We had a not so great experience with another auto detailing company which led us to Phoenix Auto Detailing two days later. Let me tell you I am SHOCKED. They truly took great care of our cars and when I say I had a layer of dog hair ... It was a solid LAYER of dog hair and I thought I just had to live with it. I didn't expect them to be able to get it all out and they completely exceeded our expectations (as seen in the trunk photo -- can't even tell I'm a dog mom). I wish I took before and afters... I don't think my car was even this clean when we bought it! Can't recommend this company enough -- Mario and everyone did a fantastic job and we will definitely be returning clients.

Update June 2020: I’ve been here multiple times now with positive experiences. We bought a used Mercedes C class and superior garage made it look new again! We upgraded to a 6 month ceramic coating to the paint and it looks amazing! IGL coatings is the brand and I highly recommend it especially for new cars. When I was in the shop even saw a gorgeous Nissan GT-R from another loyal customer that they were working on. Original review 2018: I stumbled upon this recently opened car detailing shop. It's located right behind the Infinity dealership. My experience with auto detailing shops has been a hit or miss. But the detail manager here Ulysses did a very through job on my old Acura. They had a lot of dealer cars and since they just opened, it will probably take some time before they get organized. But the detail quality was one of the best I've seen, they also do window tinting and custom audio installs. Detailing does not make your car new again, but it does make you sleep, eat, and feel better! Their prices start at around $200 and call ahead to schedule so they can plan ahead of time to do a proper detail.

Spent good time knocking out two small SUV's that went through a mother that never picks up and two kids in car seats. Both look like they were just driven off the lot! Thought the price was a bit high until I saw how much most go for, and the price was actually very fair. Will be using them again. Highly recommend 👌

I have a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek that I’ve had for 1 year and 10 months. I absolutely trash my car and honestly, I treat it as a trashbag. I use it to drive to the mountains, snowboard, do 14ers, and it’s a trash can for my food as I work out of my car week to week. They did a fantastic job! My Subaru has stain issues due to tight stitching in the seats, but they were able to remove stains that other detailers were unable to. I’m extremely happy with the results! Pricing is reasonable, staff are friendly, and the work was done very well.

My experience with both Ernest and Jesse was incredible. They got me in for an appointment quickly and around my schedule. The work they did on tinting my Range Rover windows was impeccable. The hand car wash was great, it’s the inside that I have some red flags about. I paid the $72 bundle for wash and vacuum inside. When I was called to pick up the vehicle I noticed that inside still looked the same as when I dropped it off, the only thing they did was semi wipe the dash. When I asked Carlos about why it wasn’t vacuumed he said his vacuum couldn’t get the stuff up and a more detailed clean was only with the shampoo. But I’m telling you, it wasn’t vacuumed. I did point out that I don’t like being lied to, as one business owner to the next, it’s best to be honest especially for someone who owns a cleaning service. I still have to clean some things on the inside of the car as this cleaning was a gift to my mother in law and I wanted it to be perfect for her but instead of a smooth transition I had to go back and forth with Carlos. He did have one of his helpers actually vacuum the inside after I said it needed it still, but it’s the detail part that I asked for from jump that was missed. The sides of the door weren’t wiped out until I pointed it out and as I was leaving I rolled down the front two windows and the very tip of the glass on both were also not cleaned. I did have Carlos wipe the glass for me, that I appreciated him doing because it’s the least that could’ve been done. Again, the wash was great, it’s just the vacuuming/detail or lack thereof that I wasn’t impressed about. When I got home I opened the doors and took these pics. I feel maybe some better equipment would take care of many of the issues in pics. I mentioned something about the few pieces of glitter that was in the middle console and those few specs were still there, a lint roller would help out for that. If he were to have buy or use an air pressure thingy to blow out any dust or dirt it would probably also help a lot. The final thing, especially if I had mentioned if it didn’t look vacuumed, is to just be honest and not try and make me look like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I came here because of the amazing reviews. Carlos was very prompt to answer the phone and getting me in for the car wash, I just wished the inside was a little bit better than what I got without me having to mention anything about what was missed. In response to your response. I was more than willing to pay the $300, you said you could do it Monday (today-Labor Day) I was going to drop it off in the morning but you asked to look inside and then proceeded to tell me that all it would be would be the $72(the inside just needed to be vacuumed and wiped down/shined and I think you thought I was not going to notice), to which you said you could do it right then so I left the van for you. Instead of trying to explain your way out of my review just learn from it, and do better for the next client that tells you what she wants. Again I did mention that my mother in law was high class and all I was seeking was a quality cleaning from the reviews I wanted the same, cost wasn’t an issue..you did mention to me and even posted a reply with what you included the package and my thing was the inside was indeed not vacuumed at all, and you said your equipment couldn’t get it up, but when your helper actually did vacuum it with your shop vac the carpet was better, he just missed places and the lie was were it irritated my soul. Pics don’t lie. I just wanted to get what I asked for and paid for. I stand true on my 3 star review. The outside you did great on, and that’s about as happy as I’m willing to review about.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Michael. I gave him a VERY dirty vehicle, and he made it look and smell brand new. Vehicle: 2019 Ford Expedition We had just gotten back from a two week vacation, driving across the country. Between the snow, miid, and 3 kids in the back, the vehicle was trashed. He spent the time to go through and make sure he got all the little snacks out of the hard to reach places. Even a month later the vehicle still looks and smells amazing. I will be using A Class Auto Detailing every time I need my vehicles cleaned! He even cleaned the outside of my Travel Trailer! It hasn't been that clean since I bought it!!

Would you like to argue with the manager and overpay for a dirty car? Then this is your place, as 'D Hand Car Wash' is sure to upsell you and under-deliver entirely. I gave this car wash two opportunities with different vehicles just to ensure this was the result on both occasions. The first time the employee (Hispanic young man with a design etched into the back of his fade haircut) who I assume is the manager attempted to upsell me into a $75 car wash because I have a "large truck" (Ford F-150). The second time he told me that he would not clean the floors unless I bought a 'detailing package' for $120. I thought the $120 was excessive but I assumed I would have a very clean car at the end. Little to my surprise the manager said that he refused to clean the covered bed of the truck because it 'was extra'. At this point there was nothing I could do because they take your money prior to any cleaning, and you get whatever they feel is appropriate at the end. It is a shame this manager is focused on ripping off customers instead of trying to earn repeat business. The workers at the car wash seem to be nice, but none of them speak much English and I didn't feel it was fair to associate them with the manager's behavior. I asked for a refund and the manager refused and said 'too bad'. Initially he had said the car detailing would take 45 minutes to 1 hour, so I thought it will definitely get cleaned. Instead they were done in 30 minutes, and the manager 'spot checked' the vehicle. I came out to pickup my car and saw that there was still dust all over, and the seats were not vacuumed well. At this point there is not much to be done and they did go back and fix the two areas I pointed out. I got home and found that the car wash was worth $40 AT BEST, and ended up cleaning numerous areas over again. I am unsure on how this place stays in business and feel sorry for anyone who gets taken advantage of here in the future. It's rather ironic that the sticker on the cashier counter says "people love us on Yelp".

FSI Premium auto boutique!!! Without a doubt these guys are the most professional I’ve ever met. I brought my new 2024 TRX RAM to them due to some scratches the Dealership failed to point out, (Black diamond Crystal) paint. So, my driver’s side door handle was broken here. The manager told me it was a bad design and it wasn’t his team’s fault. He even showed me a video. It’s just sad because it was solid when I had it, and the day I go for a car wash, I now have a broken door handle. I’m so sad. I’ll never know if it’s negligence that caused it to break or not. I just know that I went to finish my car wash, came back, and had a broken door handle with no support whatsoever. No help, and the business just told me “too bad”. ☹️ Great wash though wiped everything clean car looks great. I just wish this wouldn’t have happened.

I decided to have my husband’s car detailed as his Father’s Day gift. Our appointment was set for today and we were so impressed. Anthony arrived at our home on time and worked on the vehicle for the entire day into the evening. I was shocked when he told us he used a tweezer to individually remove dog hairs from the seats. He was also able to almost completely remove stains from melted crayons in the cup holder. The car looks so good now! I would definitely recommend Anthony’s services to anyone in the future!

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars if Google would let me. Sergio was incredibly responsive, friendly and was able to get my car in quickly - which was very helpful given the need for immediate attention with the water damage from the recent flood. He even drove me home after I dropped my car off. While my car was there, he provided me with daily updates and FaceTime'd me on the first day to show me the damage and discuss remedies. Upon return, the car was absolutely spotless. You truly don't get this type of high-touch customer service much anymore these days, so when you find it, it's worth holding onto. I needed a large SUV cleaned. I called, and Quincy was at my house in just an hour. He did a great job cleaning the SUV inside and out. He waxed the exterior, polished the rims, fully vacuumed and cleaned the interior, and pressure washed the engine. He was done in just a couple of hours, and it looked great in the end. I would definitely recommend this service.

UPDATE BELOW. When I first arrived I was met with a somewhat pushy salesman who wanted to sell me the unlimited package and he was friendly and had a good price but I tend to want to see how the car wash performs on my SUV. My SUV was admittedly very dirty and hadn't been washed all winter so it was a tall task. Unfortunately the 18 dollar wash didn't meet that task. It missed multiple spots including my whole back hatch. It was also advertised as having an undercarriage wash but mine was bone dry. Just a little disappointing especially when you are pushing the unlimited passes so hard. Needless to say I think with a normal car you are fine but any SUV or truck this wash struggles. Update to respond to the company: Yes I freely admit my truck was dirty and I wasn't expecting perfection but a car wash should wash all the dirt of a car and not leave residue from cleaners. I find it surprising that they are willfully admitting they can't clean a dirty car without a detail in state like Colorado. You charge 18 dollars for complete wash including an undercarriage wash which you didn't complete. I will happily take my business elsewhere and recommend that anyone with a dirty car take it elsewhere because you willfully admit that you can't clean dirty cars only slightly dirty cars or maybe cars with your monthly pass. I was really trying to leave a fair and complete review but I guess I can't pull any punches with this business. If you look at there other reviews there car wash struggles with SUVs and even scratches them. I wish I would have read before I tried to save some time by using their service. You are much better off doing a gas station car wash at least they'll get the dirt off.

I signed up for the car wash membership in January and took my car through the wash twice. It was still not clean. I went back to the lady manning the car wash booth and asked that my membership be cancelled and she said it would be. Thanksgiving day I noticed that there was a charge for the membership. I e-mailed through the website and requested that payment be refunded because I had cancelled my subscription and I had not been using the car wash. Never heard back. Went to the car wash 8 days later and was told they don’t handle the memberships there and that I had to scan a picture to go into the website to update my membership. The website said it sent me a link (3 times) and it never did. The car wash attendant said there was nothing they could do for me there. Buyer beware!!

Couldn’t thank the whole team at Splash enough for making my truck look better than brand new! A can of Sprite exploded in my truck and they were able to get it out of every interior surface, including the headliner, which is very delicate. Diego did an outstanding job and his attention to detail is unmatched. Super detail oriented and professional! Donato did the basic detailing on my car and it was worth every penny. He communicated well and asked questions before the appointment. This place is just wonderful. I have had my car detailed here 3 times and most recently got the "Happy Hour" Mini-Detail. They did a great job for $79! It wasn't perfect, but you can't beat the price for such a comprehensive detail that takes an hour. All the staff are helpful and friendly! I will definitely return.

I’ve been coming here for 8+/- years now, it makes this review almost hard to write.. But because of how truly terrible my car looks even after asking them about it when done and them just staring at me like a deer in headlights (and yes, I was polite and truly concerned).. I’ll let the photos do the job but here’s also the list: No interior vacuuming, no interior wipe down (no dash, console, doors, etc), the front floor mats and their clip-ins were ripped out and thrown back in (not in the right spots), the rear floor mats & their clips were also ripped but even better not cleaned and only half shoved in… If we wanna pretend that the interior wasn’t included in the full package then let’s chat about the exterior: glass smudges at edge of windows, lights not touched, dirt/bugs/junk left on the sides, hood, and grill, no plastic wipe downs (bumper and fenders actually look worse), tires were I guess sprayed but wheels maybe got a towel swipe over the logo- who knows. My car honestly was pretty much as bad as these photos are prior. In summary: wasted some money and time today

Thank you Mile High Auto Reconditioning for offering non-toxic, eco-friendly car detailing in Denver! Our 3-row SUV was pretty dirty after hauling kids and a dog for the past few years. Doug did a great job getting out the dog hair and cleaning every nook and cranny. You have the option to have Doug come to you or go to him for a discount. I cannot recommend Mile High Auto Reconditioning enough if you need your car detailed in Denver and surrounding areas.

My minivan hasn't been professionally cleaned since we bought it. We have two kids, so it takes a lot of abuse. I had no idea it could get so clean! Doug thoroughly cleaned every surface - it looks brand-new. He even was able to completely clean out one of the side pockets where a pen had bled ink. I cannot recommend enough! I stopped by on a whim after driving past and seeing the shop, and I'm so glad I didn't keep driving. Alex did a 4 step paint correction on my truck to get rid of the swirl scratches from the previous owner, and it looks absolutely stunning. He was easy to communicate with, professional, honest, and happy to help. He also kept my truck safe in the shop overnight so it was ready for me the next morning. I can't recommend these two brothers enough. The last photo is how every inch looked before Alex got a hold of it. Don't use automatic car washes

Took my car to get detailed & Mauricio did a wonderful job. He helped me get some trash out of my car and was super patient. I’ve only gotten my car detailed once before and it was not nearly as thorough as Four Seasons’ work. My car truly looked like it was brand new out of the dealership when I picked it up! He waxed the outside and made it super shiny, and did the entire interior. It was much needed because I have a dog who gets my back seats super messy, but he managed to make it look new. Will definitely be going back to Four Seasons for my car detailing. Will post before and after pics below.

My 2020 Outback hadn't even been VACUUMED since I bought it--despite 4 years of skiing, hiking, camping, meals on the run, etc. Inside had layers of dirt, oil, and gawd knows what else. I'd given it maybe 4-6 outside washes/year. Borderline criminal negligence, really. They got it SPOTLESS, inside and out. Shampooed, leather oiled, etc. I sprung for the cheapest coating package and the body looks like new. Pics don't do it justice--both bc it's impossible to photograph a black car and because I really should have included pics from before. Add in the convenience of coming right to me and I'm damned happy.

Paid 52$ for the best wash with seat cleaning. Could have done a better job myself with 10 minutes at the self serve car wash. dust is still everywhere in the car and they didn’t touch the seats. Had to clean it myself right after

There aren’t enough stars on here to leave an appropriate review. This is by far, the best auto detail service I’ve ever experienced. I take pride in my vehicles and I am very particular in how I clean them. I was skeptical to trust anyone to clean my truck after a bad experience years ago. But Richard, the owner, had impressed me with the number of vehicles he was detailing in the parking lot of my apartment complex. After talking with him and seeing his true passion for auto detailing, and the knowledge he has, it was comforting knowing he had my best interest and I hired him on the spot. He took his time and cleaned/blew out every nook and cranny. Even my under carriage! My truck has never looked so clean! I will refer this company to all of my friends and family.
