Just because it has a hatch does not classify the car as an SUV. Good practice is to wrap the fees into the service not force your clients to pay cash with the threat of fees. Everyone everywhere pays transaction fees not just here. Have been coming here for years and it should not be this poor of quality. Not to mention when my wife came to get the car they tried to make her pay for the service again.

My vehicle was poorly detailed and there was dirty and dust all over the interior. I don’t expect perfection but the interior doesn’t even look like it was wiped down and I had to brush dust off my seat. The backend was still wet and my wheels looked like no effort was put in to shining them. I should have just done it at home. They have cleaned my vehicle once before and I thought maybe it was an off day when they did a poor job last time, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went there again. I will not be returning. It doesn’t help that the man at the front desk told me to that the tips were split amongst all of the workers instead of just to the men detailing the car.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go here for window tinting! Sells lifetime warranty tint, then does completely shotty work and won’t honor his warranty. Also scratched the hell out of my other vehicle when he was tinting it and tried to say it was there already when I had just bought the car 2 days before. Joseph is the biggest shady business person I’ve ever dealt with. If you want good tint done, highly recommend going somewhere else that will actually honor the work they do. This guy is a total joke and calls himself the tint king. HA! What a joke. Let me add to this that I already took the vehicle in to have it looked at and was greeted with a very nasty attitude by Joseph’s wife, and then Joseph proceeded to give attitude when he went to look and told me he didn’t care if I had the warranty card, he WAS NOT going to replace the tint. I will NEVER go back there and will shout from the rooftops that he is a terrible shady business person. You can say that you’ve never had issues in over 16 years, yet the reviews speak for themselves that you are shady and refuse to provide good customer service. There are multiple reviews stating the same exact issue and referencing the same response from you. You refuse to take criticism for your terrible level of work. No thank you, I will gladly take my business to reputable tint shops who actually do guarantee their work and warranties.
