This has been my favorite carwash for years. I spray my mats here a few times a year, and whenever i do need an exterior wash, this is where i go. I drive 25 minutes just to use THIS carwash. I would have loved to give the employees something for Christmas however, many of us are struggling, and it wasnt in the budget this year. today i show up to clean my car out as i have to do a couple times a month, as i have three small children, and im greeted by a very rude man who is scolding me like im a child, insisting that it is ‘common sense’ in his terms, that the vacuum is for paying customers only. I do understand, but i pay for a wash here when i need to. And ive never had any issues. To scold a loyal customer because they dont use the wash every time they need a vacuum is a bit wild. I use what i need when i need it. Didnt realize i needed a checklist in order to qualify as a respectable patron here. This is indeed no longer my favorite carwash and for the price i can find one with far more amenities. I did indeed pay for a wash, since it seems to be affecting the owner/manager a great deal. I hope your money comes up soon, in the meantime please feel free to give donations for using the vacuums here as they are in need and you may get the wrath of their empty pockets if you decide all you need is a quick vacuum today. My A4 has had a headlight with a noticeable scratch on it for a while now. I kept putting off getting it fixed because I was worried someone would only make it worse in their attempt to restore it. I recently had my front windshield tinted at Denver Auto Spa, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Ricardo was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, from the type of film used to how he would carefully protect the interior of my car—including the leather, electronics, and alcantara headliner. His attention to detail and care for my vehicle were impressive. The quality of the installation was top-notch, and I was amazed at how quickly it was completed without sacrificing any of the quality. First off I would say I do not post reviews often but I had to after my experience with Phillip and Mile High Image Detailing. I shopped around with all ceramic coating/paint corrections companies, Sigma Kore was willing to give me a great price but after chatting with their sales team it seemed more like a production line operation where the quality would be subpar, yes I know they have excellent reviews but when they told me that a 3 stage paint correction and ceramic coating would only take 24 hours from when I dropped off my truck....red flags! I spoke to Phillip a few times before deciding to chose Mile High Image Detailing, I can really respect small businesses owners that take hours of their own day to make sure the job is done right and the customer is happy. My Raptor turned out amazing and the quality of the 10 year Modesta ceramic coating is bar none the best decision I could have made, and the the paint correction WOW is all I can say! I would chose Mile High Image Detailing again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone who is debating getting paint correction/ceramic coating.

WOW! I had the full detail performed on my 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser and it turned out great. The previous owner must of painted something near the car because it had white overspray over the whole back of the vehicle. They removed all of it and the paint looks awesome! The price was worth just getting the exterior done in my opinion. I am glad to have a detailer to recommend now.

Had visited several detailing shops in the Denver area. All claimed high quality, most with a high price! (IMO) Was recommended by a body and Paint shop I used to do some special trim, to go to get my new sports car cleaned and ceramic coated by Dan at D&T Detailing in Wheatridge. Man, am I glad I did!! Keeping my red 124 Spider Abarth clean AND scratch free was proving difficult. Dan walked me through my options for treatments. He talked me out of clear bra and some other color options I was considering. Car is not a daily driver. Final results are stunning!! Car looks better than when I drove if off the dealer lot.last year. The Red POPS in the sun! Ever part, from mirrors, windshield trim, and lower rocker panes covers have a mirror shine! This car is as fun to look at as it is to drive! Dan and Lynette and their crew pay meticulous attention to ever detail! Plus, prices were both exceptional for the value of their work, and far less than every other shop I asked for a quote. With a written multi-year warranty of the highest quality products they used!! CERAMIC REVIEW - Going to start off by saying I visited 4 different detailers in the area, all with great reviews looking to get ceramic on my truck. D&T was the only one that took a look at my truck and told me exactly what it was going to cost to get the whole truck done. All other shops used the 'depends on how much paint correction' and then gave me a range that was either cheaper or could have been twice as expensive. No nickel and diming. No this was not inexpensive, but it was not overpriced! I will say that I am amazed at the quality of the ceramic and the way the truck looks. When it comes to quality, even the chrome on the floorboards still looks great. It has snowed and rained, and the truck looks brand spankin' new. I will update as time goes on, but I will definitely be bringing my other cars here and recommend 10/10!

**Destroyed my roof basket** I live down the street and have been coming to this location for almost 3 years because it’s convenient. Ever since this car wash changed owners it has gone down hill completely. I’ve had a roof basket on my car this entire time, never had an issue having it on until Sunday 10/6. Unfortunately, this place constantly has new staff/management and during my last visit there was, again, a new girl running the panel on her first shift (according to management who he himself was on his 3rd week at the car wash). According to him she did not alert the machine to have the roof rollers skip over my basket, causing the roller to bend the rack almost in half. I knew when I was pulling out of the wash tunnel it was bad as everyone who was vacuuming their vehicles were staring at the basket as I pulled around to the office. The new manager had me fill out a claim but I knew it was pointless, and much to my disappointment, yes, they denied my claim 5 days later to replace it. When they say they don’t take responsibility for after market accessories, even if it truly is their fault for not programming their system correctly, believe it. Everyone has outdoor equipment on their vehicles because it’s CO. Coming here is a gamble, especially when it’s constantly new people working. I just want people to be able to make an educated decision based on my experience.

First off, I'd like to write that I used to go to this car wash. It has changed. The luxury wash is currently $16. The on screen menu pushes for the $22 unlimited wash. Why? Because you now have to go through at least twice for it to wash your car like it used to. The wash is too quick, the drying time at the end is now at least half of what it used to be. But the kicker? The 16$ wash is supposed to include the tire shine. It does not do that, and I remember when it did. The regular was is $10 without the tire shine. This company plainly stole $6 from me, hoping I wouldn't notice. Ps: in the past, you could see a light to your left mentioning that the tire shine was in progress. At the end, your tires look nice and wet, even after the car was dry. Now? No light, nothing, the car just hurries past. I'm leaving you with pictures of my unwashed hood, and my tires that are clearly not shined.

Excellent quality work and a warranty. Took car in to get clear protective coat and ceramic coat touched up after a couple years of normal wear a tear. No questions asked it was done and now my car looks brand new. Even updated car with newer protective wrap in some places. Tint job is perfect. Very nice people to deal with as well. Overall very recommended and worth the money!

I recently brought two cars and spent $100, expecting a thorough and professional cleaning. Unfortunately, the results fell far short of my expectations. Both vehicles still had dirt, streaks on the windows, and spots on the exterior. The interiors were barely cleaned, with dust and debris left behind in the crevices and cupholders. To their credit, the manager did try to address my concerns when I pointed them out. They had a staff member go over some of the missed areas again, but the effort just wasn’t enough to justify the price I paid. Despite their willingness to help, the final result still felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail I expected for $100. I appreciate the manager’s attempt to make things right, but the overall experience left me disappointed. For the amount charged, I believe customers deserve a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. One of the workers was extremely rude extremely unprofessional one of the other managers was unprofessional. Also, he really wasn’t caring about my concern. I give all the credit to the manager with the glasses curly hair. He did try to fix the issue unfortunately, it started off wrong..I would like a full refund. The service was not provided the other vehicle 2024. They left the math super wet and I don’t even want to start with that vehicle a Different story. Nobody was rude to your staff. Your staff was rude to me first of all, and you are so rude all your reviews. You can’t take any accountability. This won’t be the last you hear of me. Let me just tell you that right now I am not one and I met the trash. I was actually cleaning out the trash. My vehicle was not as bad. I had a bit of trash and that’s what I apologize for and they left the trash to the side and that’s OK. My vehicle was not disgusting. you have a disgusting attitude. and this won’t be the last of me. you should be more respectful to customers, and you should be more respectful and accountable on answering these reviews. I am not the only one on here.

I only came here to try this spot because I got a coupon in the mail (39$ wash for half off) and I gotta say the sheer laziness is astounding. I can see that management responded to a few reviews below saying that people need to pay for a higher level of detail than $40 to have a desired outcome. That’s complete BS…..as you can see from the photos the tires are not clean, interior wasn’t wiped down, etc. What a waste of my time. I’ll be sticking to my regular spot and Glendale that charges $22 and my car is 5x cleaner than this. editing review so I can respond: the response from the owner tells you everything you need to know about this business. saying I didn't understand the product? Dusting is included in this wash, sounds like you nor your employees understand the meaning of dusting. My interior wasn't cleaned at all lol the exterior wash must not also include washing the back of the car or the tires. Thanks for your sarcastic response though :)

I've used golden coach works for all my auto repairs, from two classic convertables that were caught in a major hail storm around 2015 to just recently on our 2020 nissan that needed a bumper fixed. Was looking for a nice touchless wash, saw these guys. Signed up for the app, drove 20 minutes there and the wash was not good. Spent $7 in the self service bay for 6 minutes to get the bulk of the dirt off and then did the $18 + $2 additional for the extra undercarriage wash at the drive thru. So after tax I was around $30 and my truck is not clean.

Echoing everyone else, the quality of the automatic wash has gone down noticeably at this location. My car doesn't get clean anymore, nor very dry. And I have used the membership multiple times for the best wash or 2nd best wash available each time. The new washing robots must be more reliable (break less) but they don't seem to clean as well unfortunately. Sucks because there aren't many other convenient touchless washes in the northwest Denver area. Might switch to touch washes for a while and see if this is ever adresaed later.

Triple 5's for Travis! Travis did an amazing job on my BMW X6. The car had been sitting for a while before I bought it. It definitely needed some TLC. Looked good from afar but could see the swirls small scratches, plently of dust, a few small defects (including some spots that settle into the paint) and lots of leaves in the grill (all gone!). Travis also added a ceramic coating and the results are amazing. It's better than showroom! He is very detailed and is an absolute expert. Oh, and to top it off, his wife is a Chiefs fan! Amazingly good detailing work done here. It's a family business out of their garage, but it's literally as top notch work as it gets. Car looked better than when I bought it after they were done. Also Chris, who I believe is the owner, was very nice and sent tons of progress pictures which was really nice. Price was around $600 out the door for around 4-5 hours of work, but very well worth it. I can't describe how good of a job they did, so I'll add some photos of how it looks after they finished. Very highly recommended.

I'm not one to write reviews...but I thought this one was worth it. This was my first experience getting a ceramic coat and ppf on any vehicle I've owned and finding someone I could reliably leave my first brand new car with felt like a daunting task. After a few calls, I found Mile High Image. Filip was the first personable person I spoke with when getting quotes which made me feel like this was the right place. Upon bringing my car to his shop, he walked me through the process of what was going to be done and answered my plethora of amateur washing and detailing questions. Filip was also very communicative throughout the entire process which definitely put my mind at ease. Customer service is dead here, fees on fees, no one ever at the front counter & everyone seems to hate their job. Service/quality does not match pricing at all. Paid for their top tier service which, neither the floors, dash, windows or door James were even touched. Also the fees that were charged was an additional $10 because the car was equipped with a hatch. Just because it has a hatch does not classify the car as an SUV. Good practice is to wrap the fees into the service not force your clients to pay cash with the threat of fees. Everyone everywhere pays transaction fees not just here. Have been coming here for years and it should not be this poor of quality. Not to mention when my wife came to get the car they tried to make her pay for the service again.

My vehicle was poorly detailed and there was dirty and dust all over the interior. I don’t expect perfection but the interior doesn’t even look like it was wiped down and I had to brush dust off my seat. The backend was still wet and my wheels looked like no effort was put in to shining them. I should have just done it at home. They have cleaned my vehicle once before and I thought maybe it was an off day when they did a poor job last time, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went there again. I will not be returning. It doesn’t help that the man at the front desk told me to that the tips were split amongst all of the workers instead of just to the men detailing the car.

I have had their membership for about a year, and totally worth it. Actually would say it’s so cheap compared to what you get. The car wash is always great, the free vacuums are always all working and clean with great suction, they have all the sprays to clean the interior after and clean rags for you to use. PLUS, the nicest people I have encountered, like every single one of them is so kind and helpful, especially Tom! He is the best.

I went in to Make it Shine for some minor scratch repair and had an excellent experience. They cleaned the area, measured the depth of the scratches and then removed the scratches under the light tunnel with the proper products. They also offered for me to double check to make sure nothing was missed and made any adjustments and removals as needed. I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars if Google would let me. Sergio was incredibly responsive, friendly and was able to get my car in quickly - which was very helpful given the need for immediate attention with the water damage from the recent flood. He even drove me home after I dropped my car off. While my car was there, he provided me with daily updates and FaceTime'd me on the first day to show me the damage and discuss remedies. Upon return, the car was absolutely spotless. You truly don't get this type of high-touch customer service much anymore these days, so when you find it, it's worth holding onto. I was very impressed by the thoroughness & quality of their work when they detailed my truck. I had purchased a used full size truck that had been a work truck & had been neglected. Auto Armor 3M Tint & Clear Bra is an amazing shop with excellent service. Their work speaks for itself. They've helped me with multiple services, all of which were great!! You can’t go wrong with the owner, James; he is the best and takes pride in his work, and Tyler does a spectacular job at Auto Armor in Arvada. My 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness received a Graphene Ceramic coating. It looks and feels impressive; a job very well done! Their top-notch professionalism, attention to detail, timeliness, customer service, and downright friendliness are traits that are becoming a rarity. Ted is (kinda) ripping folks off! First, let me state that I have an unlimited membership (highest tier) which comes in at $40/month. I have no plans to cancel because the wash is close and I can use it every day. But, therein lies the issue. As you can see in the pictures (taken today IMMEDIATELY after wash - my second wash in two days), the highest tier wash, NEVER comes close to cleaning my truck. Mud is left in the rims, on surfaces and in the wheel wells. The bumpers are never clean after a single wash nor are the fenders. The truck is NEVER dry after coming through the "dryers" at the end. And, the wash will NEVER get your windshield clean of bugs. NOTE: you can pay an additional $10 for a bug cleaner or mud cleaner ($20 for both in addition to wash cost? Don't know for sure, that is way pricey for something the wash should already be doing) but why pay what accounts to half of your monthly membership cost for extra services that, again, the wash should already be doing?! The other issue is that the towels they supply for detail and drying, which I will admit is a nice touch, are always damp and/or wet which just means you're moving water around. Seems to me like the profit realized from shorting the drying of towels is likely being lost with the sheer volumes of towels needing to be used per vehicle so not sure the point there. At the end of the day, Ted's feels like a cash grab with some accoutrements that make it feel upscale. Like anything, its not all good or bad. Free towels to use (to finish the drying that the "dryers" fail to do), a nice smelling spray for the interior/windows, high pressure air for interior cracks and crevices and two kind of high power vacuums are all very nice touches - thus the three stars (the good). The ineffective car wash, underwhelming performance of the dryers and the wash coupled with the relatively high membership price point, loses two stars (the bad).

I recently got back from a hunting trip in South Dakota and probably hit every bug along the way. I decided to stop at Ted’s on the way back and was pleased to see they had a bug removal service available for 10 extra dollars. For something that would normally take me a couple hours my truck looked brand new in about 10 min. I also appreciated the vacuums and extra cleaner post wash for the inside as it was very dusty. I will most definitley be stopping here again after any trips.

Brought a farm truck here with heavy amounts of dog hair and a rancid dead rat smell. Definitely put him through it but he did a beyond amazing job and made it so easy to love the truck again. I don’t know what magic he put in but absolutely recommend his work! Will be returning with our other vehicles!
