Five star auto detailing!!! Two for two- had my husbands F150 done last year by these guys and just had my CRV done. Both jobs done to perfection. If you want your car to look brand new go to Purple Turtle. 100% satisfied and rare that you get such a great product these days. I couldn’t have gotten my car this clean if I’d have worked on it for weeks and they do it in five hours!! Super happy and highly recommend them for all your auto detailing needs. Brought my 4Runner to them and my 8 month wife had to pick it up when done because I had had to catch a flight before it had finished. When she got there she was given the total. She asked if she could pay in cash. The receptionist went to the back to get change and came back with a lady who decided the price had changed and went up by 50 dollars due to dog hair. That’s a complete lie. I do not have any animals I drive in my car unless we are talking about my kids. The vehicle was detailed by Morris Auto just the other year (The new owners of purple turtle). The other issue is they left a bunch of what looks like wax spray on the two windows on the passenger side and the back window. To their credit they did tell me to bring it back in to correct but how do you miss that in the first place if you are a vehicle detail shop. Looks like a fast sloppy job. Look for somewhere else to bring your vehicle. I won’t be bringing mine back.

I just picked up my 2010 Subaru Impreza from this shop and was blown away by how good they made my car look. It had literally years of dirt, dust, grime, and dog hair. The dog hair was the worst. They took the seats out and got 99.9% of hair out of the car, the ozone treatment got the dog smell out of all the fabric. I am very impressed by what was done and how good it looks. I will definitely be coming back to this place in the future.

Staff was friendly and got my truck in on short notice, however the quality wasn't there. Product was left all over the windshield and back glass looks worse than when i dropped it off. Large portions of the body didn't get wiped down fully leaving giant patches of unwiped polish. I really had high hopes for these guys but was left disappointed

Norman did an amazing job. He was professional, courteous, no delays and accurate on his estimates. Front was covered in bugs and tar and the back was filled with dog hair and it was spot and hairless when he was done. Would definitely recommend and I just did the base cleaning too. Appreciate it!

I wish I took a before and after picture, but sadly did not. First time going to Twisted Auto Detail and couldn't be more happy. Norman did a great job getting rid of the mold, dog hairs and smell in my car. I don’t go here often as I wait a long to get my car washed or do it myself at home in the summer. I like Pink Elephant however because it is an actual car wash and not this laser wash type stuff that is everywhere. When your car is actually dirty a laser wash won’t cut jt! THIS place has the actual brushes that go all over your car after they do a quick brush prior to entrance. I can appreciate the hand dry at the end as well. $12 dollars for basic wash is not terrible at all for all you get. Full wash with full service indeed! Car comes out brand new each time! Accept no substitutes for actual car wash in Anchorage.

Thomas has taken amazing care of our new to us F-150. Being from Homer, the logistics of not having your vehicle and leaving it with a shop can be overwhelming, but Thomas made it simple and as painless as possible. We had our windows tinted, PPF installed on the front bumper, hood, partial fenders, and the body line down on all the doors and bedsides. We also had him do a paint correction, 5 year ceramic coating, and interior protection on our leather and carpet. I highly recommend Thomas with Meticulous Auto Detail.

Customer service was good and the location and times were very convenient. I had an appointment at 9am, but I work then so they allowed me to drop off the day prior. I got deluxe interior but if I would again I will only get a basic. It was over priced compared to the work. Yes, of I want the big areas cleaned but I really like the crevices as well. And there were a more than a few I had to clean up after. Only got 1 pic but attached is an example

This is the only place I will ever take my vehicles for detailing from now on! From the first phone call to the checkout process, they were the gold standard for customer service. I brought in a very old vehicle covered in stains, pet hair, old car smells and even mold, and they took care of all of it! I got a call every time something new was discovered that would be a possible up charge and extra time so that I would be prepared for the final bill and have no surprise fees. Everyone was so kind, even staying late to ensure my vehicle was ready for me on time, and gave me an amazing price at the end of the day. This is not a professional auto cleaning service. I’m honestly pretty surprised on how bad this company performed. $175 for an Interior & Exterior Detail that you can hire the neighbor kid for $40 to do. There’s literally still dust on the vents and on the buttons, hair on the seats, grime in the ash tray and cup holders. It’s sad.

I recently had my 2006 Yukon Denali XL and 2008 Cadillac DeVille detailed by Attention 2 Detail, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Both vehicles were in need of some serious care, and the team exceeded my expectations. The Denali, with its larger size, came out looking brand new. The attention to detail on the interior was fantastic—from the upholstery to the dashboard, everything was spotless. They removed dirt and grime that had been there for years, and even managed to make the carpets look fresh again. My Cadillac also received an exceptional level of care. The leather seats, which had some wear and tear, were cleaned and conditioned to the point that they looked like they were almost factory new. The exterior had a deep shine, and every nook and cranny, from the rims to the chrome trim, was meticulously cleaned. The ladies at Attention 2 Detail were professional, punctual, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to restore their vehicle to showroom condition. Called to inquire specifically on having an airplane machine buffed, explaining the condition of the paint. A price was agreed upon, deposit paid and appointment made. Crew shows up (albeit a couple hours late), spends less than an hour and a half washing and waxing the aircraft. $400. When I arrived to inspect the work and ask why it wasn't buffed, I was told I could schedule a machine buff for $85 an hour. To add insult to injury, there were multiple areas that didn't receive wax and other large areas where the wax simply wasn't removed.

I do not even know where to begin with expressing how impressed and satisfied I am with the work this young man put into detailing my atrocious vehicle. 8 hours! For a reasonable price he spent 8 hours cleaning every nook and cranny, removing every last pesky dog hair (from a lab that sheds an entire dogs worth of hair a day) out of fabric that I tried multiple times to do myself. I’m pretty sure he used tweezers and a magnifying glass. 10 out of 10 would and have recommended his service. Please tip this man well. He's worth it. Im embarrassed to post the before photos but I work construction so… it’s gross but the afters are insane. The pictures do not do justice like it looked in person. Thank you so much for the amazing detail. PS I need to schedule another one when the work season is over 😬

The camper rental company we used while on vacation recommended this car wash for cleaning all the Alaska mud and grime from our rental unit before returning it. It was busy when we dropped by on Sunday but it was worth the wait.(apparently the locals know this). The soft brush wand, the soap and the high pressure water removed bugs, mud, grit and grime from the camper. We got our entire deposit back, due in part to turning in such a clean camper. The $28.75 we spent at this car wash was money well spent. Also, the nice lady working there Sunday tried to expedite our visit by getting us into an enclosed bay, but we were glad we waited for our turn in the outside bay that the 18 wheelers use.

Update: I am a long term subscriber to the Alaska Laser Wash. There are times where the salt that they use in the intersections, will not come off in an automatic car wash. Decent experience here at Mt. View, this time. The last time I came here was 3 years ago. The worker that I dealt with was hella rude... and rushed me after I waited over an hour to get into the bay after waiting in line. He also complained about me using additional tire cleaner, that I brought with me. The brushes that are provided are not LONG and soft enough to clean behind the face of the rim. That's why I bring my own. Today I brought additional Chemical Guys tire cleaner and a brush that can get behind the face of the rim. The worker saw me, did not harass me. Rightfully so. I spent about $13 in about 10 minutes, and was in and out in a timely manner. This is why I am upgrading my review to four stars. I hope my next experience here, is like it was today. This place is a gem when things go right🫠 PSA: I highly recommend Chemical Guys products. Their products are 2nd to none. Especially their wheel cleaner.

Sudzy Salmon is NOTHING like they were when they originally opened. They had a manager out managing the young men and ensured they were pre-cleaning cars appropriately (since the machine can't do it all). Now it's normal teenager work ethic (completely normal for their age). However, they need a solid leader managing them! My vehicles still come out dirty EVERY time. I pay for the premium level to get a premium wash. Yes, I can tell them the situation and they will let me back through again. However, that would mean that I would need to come through the car wash twice every single time. My time is way too valuable to do that. Eagle River needs a solid competing car wash! In no way am I expecting "detail level" service. I simply want my vehicle to come out clean when I pay for the most expensive package that they offer. I don't think this is an unreasonable expectation.

When I purchased my car, the interior was filthy. Cody explained in detail what he would do to the seats. I was able to pick out the fragrance I wanted left in my car. He even gave me some nice gifts for Mother’s Day. Who does that as a business? He was polite, funny professional, and did an excellent job on that car. When I open the door, I didn’t even recognize the Upholstery. He takes pride in his work and I will not go to anybody else. I recommend Cody highly As a professional and an all-around sweet guy. Wow this place is amazing!! The WASH of the town! I was very impressed with the machines that wash! After getting the silver salmon wash I can only imagine what the higher class washes are like. Next is the vacuums!! Two types! Thin and wide to get every corner of your car this was superb!! When I went in when there were also towels available to clean and wipe down the car! Another plus!! I mean even an air tool is available to blow off anything that needs air cleanup in your car. I was also asked by Lucas how my wash went and I told him great!! He answered all my questions and was a great employee!

Very unhappy with the car wash when we got out and checked out how the wash did we found all these new scratches so we went and got someone to take a look at it and did a claim. Then today we got a message with them saying their machine isn't responsible for these new scratches. Well that's bullcrap when I know they weren't there when we came to the Suzy salmon. Those ARE FRESH SCRATCHES I know cause I take care of all my vehicles! I understand you guys just open and want the best reviews but this customer isn't pleased with your wash all at and SHOULD take the responsibility of the damage your machine put upon my vehicle
