Edited: I tried this car wash again and was more disappointed than the first time. We opted for the $30 package this time to try to get a nicer wash. It left a ton of soap scum on the car and missed several spots. The car almost looks worse than it did before the wash. I’ve attached photos this time. We will not be giving it a third try. Original: The facility itself is really nice. However, their prices are a little higher than the rest of the car washes in town. I got the $21 car wash, which was towards the bottom of the pricelist. It did not do a very good job on my truck. There was still bird poop and some road grime that it didn’t even touch. The roof and the tailgate seemed like they weren’t even washed. they do offer free vacuums like every other car wash and they have spray bottles with some kind of cleaning fluid and rags you can use. Most of the rags I tried to get were pretty damp. I’m not sure if they had just cleaned them or someone had put them back on the cart instead of in the basket. The cleaning solution itself smells odd but it did a good job of cleaning the spots the car wash missed. They do not have a floor mat cleaner that I could find which is unfortunate because I have rubber floor mats in my truck and they get sticky. Over all the facility and the workers were nice but it did not do a good enough job scrubbing the truck to offset the increased price of my usual car wash.

When you have a brand new 2025 Hysteria purple Corvette and you want to get it ceramic coated, you can only trust the best! Gloss God did a terrific job on my car. Great customer service! Updates on the status of the job. Great attention to detail on paint correction. Very personable and friendly people. I am thrilled with the way my car looks. So much better than off of the showroom floor. They used great products with a good warranty. The price was very reasonable when compared with other ceramic coating shops. I recommend this shop for any services they offer.

I have previously used this location once before with no problems. Most of the time I don’t even take my car through a car wash and just hand wash it unless I’m in a pinch for time. Today I took my car though and the amount of damage it did to my paint is astronomical. After reading some more of the 1 star reviews I am not unsure if anything will even be done about it. I have already reached out to customer service. I will no longer be taking my car to this location or Take 5 in general.

I brought my 2021 truck in to have it detailed. They did a pretty good job with detailing the inside and outside except this big A__ dent on the roof now. I took it back to the shop and of course. They said it was there when you brought it in. I asked them if they have camera’s in the bay and the owner told me the DVR was down but I could ask the building across the street to look at theirs. Apparently this is their M/O. I guess I’ll take the next steps

[Update: I successfully sued West Coast Customs for the damages they caused.] I got my car detailed here once (a few years ago), and I had no complaints about that. I later got an M3, and I had the windows tinted. I have no complaints about the tint job; however, the ugly dent in my bumper that will cost $812.16 to repair is another story. The shop-owner will not take responsibility, so I've hired a lawyer. If the shop-owner thinks that I'm just going to file his mistake on my insurance, he's mistaken -- I'm prepared to file a lawsuit.

I was uncertain, at first, given the unassuming exterior of this place and the low cost (I was quoted at 1/2 of what I was quoted elsewhere, and they were able to do complete the service on the same day). I was *overwhelmed* by the quality of the detailing service. I drove in what was 90% dirt 10% car, and got back what felt like a new, out of the dealership model. Deon was courteous and communicative. Outstanding service.

Not really an issue other than what the cost is for labor… I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♂️ but to have a set of behind the wheel LEDs (still in the box, all hardware included) & a controller installed … labor $1200… don’t know what all comes with the labor but it made me rethink a lot of stuff… one is just doing it myself…

Brought in a custom job, had a visor I bought for my helmet and the manufacturer said it was "smoked". When I received it, I was disappointed with the darkness. I called up Tint world on 1 days notice to see if they could tint my visor, guy told me to come in and drop it off and he would see what he could do. Came back a day later and was very happy with the end result. I'm from out of state working in the area and was very pleased with the customer service and availability to squeeze in a very uncommon job.

Very popular place to get a truck cleaned. The line is always long but wait is worth it. We waited almost 2 hours to get cleaned. No way out of the line once you are in. We had the classic wash in truck and trailer, motor cleaned and the citrus shine put on. Very friendly, professional staff only thing they didn’t offer like most other Blue Beacons was a veterans discount. All in all we are pretty happy with it. $84 This place was conveniently located between a TA Truck Stop and a Pilot.

Always misses half the rear windows on my SUV (passenger side). Inconsistent experience with membership, sometimes feels like a cheap rinse instead of wash. Update - 11/23/2024 - went through on Sunday evening, it was good to see the guy with the brush and the bucket as you enter the tunnel. BUT, the wash did not remove the blue soap. I had to wash it again by hand on Sunday. As you can see the back of my SUV was covered with blue soap. Update - Membership has been cancelled.

The take 5 in Northport needs a lot of work done. I have membership there and it has changed drastically. No brushes for tire’s upfront,the car wash only works on one side the brushes didn’t even touch the right side of my car most of the vacuums didn’t work and people were throwing their towels on the ground because they didn’t have any place to put them. It was bad and looks awful.

Extremely disappointed with this car wash. First of all didn’t even really clean my car at all and I did just buy the basic car wash. The biggest thing was the car wash completely snapped my license plate holder and bent my license plate in half. They continued to say this is very common to happen and they are not responsible for this but if it is common to happen shouldn’t there be a sign at the front saying that. Taken my car to countless different car wash places and never had this happen before. Be ware if you do come to this car wash and have an incident and file an incident report nothing will come of it and they won’t fix the problem.

I have been coming here for a couple years now. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. My car is always clean when I leave. They provide windex, rags, a mat washer, windshield washer fluid and they have a place to purchase extra cleaners if you would like. Great place to go!!!
