Members can no longer pull in just to vacuum their car. The way they have the traffic flowing now, you are forced to have your car washed whether you're interested in having in washed or not.

Cost..$22 for the wash. $4 tip I get home and see that they didn't even wipe the chrome rims,or running boards That's b#^*@%it !!! $27!! I know I should have done a workaround but time was limited.

Edited: I tried this car wash again and was more disappointed than the first time. We opted for the $30 package this time to try to get a nicer wash. It left a ton of soap scum on the car and missed several spots. The car almost looks worse than it did before the wash. I’ve attached photos this time. We will not be giving it a third try. Original: The facility itself is really nice. However, their prices are a little higher than the rest of the car washes in town. I got the $21 car wash, which was towards the bottom of the pricelist. It did not do a very good job on my truck. There was still bird poop and some road grime that it didn’t even touch. The roof and the tailgate seemed like they weren’t even washed. they do offer free vacuums like every other car wash and they have spray bottles with some kind of cleaning fluid and rags you can use. Most of the rags I tried to get were pretty damp. I’m not sure if they had just cleaned them or someone had put them back on the cart instead of in the basket. The cleaning solution itself smells odd but it did a good job of cleaning the spots the car wash missed. They do not have a floor mat cleaner that I could find which is unfortunate because I have rubber floor mats in my truck and they get sticky. Over all the facility and the workers were nice but it did not do a good enough job scrubbing the truck to offset the increased price of my usual car wash.

I brought my 2021 truck in to have it detailed. They did a pretty good job with detailing the inside and outside except this big A__ dent on the roof now. I took it back to the shop and of course. They said it was there when you brought it in. I asked them if they have camera’s in the bay and the owner told me the DVR was down but I could ask the building across the street to look at theirs. Apparently this is their M/O. I guess I’ll take the next steps

[Update: I successfully sued West Coast Customs for the damages they caused.] I got my car detailed here once (a few years ago), and I had no complaints about that. I later got an M3, and I had the windows tinted. I have no complaints about the tint job; however, the ugly dent in my bumper that will cost $812.16 to repair is another story. The shop-owner will not take responsibility, so I've hired a lawyer. If the shop-owner thinks that I'm just going to file his mistake on my insurance, he's mistaken -- I'm prepared to file a lawsuit.

I have previously used this location once before with no problems. Most of the time I don’t even take my car through a car wash and just hand wash it unless I’m in a pinch for time. Today I took my car though and the amount of damage it did to my paint is astronomical. After reading some more of the 1 star reviews I am not unsure if anything will even be done about it. I have already reached out to customer service. I will no longer be taking my car to this location or Take 5 in general.

This car wash honestly does a great job and has plenty of vacuums and cloths. However, I was lied to by an attendant and ignored by their customer service. In October last year, I was given a promotional card by an attendant and told that, if I gave them my phone number, I would receive one free month of washes. This is the only thing I was told. I was not told that this was their monthly subscription. I saw the signage for a membership, but was told I was signing up for something else. Since then I have been charged for 5 months of their subscription without being notified. After calling customer service, I learned that they were supposed to contact me after my first free month, and let me know I was about to begin paying. I received no such communication via email or text. They charged me for 5 months of subscriptions without notifying me or providing receipts. Calling customer service, I was offered a refund for the most recent two months by a customer service manager. After I told her that I would like all 5 months refunded, she hung up on me. Good car wash. But they stole from me. Edit: The condescending tone in this reply is consistent throughout their customer support.

While the vacuum area works really great, I was very disappointed in the drive thru car wash part. The back of my SUV looks awful! It’s still really dirty and it’s not caked on mud or anything. You can barely rub it with your finger and it’ll come off so it’s as if it didn’t even attempt to clean the back good. I was disappointed to pay for a car wash and still come out with a dirty car.

This is a very frightening and uncleanly gas station. The restroom had a flickering light that made a buzz buzz sound right out of a horror film. Smelly, and probably hasn’t been cleaned ever. Also, there were issues with pumping gas (i.e., very dirty pump/handle).

I had initially intended to wash my vehicle at a traditional car wash equipped with hoses and spray nozzles. However, I decided to try a new car wash in Cottondale, where the staff were exceptionally friendly. A representative thoroughly explained the process to me, and I opted for the $10 car wash. I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding results, particularly with regard to the cleaning of the aluminum wheels on my 2011 Jeep Cherokee. The experience was truly exceptional, with the wheels and tires looking immaculate, including the tire shine. The staff mentioned a membership program, which I believe offers daily or bi-monthly car washes, although I did not receive the specifics. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this car wash, especially for those who lack the time or inclination to wash their own vehicle. The end result was a remarkably clean car, and I encourage others to give it a try, I think, once you come out of the car wash. The vacuum is free to vacuum your vehicle.

Extremely disappointed with this car wash. First of all didn’t even really clean my car at all and I did just buy the basic car wash. The biggest thing was the car wash completely snapped my license plate holder and bent my license plate in half. They continued to say this is very common to happen and they are not responsible for this but if it is common to happen shouldn’t there be a sign at the front saying that. Taken my car to countless different car wash places and never had this happen before. Be ware if you do come to this car wash and have an incident and file an incident report nothing will come of it and they won’t fix the problem.

Got the surface level dirt off but still left an undesired amount of debris on the front of the car. Next time I'll probably go somewhere I can wash it myself, but the service here was decent at least. Also does not wash the undercarriage.

Awsome place and they treat costumers like royalty. Had repairs done on my truck and oil splashing everywhere, there was just layers and layers of oil and grime. My truck was so clean, and it was done super fast. This is the perfect place if you need a quick wash and get back on the road asap. They gained a new customer. And for the price super cheap!!

Just signed up for the Unlimited washes for the price of one wash per month! We've been there numerous times & everyone is always so nice. My mom's car even broke down at one of the vacuums & an employee was generous enough to look at it & jump off her battery. We ended up having to leave it overnight & get a new battery the next morning, & he was so kind about it. I'm especially impressed by the detail center. They have glass cleaner, interior cleaner, & microfiber cloths available so you really can give your car a full detail. I have two kids & I'm pretty sure my car hasn't been this clean since the day I bought it!

Man, I don’t know what’s going on here. This place has gone way downhill the last several months. The vacuum lanes are always blocked off because they don’t work and this actually happens every time I’m there. They rarely have towels to give guests. The garbage is always full and trash on the floor. The brushes on the right side of the car don’t even move for the car so when you enter the car wash the brush spins but nothing touches your car. Had to cancel our membership because it’s just too much now. Also, you see many good reviews here because when you pull up to the pay station, they ask you leave a good review before you go into the car wash. This is why you see so many good reviews and then others leaving such bad reviews.

I was uncertain, at first, given the unassuming exterior of this place and the low cost (I was quoted at 1/2 of what I was quoted elsewhere, and they were able to do complete the service on the same day). I was *overwhelmed* by the quality of the detailing service. I drove in what was 90% dirt 10% car, and got back what felt like a new, out of the dealership model. Deon was courteous and communicative. Outstanding service.
