We had a not so great experience with another auto detailing company which led us to Phoenix Auto Detailing two days later. Let me tell you I am SHOCKED. They truly took great care of our cars and when I say I had a layer of dog hair ... It was a solid LAYER of dog hair and I thought I just had to live with it. I didn't expect them to be able to get it all out and they completely exceeded our expectations (as seen in the trunk photo -- can't even tell I'm a dog mom). I wish I took before and afters... I found phaze auto detailing from a recommendation on Facebook for his known skills to do detailing and ceramic coating as well as car wraps. I bought my husband a new hood for his car and I had Tony wrap it in carbon fiber. My husband loves it!!. 10/10 stars if they had an option for more than 5 stars! I contacted Spotless Car Detailing on a Wednesday and he was willing to squeeze me into his busy schedule two days later, when every other place I called was booked out for weeks. He was very professional and great at communicating when booking the appointment. The day of the appointment, he arrived 15 minutes early and made sure to address any major concerns. When he was done, there were no traces of stains or crumbs from before. My car seats and carpet looked brand new. He also cleaned the interior of my car ceiling which had stains from before that no other car detailing company was willing to clean, but Spotless did it as complimentary. I came in today, and the prices are fine, the service was fine as well, and I dont have a complaint about the quality. What I am complaining about is the conveyor belt and the edges that the tires sit in, ended up scratching/curbing my rims, and scrapping them pretty bad. I have a brand new car and it had no scratches or scrapes on my rims, but after I left I noticed that both tire rims on my driver side (pretty much in the exact same spot) were scratched noticeably as if you were to have driven over or hit a curb. I even have photos before and after. If it wasn't for this, I would come back. If the owner offers to cover the costs of 2 new identical rims I will be happy to rescind my post.

The hand car wash was great, it’s the inside that I have some red flags about. I paid the $72 bundle for wash and vacuum inside. When I was called to pick up the vehicle I noticed that inside still looked the same as when I dropped it off, the only thing they did was semi wipe the dash. When I asked Carlos about why it wasn’t vacuumed he said his vacuum couldn’t get the stuff up and a more detailed clean was only with the shampoo. But I’m telling you, it wasn’t vacuumed. I did point out that I don’t like being lied to, as one business owner to the next, it’s best to be honest especially for someone who owns a cleaning service. I still have to clean some things on the inside of the car as this cleaning was a gift to my mother in law and I wanted it to be perfect for her but instead of a smooth transition I had to go back and forth with Carlos. He did have one of his helpers actually vacuum the inside after I said it needed it still, but it’s the detail part that I asked for from jump that was missed. The sides of the door weren’t wiped out until I pointed it out and as I was leaving I rolled down the front two windows and the very tip of the glass on both were also not cleaned. I did have Carlos wipe the glass for me, that I appreciated him doing because it’s the least that could’ve been done. Again, the wash was great, it’s just the vacuuming/detail or lack thereof that I wasn’t impressed about. When I got home I opened the doors and took these pics. I feel maybe some better equipment would take care of many of the issues in pics. I mentioned something about the few pieces of glitter that was in the middle console and those few specs were still there, a lint roller would help out for that. If he were to have buy or use an air pressure thingy to blow out any dust or dirt it would probably also help a lot. The final thing, especially if I had mentioned if it didn’t look vacuumed, is to just be honest and not try and make me look like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I came here because of the amazing reviews. Carlos was very prompt to answer the phone and getting me in for the car wash, I just wished the inside was a little bit better than what I got without me having to mention anything about what was missed. In response to your response. I was more than willing to pay the $300, you said you could do it Monday (today-Labor Day) I was going to drop it off in the morning but you asked to look inside and then proceeded to tell me that all it would be would be the $72(the inside just needed to be vacuumed and wiped down/shined and I think you thought I was not going to notice), to which you said you could do it right then so I left the van for you. Instead of trying to explain your way out of my review just learn from it, and do better for the next client that tells you what she wants. Again I did mention that my mother in law was high class and all I was seeking was a quality cleaning from the reviews I wanted the same, cost wasn’t an issue..you did mention to me and even posted a reply with what you included the package and my thing was the inside was indeed not vacuumed at all, and you said your equipment couldn’t get it up, but when your helper actually did vacuum it with your shop vac the carpet was better, he just missed places and the lie was were it irritated my soul. Pics don’t lie. I just wanted to get what I asked for and paid for. I stand true on my 3 star review. The outside you did great on, and that’s about as happy as I’m willing to review about.

I used Phoenix to get my car detailed for the Vehicle Processing Center inspection (which is a 5min drive down the road). I brought it in around 830am, and it was ready by 1230 with plenty of time for my appointment at 2pm in the afternoon. There were no issues at the inspection, and it was cheaper than other nearby detailers. Due to the January weather and possible water/mud etc getting flung up from the road on the drive to the VPC, Michel also offered that I could call him from there and he would come out to clean it if that happened. Highly recommended!

Man, where do I start.. as you can see in the pictures, I ended up side swiping a car and it left horrible paint transfer over on my car. In a panic, I asked around other auto body shops and scratch repair services and got quoted $750 for the repair. I called up Colorado Custom Auto Detailing since they’re close to me to get their opinion and Robert picked up the call and told me to swing by so he could give me his honest opinion. Right when I pulled up, Robert was so kind and upfront about what he saw. Without hesitation, told me to pull in so he could mess around with the scratches and had me wait as he worked on it. Not even 20 mins it took for Robert to then call me back to show me how he completely removed the scuff marks. Night and day difference!! Can’t even tell my clumsy a$$ ever side swiped someone. There’s some deep scratches that he showed me from the accident but in the light, you can’t tell unless you’re really inspecting it. Robert gave me his opinions on steps moving forward if I ever wanted to get it touched up but never did I feel pressured. He talked to me like I was a friend and not a customer. And let’s just say Robert didn’t charge me remotely close to what other shops were quoting me. Definitely just made a new relationship with Robert and will plan to hit him up for detailing needs in the future. (Before and after pictures attached for people to see!)

Super detail oriented and professional! Donato did the basic detailing on my car and it was worth every penny. He communicated well and asked questions before the appointment. He shows on time to your house and brings all the equipment with him. I have a dog so it took about 2.5 hours but it looked like a brand new vehicle. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen! So, my driver’s side door handle was broken here. The manager told me it was a bad design and it wasn’t his team’s fault. He even showed me a video. It’s just sad because it was solid when I had it, and the day I go for a car wash, I now have a broken door handle. I’m so sad. I’ll never know if it’s negligence that caused it to break or not. I just know that I went to finish my car wash, came back, and had a broken door handle with no support whatsoever. No help, and the business just told me “too bad”. ☹️ Great wash though wiped everything clean car looks great. I just wish this wouldn’t have happened.

Great experience! First wash was free, included vacuuming by the staff and cleaning of windows. The place was really busy, as it was one of the first nice days after a snow storm and yet it was finished in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely come back and buy services next time!

I’ve come here for express washes before and they’ve been fine, pretty much what you’d expect out of a basic wash. Today, I paid $47 for a “deluxe wash” and got my car back in the same condition that I would’ve expected it to be right out of the $19 tunnel wash, and in almost the same amount of time (under 25 minutes). There are streaks everywhere and dirt near the front passenger side still there. Supposedly protectant was applied on top of all of this? Would not pay $47 for this level of service again.

Couldn’t thank the whole team at Splash enough for making my truck look better than brand new! A can of Sprite exploded in my truck and they were able to get it out of every interior surface, including the headliner, which is very delicate. Eugene and Diego did an unbelievable job on my car. I was on a time crunch to trade in my car and needed a full detail job. Eugene got in touch with me incredibly fast and saw my car next day. It was not cared for very well, and needed an astronomical amount of work done. Dog hair everywhere. Just a nightmare. It's never been cleaner since I bought it. Good value as well. Highly recommended.

I was advertised a 22$ unlimited monthly wash and have been being charged 29$ a month. I called to ask to cancel and have some charges refunded and instead got a lecture on my financial responsibility and that I need to pay more attention to my finances, which is what I was doing by calling. I took out this flyer to discuss with the representative and he hung up on me after I asked to not receive a lecture on financial responsibility from a guy who takes calls at the car wash.

UPDATE BELOW. When I first arrived I was met with a somewhat pushy salesman who wanted to sell me the unlimited package and he was friendly and had a good price but I tend to want to see how the car wash performs on my SUV. My SUV was admittedly very dirty and hadn't been washed all winter so it was a tall task. Unfortunately the 18 dollar wash didn't meet that task. It missed multiple spots including my whole back hatch. It was also advertised as having an undercarriage wash but mine was bone dry. Just a little disappointing especially when you are pushing the unlimited passes so hard. Needless to say I think with a normal car you are fine but any SUV or truck this wash struggles. Update to respond to the company: Yes I freely admit my truck was dirty and I wasn't expecting perfection but a car wash should wash all the dirt of a car and not leave residue from cleaners. I find it surprising that they are willfully admitting they can't clean a dirty car without a detail in state like Colorado. You charge 18 dollars for complete wash including an undercarriage wash which you didn't complete. I will happily take my business elsewhere and recommend that anyone with a dirty car take it elsewhere because you willfully admit that you can't clean dirty cars only slightly dirty cars or maybe cars with your monthly pass. I was really trying to leave a fair and complete review but I guess I can't pull any punches with this business. If you look at there other reviews there car wash struggles with SUVs and even scratches them. I wish I would have read before I tried to save some time by using their service. You are much better off doing a gas station car wash at least they'll get the dirt off.

Sergio and his son, Alex, did a phenomenal job detailing the inside of my car. I came to see them because I have black interior and a white dog so my car was covered in years worth of dog hair and was in need of a deep clean. After attempting to get the hair out myself I realized I needed to save myself the extra stress and pay professionals to do it. I was a little overwhelmed by the price at first as money is pretty tight right now (as it is for a majority of us) but I’m also a firm believer in paying for quality work, which is exactly what I got. Sergio dropped me off at home which made the hand off super easy, and he was kind enough to let me keep my car in their garage over night due to the freezing temps and me not having a garage myself. He was realistic with me by telling me he could only get 95% of the dog hair up (fair) and he wasn’t lying! My car looks brand new again, it smells amazing, and I’m excited to drive to work just so I can sit in my car! The customer service was top notch, the detailing was up to my standards and in my opinion absolutely worth the price. Just book the detailing service you’re thinking of, you won’t regret it. Thank you again Sergio and Alex, you have a customer for life!

Came for an exterior wash & protect as well as an engine detail for my (extremely) dirty off-roader that leaked from the valve covers for years. Sergio & his team were incredibly responsive and professional, and got me squared away timely. They did a fabulous job - highly recommended!

Ivan was truly amazing. Our work vehicle was needing a cleaning, and Ivan came through. The car was filthy, and he made it appear as though new. One of the owners, Ivan Chavez, cleaned the exterior and interior of two cars, which included wax and cleaning of the seats. This is a mobile service so he had the equipment, including water. Communication to set up appointment was easy and he was on time. Ivan is super detailed and knows what he is doing. Very professional as well. I am very happy with the service and will use again and refer others.

I stopped by on a whim after driving past and seeing the shop, and I'm so glad I didn't keep driving. Alex did a 4 step paint correction on my truck to get rid of the swirl scratches from the previous owner, and it looks absolutely stunning. He was easy to communicate with, professional, honest, and happy to help. He also kept my truck safe in the shop overnight so it was ready for me the next morning. I can't recommend these two brothers enough. The last photo is how every inch looked before Alex got a hold of it. Don't use automatic car washes

There aren’t enough stars on here to leave an appropriate review. This is by far, the best auto detail service I’ve ever experienced. I take pride in my vehicles and I am very particular in how I clean them. I was skeptical to trust anyone to clean my truck after a bad experience years ago. But Richard, the owner, had impressed me with the number of vehicles he was detailing in the parking lot of my apartment complex. After talking with him and seeing his true passion for auto detailing, and the knowledge he has, it was comforting knowing he had my best interest and I hired him on the spot. He took his time and cleaned/blew out every nook and cranny. Even my under carriage! My truck has never looked so clean! I will refer this company to all of my friends and family.
